I went for a drink with my friend. It was a beautiful lobby and bar. The waitress was very nice and the lychee martini was great. Free valet is also very appreciated.

Loved the hotel just miss the old set up for the pool area when it was the Sheraton BH. Otherwise everything else was a great experience!

Place is perfect, attentive staff and the right amount of amenities.

Absolutely beautiful! If you're looking for the place to relax in luxury and comfort look no further. The St. Regis hotel is the place for a true vacation. Their accommodations are unbeatable. The room and hospitality is at It's finest. The grounds and services are the absolute best you can ask for.

WORST SERVICE all around. Nice rooms/hotel.

Butlers are useless (you meet a new one every 2 hours)
- no one communicates to each other, so you're left without your requests or calling them 2x for one thing to finally be done

In-Room Dining, food is pretty bad.
- no quality control, they will send up rotten berries or just forget half of your order

Concierge/Front Desk - useless, lazy and never follow up.

Managers: even if one follows up with you, another one forgets to actually follow THROUGH with the request. THIS IS NOT A LUXURY HOTEL with this kind of staff/service.

Here is a great example: I needed a package sent via UPS (I already had the Prepaid Mailing Label and all information, the concierge sent me an email with a 1-800 number so I can call and deal with it myself)

Overall, the hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and well appointed. But the service from the Concierge to the Front Desk to the Butlers are AWFUL. Horribly trained/do not care. It makes your stay stressful and not worth it.

When we stayed there we were in large suites, ate at every restaurant in the Hotel and gave them so many chances to do better - and they just cannot. NOT WORTH STAYING HERE. Worst St.Regis I've ever been to, hands down.

The best resort hands down in South Florida. Nothing is to much for them to do. Tickets somewhere that is sold out. They can get it for you. Sabering of the champagne every night is an experience you have see before you die. The history of this is a must see. Amazing resort and Amazing staff.

The hotel/resort was awesome. With that being said, the staff made our experience exceed our wildest expectations. My wife and I didn't want to leave and look forward to returning. This place is highly recommended.

The hotel was pure luxury. Beautiful views. Great food. Incredible service. I took my wife for a surprise birthday trip. This place did not disappoint. The French press coffee delivered to the room each morning to be enjoyed on the balcony overlooking the ocean was very memorable.

Beautiful hotel with great views in amazing location

I have been to the Saint Regis Bal Harbour so many times i always keep coming back. I guess it has to do with the 5 star everything or Loved the hotel that was put into this hotel. from the I moment we walked into the lobby at the St. Regis Bal Harbour everything was perfect. The staff was amazing and our 2 bedroom suite was impeccable. This is a true 5-star resort. The very best. The most luxurious place to stay in Miami-Dade County. Fun to see celebrities there. J&G Grill is fantastic. I took My family there one time and they just love this place. The rooms are perfect With Multi Million dollar views and The pool area was beautiful and family friendly and well attended. The food is awesome. The best part about it is the breakfast buffet! They are nice enough to allow Platinum guests to eat in their buffet in lieu of the standard complimentary continental breakfast we get at other Starwood hotels. As long as they keep giving me free breakfast Can't wait to go back again

This is the hotel of choice for stars and celebrities whenever they want to keep a low profile, given that the privacy of its guests is a priority. The hotel's geographical location is exceptional, being situated east of the ocean and west of the shopping mall Bal Harbour Shops. The St. Regis Bal Harbour boasts a peerless service, all guestrooms directly overlook the beachfront, and, moreover, it features several first-grade restaurants such as La Gourmandise, where we had the opportunity of enjoying breakfast. Romantic, elegant and stately, that is The St. Regis Bal Harbour in a nutshell.

Private beach, Drink by the pool, Spacious room , excellent service.

While the St. Regis is beautiful and provides nice amenities and ambiance, don t be fooled. The lack of customer service by the concierge, lack of housekeeping needs met and the sheer inconvenient hoops we had to jump through to get a simple request made our stay unpleasant. Be sure that when you stay there have everything you need.

