Very clean ambiance, the staff was very polite and attended all my needs.
Just came back. No Pool no spa no bar no restaurant
Reigns supreme as one of Miami's finest oceanfront resorts. Cannot best their beach. Very very expensive, but worth it.
Top notch service. The staff at this hotel exceeds my expectations every time I visit.
We love this place. I ve been coming here since 2013. Unfortunately this time around was a complete disappointment. I understand they are understaffed due to the pandemic but doesn t it mean that they should have service horrible service. I approach the general manager about my experience and unfortunately I m still waiting for him to reach out to me. Hopefully he can hold up his promises unlike the staff. Once again we love this place in my opinion the only place to stay in the Miami area.
I stayed there last month and now that I got my credit card statement they overcharged me for two rooms and extra day ,left 4 messages for someone to call me back and no one had contact me, bad service.
The most ridiculous thing is to have parking paid when you are going for dinner or in restaurant of the hotel.
We are in 2019, i hope that you Will not charge wifi soon or usage of toilet.
Stunning layout and design love this place. Great breakfast buffett and relaxing oasis escape from South Beach crowd
Amazing views from the room, luxurious hotel with very kind and helpful staff.
This review is specific to the High tea offered at the hotel.
Myself and two friends were very excited to try the high tea at the St. Regis, unfortunately the service, quality and over all experience was not good at all. From start to finish it took 2 hours to be served very subpar biscuits, four half sandwiches, and some pastries comparable in taste and quality to costco samples. We paid over $100 each, plus the tip was $50.00, automatic 20%. The waiter ignored us, to serve another table, for a good 30 minutes before we were offered anything to eat or drink. It was just our table, and another there at that time.
One of us received a tea kettle with hot water and no tea, they forgot to add the tea to the water. The half sandwiches were not good. Dining area was not very clean. They would reuse the lemon custard to use on the biscuit, and then put the same lemon custard in a dessert shell for dessert. Overall we were disappointed and left hungry, after spending over $300. This was not a high tea, no nice plate setting or effort to make the experience special.
Very unfortunate.
Great service, beautiful property, family friendly, quiet relaxing atmosphere.
Great location and great service - incredibly friendly staff - housekeeping is outstanding
Fabulous Hotel. Luxury to its finest. One of the BEST Hotel & Residences in South Florida. Incredible accommodations & amenities.
Excellent hotel with excellent service. I m a pretty harsh judge on hotel service, and I have to say St. Regis Bal Harbour is doing a great job and I would rank them the highest on service. Staff is extremely attentive and checks up on guests at all times, at restaurants, at the bar, at the pool, at the beach, at the spa - everywhere. The atmosphere at the hotel is very light, no attitude service is something to point out here - which sometimes you can find at other luxury hotels. Staff is really wonderful and should be noted for this. This makes this hotel perfect for traveling as a couple, as a single, or as a family. The hotel also does a great job at making it feel spacious - there are a lot of people, but it doesn t feel packed - not sure how they do it, but keep up the great job! Room service food is also delicious. The breakfast buffets has excellent variety. We ll certainly return. The views from the room are also wonderful!
Awesome atmosphere, friendly staff, amazing spa. $1200 price tag per night to match it. They also host many events including art bazzles and other such things.
Exemplary services, amenities and the staff's services are impeccable. By far the best hospitality experience I've had.
Whenever I come to South Florida, I usually get a day pass here for $90 this includes beach and pool access with loungers, towels, spa sauna access, lockers in the spa, and etc. The staff is always nice and courteous; and the facilities are cleans and nice.
Better than I expected. It is a hotel for formal adults. Very calm. Classical contemporary elegance. It has everything you need, aerobics gym, gym weight, pool, pool for adults without ruifo. The staff is excellent, very polite. That's why many consider this Hotel to be the best in Miami. Opposite this is the most fashion trade center in the United States. Bring your American Express Centurion.
The St Regis is a gorgeous property. Impeccable views. Friendly staff with perfect service. Everything is top notch. But......... It is so crazy expensive, if you're going to even look at the bill, it's going to sour your experience. $25 for parking if you stay 5 minutes or 5 hours; have a few drinks at the bar with a date, couple hundred isn't a stretch. And like every other valet in Miami expect a decent wait, though in general its not as bad as some of them (Epic Brickell can rot in hell)
Stunning hotel, but service falls well short of 5 stars.
Great hotel beautiful views from the 19th floor big balconies
I have been a loyal customer to this hotel. I had found that theft at the hotel which was most likely by staff is very possible.
Hotel has placed cameras to avoid open areas so that customers are not safe. The GM John Rolf s seems to be personally involved in a taint against customers and openly siding with staff indicating that he would not check or accuse anyone.
