This was a good place to stay. Our boys love staying in hotels and the design of the room made it fun. The rooms were pretty big. Typically you get two queen beds and no other room. The boys had plenty of room to move. The pool is a little small but it wasn't a big deal. They did have breakfast even during covid. It was all cold, but the coffee was hot and that's all that matters.

Fantastic place, the rooms are very generous and very well kept. Staff I was extremely friendly and efficient. If I am in the area again I will definitely stay here.

This place is so homey. I especially like how the toilet is separate from the shower, there is a huge closet with an iron and board, and there s a microwave and fridge. I know you might think that s a given but we went to a different one and all it has was a bed. anyways, excellent room service and the bathrooms are gorgeously clean. thank you marriott!!!

My parents stayed there and took my son swimming. He had a great time, and my parents loved the suite, as it allowed Mom to sleep but Dad to stay up and read in the Separate area.

This place is great. The employees were just great, they exceeded all of our expectations. So helpful, I have never had service like this. Excellent on all levels!! We will definitely be back to stay since our Son is now a OU Sooner!

Just a fairly average SpringHill. The same as nearly every other location I have ever been to. The staff is friendly and competent. I would say that it is one of the nicer options in the general area. The hotel is basically new.

I think this was one of my favorite hotels. Very nice and clean for the most part. Our first room wasn't vacuumed well and the people next door were very loud but, when we asked for a new room we had no issues. The lady at the front desk during the day was very pleasant and helpful! We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are above average! Love the showers as well.

Clean rooms. Make sure you ask to be away from other people. We got stuck in the middle of 3 rooms having a hotel party. We had to move at almost 11pm.

My family and I are here for a few days. This hotel is amazing as well as the staff. If you come to town this is a great place to stay. Spacious rooms, great food and staff!!!

The rooms are spacious and modern with tech amenitirs. Amazing shower! Quiet area. Fabulous employees at the desk who make you feel welcome. Only issue us the bed, which was too hard for me, but I prefer a pillow top that is softer.

Rooms are a good size and clean. Breakfast some of the best I've had in a hotel. Only complaint is the doors on the bathroom and shower are big heavy sliding doors that are very noisy and hard to move. This doesn't sound like much but when you have a sleeping wife it makes things difficult. If it wasn't for this it would be a 5 star rating.

Suite was large but whoever designed these "modern" bathrooms needs to be hit in the head. First of all, they are sliding barn doors with translucent glass in them that are awkward when you're staying with family because YOU CAN KIND OF SEE THROUGH THEM. Who wants that in a bathroom??? Also, the bathroom with the toilet has a fan in the ceiling but no way to turn it on. The TV did not work or even turn on. We left a day earlier than planned.

VERY GOOD ATTENTION FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES. BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE ROOM. FOURTH COMFORTABLE, WITH ALL THE FACILITIES TO PASS A PLEASANT STAY.IMPECABLE IN CLEANING, I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO STAY AGAIN AGAIN.

checked in late at night and the hotel was completely booked. I am a platinum member and they didn't accommodate any of my requests. When I asked The front desk representative if they could do anything to correct my accommodations he couldn't have been more nonchalant.

There was no manager on duty when I checked in and The front desk representative couldn't give me an estimated time on when a manager would contact me.

Booked a room for my 9yr old and 22m old and myself 3 days in advance on a debit card with no money on it. I explain that there was no money on it that I would be paying cash. I needed a place to stay near by my daughters dr because she had an early appt. Lady told me that would be fine. We arrive after a very long 2 hour trip, my kids were ready to be out of the car! Lady at front desk would not take my cash or the card we used over the phone! With my arms full of bags and a baby what's was I supposed to do? Very disappointed in the no cash policy! Also was expecting to pay $80 for the night and to my surprise it was $40 more in taxes!! So a totally of $120 for the night!

Loved the room. It was very clean with comfortable beds. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The only let down to the hotel was the little tiny indoor pool that we mainly booked the hotel for because we brought our grandkids to let them enjoy swimming for the weekend but other then that the hotel is perfect for a couple get away!

Not bad. Located just off the highway and the streets didn't seem to be super congested in the morning ( even though the highway is congested at all "rush hour" times).
Springhill seems to be a very consistant chain. I've stayed in other spring hills in other states and so far they are all identical.
Everything was clean and I had everything I needed.
Even got a cute, hand-written card telling me that they appreciated my stay, and to let them know if I needed anything.

This hotel checked all the boxes and would have been nice except two critical areas. The bed is not comfortable at all, and the room was not completely clean. I found hair (not ours) in the shower and in the drawers.

Not a lot of traffic noise or guest noise. Makes for a easier stay

Everything was very nice. Would have been 5 star except for the doors on both bathrooms. They had large frosted glass inserts through wish you could still see the person using the room.

My wife and spent two days at The Springhill Suites in Moore. We loved it! The rooms were very spacious with a unique layout. I am a Lifetime Platinum member of Marriott, but have only stayed at a half dozen Springhill's. If they were all run as well as this one then Springhill would be my First Choice in the Marriott family. What I loved most was the Split bathroom! They had a separate small room with a toilet and lavatory. Then a second room with a shower/tub and a large lavatory area. Traveling with my wife I loved this because I didn't have to wait an eternity to go to the bathroom and take care of my morning ablution ritual of shaving etc. while she camped in the shower and then make-up, hair drying etc. Sure wish more hotels were set up this way when my daughter was young, although my two sons took just as long as she did with her rituals. LOL There was also a nice desk work area with a divider between the sleeping area and work area. I had several business/casual meetings with friends and there was a very comfortable furniture/living area in the room. The best part was the Service! Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was super friendly and accommodating! The General Manager "Shane" deserves kudos for such a well run property! We will definitely be back to this Springhill when in the OKC area.

Nice and clean and thing was home and very attentive to everyone's needs

they have a fire pit outside which doesnt work because the manager is too lazy to fix a part they also have a broken elevator the AC sucks in the room because they put a bench over it.

This is such a beautiful hotel and facility that is unfortunately surrounded by a poor neighborhood. When this place first opened I stayed here at leastb once a week. The last time I stayed here was almost a year ago. That occasion I couldn't get any sleep due to construction all day and all night. Literally no break. Hotel desk wouldn't answer the phone at night to assist. I swore I would never stay here again.

Well I'm here again, sitting in my room and once again unable to get sleep because some one had decided it's best to test their stereo system at 11:30......for an hour. Called the deal to see if there is a nose ordinance and they aren't sure. Asked for help, wasn't offered any. Just cancelled my remaining nights and will NEVER be back!! When asked if they could call the police I was told no. It's sad because this is a nice hotel.

There was food and previous guest towels were dirty and there was something in my bed when I got in there like a piece of plastic makes me wonder if they changed my sheets probably not but they said sorry

Very clean and staff is friendly. Pool could have used a little overnight attention since there were no towels for us as the first visitors in the morning. Good breakfast and great location.

The staff was AMAZING the rooms were on point and cozy. They went the extra mile to accommodate us during a time of Dr appointments with our 7yr old that determined he is autistic. We will be doing our follow ups in Moore and staying at SPRINGHILL SUITES!

Had a wonderful stay here was nice and comfortable beds and clean bathroom which was a big plus. Also had no type of bugs in the room
