I had an awesome experience here. Starting with Eric the sales rep, Chad the GM and ever dealing with finance.. these guys where very entertaining and patient with me. I m so glad that I got my 2020 R6 from these guys. Even though I didn t buy the bike on the first day I was in there they still worked with me over the phone on getting me a deal to get me out with my new bike. 10 out of 10 would recommend people to give them a holler to get some great service... If you dont have time to read the whole description... knowingly sold me a defective unit. Polaris has records of them reporting the problem I experienced which they obviously did not disclose to me.
What a horrible buying experience. Went in to buy two different units, Motorcycle and a Polaris RZR. Got two new machines. The sales person (Charlie) was great and very informative. Gave me excellent tips and pointers on the best units that would fit our needs.
The RZR was delivered to us (New) three days ago and will not start. The service department is trying to find what the issue is and just told me that they just found out that the compression is about half what is supposed to be and that we got a defective unit. they are going to open the engine and find what the issue is. ON A NEW UNIT.
During the day I talked to Sean, the service manager (said he will call me back and never did).
I then called Mike, the sales manager (Said he will call me back and never did)
I was eventually able to get a hold of Chad, the general manager and he told me that there is nothing I can do since the lemon law doesn't apply.
He also said that I should call Polaris but I should not expect much since Polaris has a large legal team...
I did call Polaris and they looked at their records and said that the dealership knew that the machine is defective since they submitted a warranty claim on this unit on May and June 2016 with the same problem.

I recently went to this dealership, to look at a new R6 or new Ninja ZX6R. This isn't my first new bike, I have had a few new bikes in the past. I was serious and ready to buy. I walked in, looked around and sat on a couple bikes. No one ever greeted me or asked if i needed assistance. I noticed 2 sales guy's, one sitting behind a desk, the other was standing around. They saw me, but didn't care to acknowledge my presence. I approached one of the sales guys and proceeded to ask questions about the new R6 vs the new Ninja ZX6R. He was polite, he answered my questions, although he answered it with close ended, straight to the point answers. I had the impression I was getting in his way. So i walked away and continued to look around. The sales guy i spoke with walked away and didn't bother to ask if I was interested in purchasing a bike, if I wanted more info, etc. I wasn't getting the help I needed so I left. I drove an extra 40 mins through heavy traffic and went to another dealer. I ended up buying a new 2015 GSXR 600 elsewhere! I'm a manager, also, in the customer service/retail industry. Poor customer service will only hurt this dealership. You should acknowledge the customers, greet them as they walk in and ask open ended questions. They may not be ready to buy when they walk in, but with the right questions and right help, u may convince them to purchase.

I am an engineer who usually over analyses and knows products before going to buy. Most of the time when I go to a place, I know more than the salesmen about the product and what the competition has to offer. I shopped other competition in the adventure category: Honda, BMW, and Triumph first, and KTM ended up being my last stop. When I finally talked with Charlie Henninger (sales) about what I was looking for and why, he pointed me to the right direction and had an answer to all my questions about the bike and how it compared to the others. Not only the pros but also the cons; he was honest. This was refreshing to find someone who knows the product not only because it is their job, but because it is their passion. Everyone I talked to here, from the receptionist to parts and service, loved their jobs and it showed. Once I knew this was the bike for me, Mike Packwood (sales manager) worked with me to make sure we could work out a deal and I would leave happy. I did leave happy, not only with the bike, but with the overall experience I had.
I can't wait to work with CSC for years to come and highly recommend you at least stop by and give them a chance to earn your business prior to making your final decision anywhere else. You won't regret it!!

I went with a group of friends to buy a kawi 300 after getting the runaround at SeminolePowerSports and another shop. We called before we got there and talked to a man named Nate who was waiting for us. He told us he was getting the key and that's when issues happened. We waited for almost half an hour for him to get the key and start the bike because he was dealing with another customer. Finally he comes outside starts the bike and we all talk and get with Nate work out a deal and he said wait 15 minutes. Well that turned into almost 3 hours because the bike was not entered in to inventory. My one friend over heard another guy talking about a recall on the bike and asked about it and was ignored. 30 minutes later Nate said he couldn't sell us the bike today because it was under recall. We got frustrated and was about to leave then Nate comes out and says he has another one and to cut the story short everyone left happy.

