Purchased a 2017 FX cruiser HO. Nate was great as a sales person. Called them in am and said I was heading down to pick up. They were going to clean it up and have it ready. After paperwork I went to service area and ski was dirty with leaves all over it. Service mgr was supposed to go over the ski with me but instead a kid came from the back that had no clue how anything worked. I seen the Manuel so let it go. I went back today 2 months later with a crack in the hull. I feel it is a defect in the hull but was told today by Service mgr SHAWN that it is normal wear and tear that you can see the fiber board under the nanocell layer of hull. He said it's no problem and is good to go.
After doing my own research I am finding there service mgr has no clue what he is talking about. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
