I wanted to cap off my visit to Bal Harbour and Haulover Beach with a steak dinner at The BH Burger Bar. As you'd expect from The Regis, you will find excellent staff, service, and decor to make your visit memorable. My dinner was delicious - thanks again chef!

My experience at the St Regis Bal Harbour was sub-par to say the least. I've stayed here multiple times in the past and have never dealt with such terrible staff before in my life, shockingly enough. I left $300 out beside my shirt just to find that it was missing. I called the security about it and was disgusted by the poor experience I was given. Never found the money and I truly dont think it was missing, being that I flipped the condo around for it. The security was yelling at me over the phone because I said I was worried that it was potentially stolen by one of their staff. If you are looking to stay here, consider going to Punta Cana because the experience will be very similar

Absolutely horrible customer service , we stayed at this hotel often but the customer service has declined greatly! We just came back here the past two times which actually was twice this month! The reason why we had stopped coming here the first time was their customer service again by management, my chemo medicine was left in the hotel room refrigerator upon checkout and when I ran back in to the front desk they wouldn't let me check the room and told me there was nothing in the refrigerator, that was medicine I needed 3 x a day, needless to say how upsetting this was.
This visit when booking my husband made an error on the day we would be checking out, when I realized upon check in at the desk I told the front desk there was an error they said they would have a manager call me, which never did. My husband went to the desk the next morning to speak to someone in regards to the wrong checkout date and they were dismissive and the manager kept repeating the cancellation policy, at $1500 a night this is disgusting and when I expressed how upset that we are as frequent guests I was told '"Sorry you feel that way'" But that is our cancellation policy! The room safe is broken the slider door was off the track the drapes was also broken and would not close, the engineer said the room needs work! At $1500 a night great!

Moldy bread and garbage was found in the drawers and place felt quite stuffy and dusty. Wasn t up to the standards you expect for a luxury hotel especially amid the pandemic. At least they gave me a new room however we weren t compensated in any way for the inconvenience.

I m currently staying at the St Regis Bal Harbour and as of today, nearly all restaurants and resort amenities are closed due to COVID-19. Currently they serve a very limited breakfast at the cafe and they will serve drinks and limited food for pool guests. Only one pool is open from 9 until 6pm. After 6, there is nowhere in the hotel to find food or drinks. No room service available. No mini bar amenities. Not even a coffee maker or a basic shower kit with q-tips, shower cap etc. They do however provide bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner. I wanted to write this review to warn prospective guests as I received no notice when booking. Although the hotel and rooms are beautiful, and I understand precautions given the pandemic, I would not have booked my stay here had I known the extent of the St Regis restricted service.

^^^Sunday brunch **** is very overpriced for a very limited brunch and not a single thing impressed me. The ocean view is excellent. Service was terrible. Don t go here if you don t want gluten or dairy. Plates stacked up on table before clearing. Croissants looked pretty but taste was not good and I will assume lots of artificial food coloring was used. Mango croissant filled with jam. Desserts were pretty but not good. Carving station consisted of overcooked beef Wellington and some kind of fish Wellington style which was not cut. Lamb chops were good but cold and they only bring out 6 at a time. Caviar was one clump. Macaroons were the worst I ever had. Rose wine was excellent but most of us don t drink.

The worst part of this experience was a table of four sitting next to my formal dinner with family that came in under dressed even for the beach. Bikini top only, no shirt, flip flops, very short shorts unbuttoned and unzipped and ripped jeans short shorts walking around the Buffett. This is unsanitary and never allowed at $105 buffet!!

Hotel itself is beautiful, no expense spared making every detail absolutely perfect. Reason for 3 stars is staff/service was questionable. Half our party was in a suite, the other half in a room. Service for the room was pretty terrible, everything took a long time, we were given excuses that certain included amenities could not be done for us. Service for the suite, though, was excellent. The staff would perform the same included services for the suite that they refused to provide for the guests in the room. Make you feel like a 2nd class guest for staying in a room instead of a suite.

The rooms are very nice and the area is beautiful ,I am currently staying there.but, there is construction on almost every floor right now actually right in front of my room! and many other peoples rooms. I can hear everything they're doing .i have pictures and videos that I may share online of all the noise and mess on my floor. and construction outside which you can hear from all areas of the complex.when someone's on vacation they don't want to wake up to the loud sounds of cutting,drilling, or cranes,etc..very inappropriate for a vacation setting..And don't even bother to eat or drink something that they put in the room because the snack and beverages are extremely over priced for example a 2oz bag of potato chips cost $12 #inflation.nice place but way overpriced and noisy.as for the service, nice people,takes 2-3hours to get your room no big deal really.im not sure if I would come again though because of all the noise and smell of paint.

The hotel itself is beautiful with great views The restaurant has good food little pricey at times the only downside to the restaurant is the view I feel he should be placed on a higher level so you can truly take advantage of the scenery

We have been here 2 times! It is out fav resort we left ritz carlton to come here, big balcony, all the rooms are facing the ocean, rain shower, great room service, good matress / pillow, room had a big bar with lots of drinks, just know so you know we got the leastexpensive room in the resort and the room was still GREAT. I bet the suites are even nicer. I am giving it 4 stars because the pool service can take a long time to get somebody and the food here is expensive / not worth the price.

Nice views of the ocean from many of the rooms. Rooms inside are very comfortable. Lobby has a sophisticated modern feel. Pool water was warm/heated during our winter visit and well used. Staff were extremely friendly.

