I was happy with the initial purchase which I negotiate 4 vehicles with Stampede Toyota. 6 months later I regret buying the extra protection from finance, and negotiate any parts you need replacing very carefully. I want wiper arms replaced in my deal but since I didn't specific how many arms, they only replace one. On my new vehicle purchases I thought some things were covered but now I was told by service department that I need to pay for them.