AMAZING IN EVERYWAY. Also the Greek restaurant Atlanticos was a very special meal..probably one of my top ten in the hundreds I have visited these past years.

Attended a wedding. The room was very pretty and the food was very good. The hotel staff that I encountered were very professional yet friendly.

To deliver very muuuuy delivery but very complicated. They have too much formality. It is not an easy place. Even for the same guests very complicated.

The hotel is Beautiful! And the Management under Mr. Rolfs and Mr. Garces is doing a phenomenal job!

Rooms are perfect but service is nothing close to a 5 star hotel. It s a shame that the hotel cannot service what it used to!

For a hotel at this price point and this level, you would expect a restaurant with a service and food that resembles some resemblance to normal.
We waited almost 30 minutes for the drinks to arrive and about an hour for the food. Where there was only us and two other families there.
The service was a one star.
As to the food. It was extremely poor quality. Both the salad and the fish.

This is a beautiful resort. Staff are attentive and caring. We loved it.

A wonderful hotel. Staff are great & location is perfect. Be prepared to spend a lot of money if eating and drinking in the hotel as its very, very expensive (to maintain exclusivity I guess) I found some of the guests were very miserable despite being in a fab location. Looks like money doesn't always bring happiness but we loved it.

Gorgeous resort with amazing staff and service! The beach is incredible and the Greek restaurant was delicious! We had an oceanfront cabana which was well stocked and even had AC and a nice bed to nap after a nice swim.

This one is really nice hotel! Is clean, good people here... the Ball Harbor shops are cross of the street. Is the perfect location for Miami Beach!

One of if not the best hotel we have stayed at. Elegance, classy, modern. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for. First class resort here.

Amazing and comfortable. Location is just despite being far from south beach because is in front of the most luxury mall in Miami (Bal harbour).
Breakfast is not as good as I would expect for a hotel this expensive

I expect top notch service from a hotel of this caliber and it was not what I experienced. I was very disappointed with the help at every level, Had a couple of experiences of not returning calls including the management office. They charged my bill twice and now I have a credit due that has not been issued and it's been over 2 weeks. The recorder for the accounting office still had the name of an employee that left over 2 years ago and they were not aware of it. They should be at their best always at every level. I did enjoy the walk on the beach in the back which was beautiful.

The service was amazing and started as soon as we arrived. Our kids were greeted with stuffed animals as soon as we arrived at the desk to check in. The rooms are high tech with remote control blinds and lighting. The hotel was very busy for Thanksgiving week but the spacious and private balconies made it seem like we had the place to ourself. We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon.

Hotel maybe be nice rooms or setup but staff and policies are not up to par. They are terrible with anything you need out of the box. Also they will not honor any late checkout or any benefits of your status. Worst type of service I have ever received in any Marriott especially a luxury hotel as St Regis. Go elsewhere not worth staying here

This is a beautiful resort with luxurious rooms and public places, excellent amenities and a gorgeous view!
Our Interaction with the staff was always positive and helpful.
It was very busy when we checked in, and we had to wait about 20 minutes to get to the desk, and then about 40 minutes until our room was ready, but the staff was friendly, and offered us bottles water to keep cool. Overall it was a fantastic experience!

The hard product for the hotel is good. The rooms are fairly spacious, however some rooms do not get any sun at all. The service is highly variable. For example the front desk told us nothing about the hotel or what comes with the resort fee and some days room was not made up by 3 pm. The sushi bar restaurant staff where consistently good. The spa hard product was good very nice set up. The massage was average. Overall i would say this hotel is not as good as other st regis hotels like that in new york. Also the location is not ideal if you want to do anything away from the hotel.

Wira at the main pool was so amazing to me and my family . From the minute we walked into the main pool she was so genuinely hospitable and we could tell that she wanted to make our stay amazing. I was very happy with our stay at the Saint Regis. This was my first time here and I was extremely impressed with it's cleanliness and the professionalism and generosity of the staff.