Very disappointed, and will never go back or recommend to anyone. Purchased a new Polaris Sport 850 High Lifter 2 months ago from there. Took it in yesterday for 25 hour service. Because I had gone through a good bit of sugar sand. The brake pads were worn, so I let them go ahead and replace them. 25 hour service and brake pads, they charged me over $700. Absolutely absurd, and a rip off. If you do buy there, never go back for service. 350 just to service and 350 plus for pads. The Better Business Bureau will get a call soon. Best Parts Guys anywhere around!! Not only were they courteous and polite, even while being busy, they were extremely knowledgeable about their job. The parts manager noticed the parts I was ordering and advised me to check a few other things when I got home. Low and behold, those were bad too. I commend him for having the knowledge to relate the parts to additional issues without even seeing the bike and not trying to sell me on buying them without checking first. I just bought my first bike (2015 Kawasaki ninja 300 ABS) from Cycle Sports Center this week, however, I had a lot of mixed feelings about their services. A week before I actually purchased the bike I came to the dealer / store because I happened to be in town, and I was quickly greeted by a salesman, very polite and very nice, however, 2 minutes into the conversation I explained that I was just browsing, since I had just developed a thing for bikes and wasn't sure if I'd purchase that day. As I said this, I was dropped faster than a hot potato, and that left a sour taste in my mouth, since I had no information and no guidance on what bike I should purchase. Well, after a few days into online research, I decided what bike I wanted to purchase, and after some online browsing, I found out that this dealership had the Kawasaki fall sales event going on, and that the vehicle was around $1400 under it's regular price up until the end of October. I called the dealer to make sure this was correct and not an online error, and they told me it was indeed their own special sales events. So I drove all the way to Orlando (290 mile round trip) because I thought I was gonna save BIG TIME, just to find out that i'd been cheated, EVERY kawasaki dealer was having this particular sales event. As you can expect, I was upset because I could've gotten this bike for the same price from my local dealership 7 miles down the road. But I was already there, and I was very excited at the thought of having my own bike, and these guys know how to convince you, the store is immaculate and the motorcycle inventory display inspires anyone with the bug to ride. After sitting down with the salesman I'd have been previously on the phone with, Pete, I found out the payment methods for people who are buying outright are quite peculiar. He explained that they had just been cheated and someone had defaulted on over $40,000, therefore they would only accept credit or a cashier's check. This is when things take a turn for the worse, the day before I went to the store, I was quoted a figure on the low $4k's for the bike, registration and tag, and since I had the money ready, I decided to go ahead and purchase, however, when I'm there about to pay they tell me that because I'm paying using credit instead of debit (not like I had much of a choice since they didn't accept it) they're gonna have to charge me just under $170. I got a little upset, but then again, it was a long trip so let's just go with it, and just as I'm about to whip out my credit card,I get another bomb dropped on me. Besides the additional ridiculous "hidden" $170 fee, there's also an additional $890 fee because the bike had been imported! I understand that the bikes have been imported and there's a cost to that, but nowhere on their website does it let know about the fee, and over the phone they quoted me a price WITHOUT this fee, knowing that it's mandatory. So Basically I was told the whole thing would be around $1050 LESS than they knew it was going to be. Overall, I find this type of "fake" pricing to be shady and immoral at best. I ended up buying the bike because I felt pressured by the salesman, who dropped this bomb AFTER he put the papers in, so in other words if I were to decline these terms they'd have to redo the whole thing. I think he knew that if he were to give me this information over the phone, I would have never made the trip and purchased from them. Also THEY DO NOT FILL UP BIKES, You don't even get a full tank.
Picking gear was the only positive thing. All their inventory is neat and properly displayed. I was greeted by Shawn (I believe that was his name but I could be wrong) who was extremely helpful and nice. He walked me through the basics of the biking gear and painted a very clear picture of the differences between fabrics, types of helmets etc. I also got a nice discount on the apparel. Overall, I think the bike department was lacking severely, and the gear department was great. If I happen to be in town I'll be back for gear, but another bike is not in the plans.

