Got a new z650, the process was pretty smooth and professional. Everyone was really overall helpful and great.

Talk to a guy name Nick for a bike, he tells me he can go under my budget,. Gave him my driver's license and bank info . God I don't know why because I told him we haven't even agree on a price. He says he can get it done. The manager comes out and put another 400 on top of my budget. What a horrible ethnic .

This place was the absolute worst. I walked in and all around the store while it was completely dead business wise. Not one associate approached me or greeted me. Or even acknowledged that i was in their establishment. I finally got to the rear or the store and realized that i hadn't had any interaction with an employee and i left. I could have been there to buy a bike or for service or for parts. They will never know now. What a missed opportunity on their part. I drive by there for work, six times a week. I'll never set foot back in that place even if they paid me too.

I buy lots of toys and can t lie this place has been the place to buy from even tho they was a little miscommunication when I first got all the toys I can still stay I love this place and wouldn t go no where else and let me tell you about Chad he is a great person he made evthing right with out me having to call in I ended up buying a 2020 krx1000 and 3 klx dirt bikes loves my toys and loved how they made me feel like family at the shop even tho I can be a hard person to work with at times .....

A couple of weeks ago I inquired about a ZXR6 ABS listed on cycletrader for $9399 and got a fast reply from a sales rep. We talked for a little and I asked if he could beat another local dealer. He assured me they could because they charge less fees. I asked for an OTD quote and was simply told they would beat the price and stop by and they could get me that quote. I live 3.5 hours away so that really wasn't an option but I decided to let it slide as it was kind of late and I just figured he wanted to get out of there. The next day I received a text asking when I would be in and that they were having a demo day and were matching the $500 kawi was giving to customers so they could get me a sweet deal(I had already informed them I was 3.5 hours away) so I called to see if I could get an OTD price. Once again I was simply told they would beat the price of any local dealer at which point I told them I 100% needed an OTD price before driving that far. The sales rep said he would need to talk to his sales manager and to send him the price they would need to beat. I shot him a text with the price I was given by the other dealership and what I was willing to pay. The bike was listed at $9399-$1000(for kawikash and dealer match)+$738TTL+shipping from kawi(~$800)+dealer fees(no more than $400). Before I could even get the OTD quote they said they needed a copy of my DL. When I asked why I was told it was for the title, at this point we didn't even have a final price so starting title paperwork is ridiculous. I told them I would send it after we got everything squared away. I called per the sales manager request and they said no problem they would beat that by $200 for a total of $10050. Everything sounded good at this point and I started giving him info for the paperwork and a CC# for a down deposit. I made sure 1 more time before he charged the deposit that it was the ABS model at which point I was told no that would run me an extra $1000. So at this point I'm not overly happy because I had just spent well over 2 hours getting this worked out and have the number I sent them in a text. The sales manager just kinda shrugs it off and tells me that the internet price can't be combined with kawikash. I made sure he was aware that the other dealer was accepting the kawikash on their internet price and it would bring me well below what they were offering. He basically called me a liar and told me that any dealership giving that deal would be losing money so it isn't possible.

Needless to say that is where the conversation ended. Please shop around. They were supposedly knocking over $2000 off their normal price to get me this deal. That would have made it $13050 for a non ABS ZX6R, $1000 more than I was quoted from another dealership less than 10 miles from CSC, yet they claim to have they lowest fees of anyone around.

Guess I'll be buying it from another dealership this week. You guys have my number if you change your mind and want to honor the deal that was made.

They were awesome. I found a couple used bikes on cycletrader and decided to go check them out. Knowing my price range, they recommended one bike in particular. Used bikes can look pretty bad. But I decided to trust them. Four hours later, they'd replaced the battery, changed the oil, and cleaned the bike inside and out. They even let me take my trade in out to lunch while they worked. When they walked me out to the bike, they pointed out some things that I might not have noticed, and answered my questions. And the bike looked amazing. From sales, finance, service, they were great. And the bike is running great. No problems downtown, no problems on the highway. When I do get a new bike, I'm definitely going with them.

This place ran my credit. I got apporved. I didn't like the terms so i asked some questions and sales guy said he will go and ask and call me back.its now been just over a week and no call back. How can you make a sale when you have no ambition to make a sale? I will not call these people back. That is not my job! My loan offer expires in 2 more weeks. All they had to do was call me back with an answer to my question.

Can i put a larger down to their counter offer so i can get a lower monthly payment.

Can i payoff the bike early with no penalty and less intrest.

Thats it! And i would have bought the bike depending on the answer.

If this deal doesnt get done because of lazy sales people then... ,,i,(*.*),i,, yours!

