Sales guys are great. Service is an absolute rip off. These guys lie through their teeth and just make things up they have no idea what they are talking about.
Ive been a long haul trucker for over 10 years. I may know a thing or two about vechiles and maintence.
Took the 4rubber in for an oil change. Was told they reccomended a brake cleaning. They will clean the rotors and brake pads. Give me a brake guys. 70 bucks for a can of brake clean and a rag not to mention a job thats not even needed to be done.
Next they said they wanted to tighten the bolts on the propeller shaft. Now this is an suv, not a damn boat. There is no PROPELLER. After questioning this guy he said it connects the engine to rear axle. Errr the drive shaft there skippy?
Anyway, dropped the vechile off at 8am and they had it until 1pm to do an oil change. I mean come on guys, its a 20 minute job tops.
Just going to do my own oil changes from now on, they can save the stupid for someone else