Spending a night at the St. Regis Bal Harbour is one of the best choices I've ever made. The butler service is outstanding. The hotel is gorgeous. The suites are luxurious. Worth every dollar.

I bought my daughter a night there for her birthday, and her reception had her in tears. She wanted to leave immediately. I called and talked with Ron G. the Manager, he personally tracked her down at the pool and solved the issue. Still pretty sad I had to get engaged on my daughters behalf. Good staff can make it a 5 star experience, a bad staff can make it a one star. Huge thanks to Ron G. for taking immediate action.

Best vacation resort I have ever experienced. From the moment you arrive you are treated like royalty. Customer service was absolutely amazing! The resort is gorgeous, it was like stepping into paradise. Very family friendly and yet still private enough for love birds. The hotel has a private beach that was never crowded. Highly recommend staying here, by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

From the moment my husband and I entered the premises our service was exceptional. The valet was welcoming and accommodating, the check-in staff was helpful and friendly, housekeeping did a great job, and the pool and beach staff provided great service.The room was modern and clean and the view was Breathtaking!!!!! This was our first time staying at a St. Regis hotel and the property and experience definitely impressed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami. It will not disappoint.

If I could give it zero stars I would. My advice, don't ever come here. Don't bring anything expensive or ask for privacy because their staff will NEGLECT it and STEAL it. Dont bother with their insurance company because ultimately they will say "there is no proof". Even when you're a guest of a party that spends SIX FIGURES.

I realized why this is a Forbes 5 star and AAA 5 Diamond resort as soon as we walked inside the property. First class operation from the get go. Oceanside suite was out of this world. Room came with a butler in exceeding your every needs and wants. Every staff member were courteous and professional. Upon checking out we had a little over 2 hours until our shuttle was scheduled to pick us for the airport and Rodrigo a resort manager saw us walking back into the lobby with our bags and drinks in our hands and asked if we needed any assistance and we advised we just to store our bags for a few hours as we couldn't get a later checkout and before we knew it, he had set up us up in a beach side villa until we our shuttle was scheduled to arrive. I see why this a 5mrated a five star resort.

I wish I could give the St Regis 0 STARS!!!!

I stayed at the St Regis during my birthday weekend and it was a great stay until we checked out. Two designer shopping bags were left after the bells man came and assisted with carrying our items to the car. After I reached home and started unpacking the next morning I realized I was missing the two bags I called immediately and was informed that the bags were retrieved from the room. When I came back to St Regis to get my my bags the security officer brought them to me while I waited in the car. Prior to him leaving I checked my bags and one of my designer handbags with the dusk bag was missing from its designated box. I packed all my belongings and placed them in their respective boxes and bags. So of course I was floored when my designer bag was not in its box with the dusk bag which I never removed from the box in the first place. I made a report and after was informed by security that an investigation would be done. The following day I contacted security again and was informed that the bag was still not found. I again spoke to security the following day informed him that I would be filing a police report, which I did. I finally spoke to someone from the claim department and was told that there was nothing they can do. I am extremely dissatisfied with St Regis and I hope no other guest go through this turmoil.

Great service. Amazing food. Shout out to Dimetrius at the j&g grill He was awesome. So kind and polite his smile made us smile. The only thing I can complain about is the construction . being notified at check in would have been great along with ear plugs. But overall this place was 5stars. We will be back Just hopefully we can enjoy some quite time next time

Keep your hands on your pockets. The staff is super friendly but when it comes to your money they are ruthless. I had a covid-related issue and was not able to take my original flight so I had to cancel the first night of my stay. I called as soon as I found out about the issue, which was early afternoon on the day I was supposed to arrive. The manager, Guy, refused to give me a penny for that night. I paid $750 for absolutely nothing! They just repeated the "policy" excuse and were as unsympathetic as can be. super snobby. I stayed there for two additional nights but I couldn't enjoy myself at all because I just felt so turned off from them. Not to mention they didn't have many amenities available due to covid, which I understand, but if they aren't sympathetic to others, then there's no excuse for the high prices. Spend your money elsewhere.

Without a doubt the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I was surprised to see a St. Regis as kid friendly as this one was but you can tell they train their staff well on kid engagement. Don't worry though, if Kids aren't your thing you won't even know they are there since they have another pool area that is adults only. The staff was over the top accommodating and friendly, food was always fresh and fast. The bar scene in the hotel was really cool with their being live music later in the week. This is a must visit hotel and must visit St. Regis property!

The hotel messed up our reservation and number of beds per room. We tried speaking with different managers to assist us but everyone was too busy and unwilling to help find a solution to our concern. We have stayed here before but after this last experience it will probably be our last stay. Very disappointed in the customer service in this 7 star hotel

For as expensive as this place is, you d think the experience would be exceptional. That is not the case. The icing on the cake was our in-room dining this morning. They called back three different times telling us certain things we ordered were not on the menu currently. Then when they finally brought up the food, most of the hot items were lukewarm and they forgot a few of the main items. Some forgotten items they never even ended up bringing up. $175 breakfast for 4 people that didn t include alcohol which we know drives up the cost, yet they automatically do 23% service fee. Unreal! We will never stay here again.

Would not stay here again. Terrible service, not up to par as far as St.Regis Hotels go. The butler service is probably the worst executed I've ever seen here. Restaurants are also pretty bad - especially Atlantikos.

We couldn't made a better choice for a few day getaway. Kudos to Michael, the front desk manager who was unbelievably courteous, going out his way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Any issues were resolved quickly in a professional manner. Thanks as well to the wonderful staff. We will definitely be coming back here and give the highest recommendations.
