Great, new looking room. Staff is incredibly friendly and the breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I've seen.

I was staying at another area hotel (different brand) when that stay became a nightmare on the first night. I called this place at about 1:00am to see if they had any rooms available, and I checked out of the other hotel and came here, and was so glad I did! The front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful, and my room was clean, spacious and luxurious. Most importantly, my stay was peaceful (that was one of the issues I had at the other hotel). The breakfast is outstanding, and this place is adjacent to a good selection of restaurants. This place will be at the top of my list for places to stay the next time I'm in the OKC area!

Very accommodating. Loved the suite with the desk and two bath areas. Second visit and still satisfied.

Both the inside of the hotel and outside are awesome. We received the highest quality of services. I will be glad to come back in the near future although Marriot hotel has been our best and chosen and comfortable hospitality thanks for having me and my family

Nice rooms, and very clean. The pool is tiny.... more like a large bathtub. Overall a nice place to stay while in Moore.

The rooms are nice, the desk area has a divider to split the work area from the sleeping areas. The toilet is separate from the shower which is nice for multiple people. there is a little couch sitting area for the rooms with two queens. Staff is nice and friendly the place just feels clean and good.

Amazing shower! Quiet area. Fabulous employees at the desk who make you feel welcome. This place is amazing and for the staff there are not enough words to describe how wonderful these people are.

Rooms were very clean, layout was a little bit of an issue. Indoor saltwater pool seemed not so maintained. Breakfast was awesome. Price was a little high, but stayed on a weekend that a lot of events were going on.

I just checked out and everything was perfect from start to finish. Every single lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice and very clean. The cleaning staff was very nice as well. My son enjoyed the indoor pool. The breakfast was amazing every morning. Even when it started storming they made sure we felt safe and knew where to go. I ll be staying here each time i visit.

I chose this hotel for it's location to be close to a movie theater. It is very easy access on and off the interstate. The room is very nice, slightly modern. Comfortable furniture, spring mattress bed, somewhat firm. As for the amenities, this is where it falls short for me. Complimentary breakfast does not start until 6:30am. This was too late for me, as I had to leave for work by this time every day. I like to get my entertainment from Netflix, YouTube, or streaming music. The "high-speed" internet is very very slow at 5Mbps. So, I pay for the "enhanced high-speed" (for about $5/day) which only triples the speed to 15Mbps. Still, very slow, but tolerable.

This was for a work conference, and I didn't spend a night; but I was able to participate in their breakfast and spent half of the day here. Breakfast was yummy and fresh. They had a wide selection available that they kept refreshed as needed. Loved the variety and the juice and yogurt was a great option since I was short on time. Also had scrambled eggs and sausage which was delicious and hot. Wish I could have made myself a quick waffle in their waffle maker, but didn't have enough time before my conference. Anyways, their conference room was great and roomy and we had a great conference and a good time. Enjoyable experience, would love to experience spending the night here.

I had a Greatv expierence staying at Spring Hil Suites. Marisa was great and whole staff. I had left behind some personal things and I checked out of the Hotel. The Hotel contacted me and I went back and Marisa assisted me and had a GREAT attitude.

Really up to date lobby, gym and open spaces. The meeting room was quite nice. Parking was a bit tight.

Meh customer service could of been better really rude people

Nice rooms, however it's very easy to hear things in the hallway or other guests in their rooms around you. The sliding bathroom doors are a nice design touch, but not very practical for privacy if that's what you're looking for when sharing a room.

I recently stayed at this hotel during the USTA Missouri Valley Sectional Tennis Tournament. They staff went above and beyond to make sure our experience was nothing short of wonderful. Not only did they have printed copies of our match schedule for all players, but the staff arranged for the continental breakfast to be served an hour earlier than scheduled to accommodate our early morning matches. Their customer service is exceptional and the hotel amenities are wonderful. I would highly recommend the SpringHill Suites to anyone visiting the Oklahoma City/Moore area.

Friendliest staff I have ever encountered. I had to travel to okc for work every weekend for a month and I am super happy they put me in the spring hill. The room is clean and welcoming. My third time in the host remembered my name and there was a card with a hand written note welcoming me back and urging me to enjoy the weather! I travel quite a bit and this is the best experience with a hotel I've had by far. Only complaint I have is that it's not closer to downtown but the customer service more than makes up for it!!! I'm all smiles. =D

It was very quiet. I was able to get a restful nights sleep. Th staff was courteous and professional too. Everything was luxurious looking and it was surprisingly affordable. Highly recommend.

Came to Marriott from at out state for a my son's funeral. The manager and her staff were so supportive and helpful. Made my family and I feel like we were apart of their family. They even gave me a card wit all their extended condolences. I felt so comforted. Wanna thank the entire staff. I will always come back when im in town. Best stay by far that we ever stayed at. Thank you again!!!!!

This hotel was phenomenal from the room to the staff. The decor, comfy couch, abundance of electrical outlets, disco ball above the pool, plush beds, huge closet, and lighting were welcoming.

Stayed overnight and was very pleased by how nice and clean everything was. I had to extend my stay by one night and they handled it quickly and easily. I look forward to staying in the future.

The rooms are very nice but i just wish they had a hot tub. Also the had a giant bowl of suckers at the front desk and that was cool for the kids

Nice hotel. Beds were ok. Sliding doors for the shower and toilet (seperate rooms ) didnt quite latch but stayed closed. Being over 6 feet tall I appreciate the height of the shower head. I could stand straight up under it which most hotels I can not!

Modern styling, very roomie. I had a corner room, so windows looking two ways as some storms moved through.

We had car trouble as we arrived for our reserved stay at Spring Hill Suites. As we arranged for the repairs it was obvious that we may have needed to stay another night. Although the hotel was booked for the following day, they put us on a call list should there have been a cancellation. Our room again became available, and we booked for another night, but our car was repaired well before check in time, so we were able to cancel in a timely manner. This added to the overall experience of the hotel leads us to highly recommend the location.

Room was great plenty of towels and lots of room. Will definitely stay there again.

Marriotts are always alon my preferred list of hotels for overnight trips and this facility did not let us down. Very accommodating staff for Layla later check in and last minute changes. The only complication was with the bathroom doors, they slide close and would actually lock themselves requiring us to phone down to the front desk and get someone up there to prop them back open, not a deal breaker just an awkward annoyance of sorts.

Great service, comfy bed, decent fitness centre (although the water cooler didn't work), hot shower,quiet room. That's all I need for a business trip hotel! :-)