If you choose to stay, beware. There are many hotels around this one that are 5 star with safe environment.
Choose wisely and customer beware. Not a pleasant situation, nor good communication with Mr. Rolf s.
Others have also stayed and had similar confrontations.
Excellent place, service is above average and the room I stayed at was great, perfect for the weekend get away. The views....
the best hotel i have ever been in with a gr8 staff very helpful its a valet idea on everything

Hello All,
Today I am writing a review about The St Regis Brunch that I attended last week for my Birthday. My best friend had searched for something special for my special day (knowing that I truly enjoy a good brunch) and came across the offerings at St Regis.
My wife and I had a great breakfast and evening dinner there last year and really enjoyed the atmosphere.Wonderful location.Very nice staff.
I will give this one a 3 star, recognizing that the location and food is very good, we asked for the wine pairing menu and the waiters and somelier were clueless as to what it means. Big downside for a $195 bruch.
Every room is Ocean View. Location is nice if you want to be by Bal Harbor
Best hotel we have ever stayed at. Fallon greeted us and she took care of us for our stay. Could not ask for a better place. Will be back
5 star everything. The very best. The most luxurious place to stay in Miami-Dade County. Fun to see celebrities there. J&G Grill is fantastic.
If you are going to buy one of the residences there, I highly recommend Leeor Bar-Haim, who worked with the St Regis developers.
Amazing staff, very personable and helpful. Pool was clean and well kept. Room is a little dated but overall an excellent property.
I leave on a residence per 10 years there is extremely good vibrations and good luck location plus all the entertaining views and a amazing beaches val harbor beach and haul over beach as well the view of the Channel in between where the boats go in and out to the ocean.
Good location facing the sea, with very modern and comfortable rooms with a 5-star service
Excellent is an understatement. The customer service is impeccable.

I live at Bay Harbor island, since my friend came from Coral Springs to visit me, I said to her, let's go to this beautiful hotel, buy some drinks and food, let's have fun! I went there ready for the beach so when the valet parking asked where are you going? I told him, and he said ok, validate your ticket at the pool restaurant before you leave, I came before to this hotel that's why I wanted my friend to come as well... I did work at the Hilton Hotel group, I know they are different rules for guest and visitors, since the pool was empty and dark I went to the beach area, the beach attendant told me this area is only for guest, another attendant told me you can stay, you will consume, is ok , the waiter will come soon, but the waiter never came... been there for 30-45min with towels and beach seat so ready to be spoiled, but since nobody came I went to look for server, so aggressive he told me what are you doing here? You can't stay, you have to leave, so I said let me talk with a manager, I don't like your attitude just give me some respect and the correct info!!!! I came in my car not jumping by the waves.... "what a big mistake" even worst attitude .... Manager came to me, aggressive and loud voice telling me I don't care how did you came you have to leave now !!! and I will validate your ticket... this "FRANCO POOL MANAGER " screaming at me like a I'm trying to still something all I have is my valet ticket trying to ask for respect but he didn't care and I have to say: you will wait Sr, I'm going to pick up my staff and get dressed this is not the way to treat someone that is trying to spend money at your business, bad information and 3 different employees saying wherever to me, walking away with my friend, no screaming, no show, but he called security to kick us out .... who he thinks he is??? How arrogant ... it wasn't necessary,But he wanted to be abusive, breathing fast, talking loud, offensive ....Security PHILIPE PETITJEUNE SAW HOW THIS FRANCO WAS SO AGGRESSIVE FOR NO ENOUGH REASON , AFTER SAYING I WILL VALIDATE YOUR TICKET , WHEN I ASKED HE SAID YOU KNOW WHAT? You didn't consume anything so I wouldn't do it , OF COURSE NO BODY LET ME SPEND MY MONEY , AND THAT EMBARRASSING MOMENT WITH MY FRIEND IS NOT WORTH IT , at the end the security offered apologizes, discount for the valet ticket but of course my IDEA FROM THE BEGGING WAS GETTING THERE TO FEEL SPOIL AND PAY FOR MY SERVICES! The happiest moment was leaving that place!!!
Take care when you hire a manager teach them how to manage emotions and control circumstances before humiliating people and screaming at two cute ladies trying to have fun. didn't have any water but I did pay my $15 valet... and hope people looking at reviews notice if this Franco is around !!!! The st. Regis Bal Harbour is beautiful but please JOSE LUIS BARBOSA GIVE TRAINING TO YOUR MANAGERS SO THEY CAN LEARN HOW TO RESPECT, YOU ARE ON AN HOSPITALITY BUSINESS AND TRYING TO STAY 5 starts.