Purchased a 2017 FX cruiser HO. Nate was great as a sales person. Called them in am and said I was heading down to pick up. They were going to clean it up and have it ready. After paperwork I went to service area and ski was dirty with leaves all over it. Service mgr was supposed to go over the ski with me but instead a kid came from the back that had no clue how anything worked. I seen the Manuel so let it go. I went back today 2 months later with a crack in the hull. I feel it is a defect in the hull but was told today by Service mgr SHAWN that it is normal wear and tear that you can see the fiber board under the nanocell layer of hull. He said it's no problem and is good to go.
After doing my own research I am finding there service mgr has no clue what he is talking about. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

If you re reading this, then you're probably trying to figure out if this place is as bad as other reviews make it. I was hesitant too, no lie. But I was surprised. Prices were competitive, they re upfront about dealer fees/title/tax, and the staff was friendly. I purchased a Z650 from Kyle. Transaction by phone and email couldn t have been easier. Sean in service gave maintenance overview, helped me load into a trailer and took the time to answer any questions. I most likely won t be returning as they re not located near me, but if they were, I would consider them for regular service. Price and experience worth the 5 hour round trip drive and trailer. Would buy a 2nd bike or send a friend to them.

I bought a bike over the phone from this dealer, expecting the bike to be in perfect running condition when it got delivered. I was excited and ready to ride the day it got dropped off, come to find out that it wouldn't even start. Long story short the bike needed a new top end, not that big of a deal because it's a two stroke. Although, I did have to spend my own money fixing the bike. I payed $4000 and expected not to spend a dime more, but unfortunately that was not the case. I was in no way satisfied with the service from the dealer. Numerous calls weren't returned. I felt as though I was last on their list of priorities. I do not recommend buying from this dealer.

Leaving my first review for a business ever and I m only doing so since my purchase experience was sensational. We walked in and felt welcomed by the whole team: parts, sales and finance (which is a rarity in most Motorsport locations.). They did not have what I was wanting in stock but worked quickly to locate it and had my motorcycle the following day. They offered the lowest price and all pricing was upfront and left no gray areas nor haggling to be done. Just want to say this is a nice little dealership. I drove an hour to this shop to look at a KTM RC. The second I walked in two salesman asked if I needed anything. I told them I own three other motorcycles and just wanted to look around. I find the bike i wanted to see and after the 5th question in 2 minutes trying to look at the motorcycle I just left. I wanted to actaully look at the motorcycle, not feel pressured and buy it. This did not happen. I ride everyday so I know what I want and am looking for. I couldnt even get 5 seconds to myself and look at the bike I want. The salesman here are very pushy and I will not be going back. I drove to another dealership 2 hours away and got the bike and service I wanted.

I came in this weekend to buy a new MT-10. Thomas contacted me the same day I emailed in about purchasing the bike. Within a couple hours I was in to buy. He took my information, got me the numbers and I was out the door in less than 2 hours. Most of that time was getting the bike filled with gas, final inspection and test driven by the service center. He was very polite and knowledgeable as well as a fellow rider himself.
I was looking at another bike 30 minutes closer to my house, but his quick response and follow up made the choice on where to go first clear. Thanks again Thomas for all the help!

Shopped here for the first time looking for a helmet. The first one I bought seemed to fit ok in the store. However, after about 10 minutes of wearing it, it was causing major pain to the point of being a severe distraction. I returned this and agreed to try the next size up which they had to order. I later decided I didn't want the helmet at all and called to cancel. They tell me that they can cancel, but all returns are for in store credit only. I saw this as a loss of money since they carry nothing else I need or want for my Harley. So my only options were to keep the order to get the helmet I no longer wanted or lose that money all together. They didn't see it this way, for as far as they were concerned it could be used for other stuff in store. I told them flat out they had nothing else I would need or want from them since they cater to the metric bikes, and not mine. They refused to do anything else other than keep my money with my only choice being to buy at least $160 worth of items from them since that is what I spent on the helmet. I will NEVER return to this place since they refuse to do a true return/refund and force you to either accept what they sold you or kiss your money goodbye.

Not only did these guys replace my forks they also swapped out my tires and replaced my voltage regulator because of a recall I was unaware of..all in less than 3 hours. VERY GOOD !! looked around for a while and did most of my shopping and dealing on line via email and text with several dealerships. Cycle Sports Center, specifically Charlie, were great to work with. I got a good deal on a new bike and was a little hesitant doing a deal on line and was prepared to get hit with some other fees or costs when I picked up the bike. They honored their deal without hesitation. Not many of the technicians were familiar with the bike i purchased but they tried to go over it with me. Had an issue the next day with the electronics. They came through with flying colors and picked up the bike from me (over an hour away) fixed the problem and brought it back a couple of days later as we agreed. Would DEFINITELY recommend dealing with them. Better than the dealers in Daytona Beach and Orlando !!!

