Creative Zone Dubai Review

WARNING: AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We've lost 80k AED for work not completed and CZ are refusing to respond to us.

Deeply shocked at the unprofessionalism and dishonesty we have experienced with Creative Zone. We've been working primarily with Zack. After 3 businesses formed over the past 5 years with this company and over 5 referred friends who have subsequently set up with CZ we now find ourselves in a serious legal situation.

Looking to CZ for support on a new company formation in Doha, we paid upfront for the full set up and worked hard to secure a commercial unit that suited our needs. After 6 months of unsuccessful searching we had to cancel our expansion into Doha.

Zack and Creative Zone then refused to pay the 80,500 AED we had spent on the set up.

Only a fraction of this set up fee was down to their professional fees (15,000). The remainder was for licence costs, municipality fees and so on. All external expenses.

Creative Zone have refused to refund us for the entire work, despite multiple voice messages explaining they would not "Hold onto our money and would refund us" from Zack.

Unfortunately they are trying to hold on to every Dirham.

We now find ourselves in a position where they are ignoring our calls, our messages and our emails. We are being ghosted by Creative Zone as they hold onto money they have not earned.

We now have to go down the legal route starting with the DED. Still, no response.

An incredibly short sighted approach from CZ who care very little about their customers, have zero loyalty and cannot be trusted.

I have had a fantastic experience using Creativezone. I needed to get my new VISA done and then my new business licence. They picked me up from home with their PRO. We went straight into the VISA centre for the blood test and the fingerprinting. The PRO was with me the whole way an was done in 30 minutes. Dead easy. Then for my licence it was all taken care of by Brian and the process was easy and faultless ... thoroughly recommend CZ for all your requirements - there are lots of companies doing similar services but dont have the same service - they are not the cheapest but i am happy to pay for quality - none of this stopped my day to day stuff - excellent company.

My visa cancellation issue was complex, My company licences was expired, and my boss was also not replying. but creative zone help me and cancelled my visa. the price is bit high but service is amazing.

I started off with a very bad experience with creative zone which I am still struggling with and I did not feel that I was compensated for it till this date. However, having said that, my accountancy work and VAT registration guided by Salik and micha was absolutely excellent and I am thankful for them.

While there were issues leading to delays in securing the Immigration card, the recovery of this service was done extremely professionally and efficiently by Creative Zone, Customer Service Head, Sofiyan Fraj. I have used them to set up a company in Dubai south, they overcharged me an extra 10k on the original price, business didn't go well and I had to shut it down, they triple charged me for every single transactions I did, my advise to always check back with the entity your getting the license from for you to learn about the original rates
