I m currently staying at the St Regis Bal Harbour and as of today, nearly all restaurants and resort amenities are closed due to COVID-19. Currently they serve a very limited breakfast at the cafe and they will serve drinks and limited food for pool guests. Only one pool is open from 9 until 6pm. After 6, there is nowhere in the hotel to find food or drinks. No room service available. No mini bar amenities. Not even a coffee maker or a basic shower kit with q-tips, shower cap etc. They do however provide bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner. I wanted to write this review to warn prospective guests as I received no notice when booking. Although the hotel and rooms are beautiful, and I understand precautions given the pandemic, I would not have booked my stay here had I known the extent of the St Regis restricted service.