I took my bike in for repair and was told they don't work on old bikes anymore even though my bike was there about 6 months ago (which was verified when the rep looked my name in the system). Here is my story should you care to read it...After visiting with other dealships closer to my home, that either didn't have the model on the floor or where negotiations failed to meet my pricing requirements, I decided to stop in at Cycle Sports Center (CSC) while working in Orlando on this particular day. CSC had the new motorcycle I have been eyeing on the showroom floor and the asking price was condiderably lower than MSRP. A price that other dealerships told me was not possible and that it must be a mistake. Well, it wasn't a mistake. I decided to make one last effort at buying this model prior to my 70 mile drive home. I almost couldn't stomache another multi-hour fruitless negotiation, but was going to see if I could get to my price point and as quickly as possible.
I was greeted by David who listened to my story and relayed it to the Sales Rep Nate and to the Sale Mgr Mike L. Within minutes, they met my trade-in asking price and quoted me the Out-The-Door price. No hidden fees or extras. My out of pocket price was literally thousands less than what the other dealerships quoted. Now, I know what you might be thinking, it is a numbers game. But my out of pocket really was thousands less than at other dealerships. The other dealers severly low balled me on my trade-in and the other dealer fees were excedingly higher than the first and only quote I needed from CSC.
So, start to finish at CSC, I had the best priced deal in hand, without having to negotiate. They met my asking price for the trade-in and were thousands lower (OTD) on the new motorcycle. To top it off, it was done in less than 20 minutes from me being greeted by the sales team upon entering the showroom. I cannot say enough about their honest selling practice.
The service team prepared the motorcycle and detailed it. Sean in Service then went over the break-in period, controls, features, etc. Once we went through the checklist, I was on my way home.
I am the very proud owner of a new Kawasaki Concours motorcycle. It is a fantastic machine and I have no regrets on this purchase. I recommend you visit CSC for your next motorcycle purchase.

Ok I am changing my review.I had my 10 hours service done on my ski well tonight I checked the engine bay and they left the oil cap off. I had Taking it out it since and now the oil is all over the engine bay. Plus I had a big ride set up for tomorrow, and of course now I can t go. I change my review to a negative one as of right now. They have to really step up and do me right in order for me to change my review back.

Dropped off the jet boat I bought there for service last July. Didn't get done until December. Missing parts, compartments left open to the weather and full of leaves and acorns. Batteries dead. Greasy handprints all over. Taillight on the trailer broken and fender bent. Boat wasn't loaded right or tied down after test run. All this for $2,800

Went in while on vacation to see if they had the 1290 Superduke and they did. I spoke with a salesman PJ for what seemed to be a half hour and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and we chatted about bikes. He even gave some trip ideas around the area. Nicest sales representative I have ever talked to and i would definitely visit the store again and recommend it to others.

Worst mechanic, worst business I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They replaced my gas tank under warranty, also replaced miscellaneous other parts, inspected my electrical, as I did request for them to fix everything on my bike. After a bill of $1000, the bike burned to the ground after the second time I started it. They claim it was my fault, although I showed video from a local building that it just burst into flames only a few minutes after starting. This is after it wouldn't even start when I picked it up from shop, took 30 minutes just to get it started. They basically told me to go screw myself. No money back on repair, no bike replacement, nothing. What a joke. This is not to mention the "service managers" Nasty attitude every time I came in to check in on repair. His name was Sean. I'll be suing these people very soon.

I am without a bike because these people can't do their jobs properly and give me an exact day it will be in... by the way cycle sports I know someone who works at UPS and I know exactly when the tire will be there but I'm going to allow you all to continue digging your graves and lying about when it will get there...

I recently purchased a new 2017 Yamaha VXR Waverunner from Nate and had a wonderful experience!!! 1st off, I showed up at the last minute on a Friday @ 5:30 and could have been out the door by 6:00 pm (Close time) but I chose to buy some accessories. By this time it was 20 mins after close or so after 6 and the guys went out to show me how everything worked. I'm talking everything from Trailer to Ski. Inside and out. How to maintain. What to do in salt vs fresh water. I highly recommend these guys to my friends and anyone else who wants to get the best out the door price with great service.
