Staff is friendly and professional. Room and common spaces were clean and modern. Room could use a little maintenance, but issues were not a hindrance or inconvenience to our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were very spacious and well laid out. We had one issue with a GFCI that kept tripping, but other than that, it was an excellent stay.
Stay here overnight. The room was big and clean. The staff was very friendly. The pool and exercise room with clean and in good repair. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The outside smoking and seating area is very accommodating, for both non smokers and smokers.The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the lobby is very cozy and comfortable. The rooms are large and clean, and have the accommodations of home with a mini fridge. Breakfast is delicious, with plenty of different items too choose from. The pool is small but indoor and nice. Overall it is one of the better hotels i have stayed at in the Marriot branch of hotels.

The frosted glass needs to be a wall the light bothers people sleeping but it was good.

Large room but not the one we reserved -
Supposed to be a shower/tub combo but we received an accessible room with just a shower. We have young kids who do not appreciate a nice shower, ever, so that was a little disappointing.
Bathroom doors aren't really on a track so we had to watch the 2 year old closely to make sure he didn't play/damage anything. Toilet and shower were in separate rooms and the doors to both have frosted glass that light shows thru quite well so It was a little inconvenient with our 2 young kids we were trying to keep asleep -the doors are at the feet of the 2 beds and the light showing into the room in front of the beds was just a nuisance.
The room was clean with no odd smells
The couch was stained and didn't seem as clean.
The toilet didn't flush too well.
Overall we wouldn't stay here again since it wasn't as easy as it should have been.
Would probably be really nice for someone without young kids.
Great place to meet with people! I did not stay there, but needed to visit to meet with co-workers and the people there greeted me with kindness
This visit to SpringHill Suites was made great by Silvia and the other front desk attendant, who I feel horrible that I don't remember her name. They were both very accommodating, and the room that we were put in exceeded all of our expectations. Great design, super clean, and housekeeping were timely with cleaning and taking care of our towels and everything. We will definitely stay here next time we visit, due in part to the great staff!

The hotel was very beautiful and the rooms were outstanding but the lady at the front desk was not friendly an d very rude to some children, I do not recall her name but she was not helpful or willing to help. Other than that, I had a fun stay and would go there again if I had a chance

I am very impressed with this upscale lodging in my home town! Not only is the property worthy but the people are equally valued. The location is prime for any reason of stay in this area. Well worth the $ amount and stay.
disappointed... pool way too cold. Even though indoor could not use. Breakfast not good. Room in poor shape, no closet, broken towel rack, the only thing to hang things on.... very disappointed for the cost. Would not recommend.

Definitely a place to return! The rooms are spacious and modern with tech amenitirs. Amazing shower! Quiet area. Fabulous employees at the desk who make you feel welcome. Only issue us the bed, which was too hard for me, but I prefer a pillow top that is softer.
Will never stay there again! Had my daughter's birthday party there. We got a complaint before 10 while there were children running up and down the hall! Couldn't use the pool, because it was full of children. Should have had adult hours! Staff was very rude! Threatened to call the police, because we were laughing! I'm a Marriott member and will make a complaint to them also! $140 for a room that wasn't as big as the pictures! And be hassled! Giving a 1 because I can't give a 0.

A few years ago, we spent our wedding night here. They gave us champagne and souvenir glasses. The rooms are great and the morning complimentary breakfasts are awesome! We stayed here recently with my service dog. It went so smoothly. Staff is courteous and do all they can to help.