After reading the reviews i dont think me buying a bike there would be in my best interest.

I called Cycle Sports for a price on a side by side. 6 hours later and $400 less than any dealer from Orlando to NSB they gave me the best deal and made the process easy and smooth. All I did was show up and sign papers. Nick and Mike were fantastic in getting me the best deal and a super smooth process! And they re delivering it to us for Christmas so I don t have to try and hide it for too long. They have been absolutely amazing! Chad assisted with the paperwork when I arrived and he was so personable. I never felt like I was being sold to or persuaded into something I didn t want or wasn t comfortable with. I will absolutely use this dealership in the future!

Cycle Sports went above and beyond for me. Thomas was my sales rep and he was excellent to work with. Thomas, Mike the sales manager and the service rep stayed open past closing time to explain all the details of my new Slingshot. They could have handed me my keys and sent me on my way since it was late but took the extra time to provide amazing service. I highly recommend this place!

Hazen the salesman was very difficult and rude. It took several weeks to get even simple answers about the bike I wanted. I called and he would never get back to me. I had cash in hand and was ready to buy but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I will never do business here. BUYER BEWARE!

Recently got some parts and Tony was awesome. Especially thankful for being patient while I was being indecisive and figuring out what exactly I wanted.

DO NOT EVEN STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE! -----> READ ALL the reviews! I went in just to see what the price of a jet ski is and they told me inorder to give me an estimate i would have to fill out an application for yamaha. I read a few reviews while i was there and brought up the fact that alot of people were saying not to do it because they received stuff after wherein they assured me that i would not receive any mail or a credit card or an account! I just received mail from Yamaha and the mail has an account number with my name on it! That is complete fraud! People are nice and know how to be friendly and personal. DO NOT be deceived by this !!! For principle purposes i would pay more for a product somewhere else just to avoid everything that you will have to deal with in the future with this place!!

I recently bought a yamaha stryker from Nate. He was very knowledgeable about the bike, and made sure to address all my concerns. He made the buying process very easy. The finance manager John was very helpful. He went over all my finance options in depth, helping to ensure I got the best deal possible. He even convinced me into purchasing an unlimited mileage 5 year extended warranty at a price so low it was a no-brainer. Overall I had an excellent buying experience here. I will defiantly be back for future purchases.
Also Jordan did a great job detailing my bike before pick up.

Most helpful people going , sorted me out awesome prices on parts and a helmet. A big thanks to Tony for hooking me up

I had a great experience at cycle sports center. The price was great and Thomas did a great job helping me over the phone since I lived about 1 1/2 hrs away.
Everyone there was great when I came to pick up my new little bike. Even though I was purchasing a small commuter bike and was a very low priced motorcycle they treated me like I was spending a bunch of money on a high dollar machine. I will definitely buy from them again when the time comes!

Way over priced, not very helpful. Get the same product from Amazon for way less.

Tony and the parts dept are awesome! whenever i need a part immediately, they've always managed to get it for me asap. super friendly guys.

In 2015, good prices but service people were on the nasty side of didn't care ("you're not borrowing any of our tools" before I'd even asked), and the sales staff were 'out of sight, out of mind' (they didn't even return my email thanking them for the price). My advice to them? It takes more than decent deals to feed your family and your own self-respect. My advice to you, the buyer? Take the deal and forget where you got it from.

I have been going to this dealership for over 10 years, have bought many toys over those years great honest place, has a wide selection of apperal and other great items. The parts department is like no other anywhere else in Central Florida 5star team there.

I took my bike in for service in mid November. One of the components of the clutch assembly failed. Throughout the repair process, I was given the status of my bike whenever I called. Each time I called to inquire about my bike, the phone was answered quickly and I was transferred to the service department within seconds. I was never promised any unrealistic timeline or date of completion. The staff was honest throughout the entire process with regard to the date of completion. If you want your bike to be serviced in a timely manner, compared to the many other bike shops in Orlando, I would suggest that you come to Cycle Sports Center.

They have everything you need for your motorcycle service isn't great

they were to replace my ignition switch. they returned my scooter with damage. i spoke with jd, and chad the general manager.. he said he was the highest i could go! they denued the damage, even though jd took four pics before pick up.. i am devastated! this scooter was tge last thing my Daddy gave me before he passed. they do not acknowledge the damages. they are cruel and condescending to me. if you are a woman don't go here.. they enjoy hearing you cry.

Really disappointed, the salesman(s) never call me back with an answer ,false advertisement, the inventory is so outdated... sorry but you guys didn't earned my business.

I had to have some work done on the carburetor for my bike. I dropped it off and picked it up the next day. Reinstalled it on my bike and it works perfect. Jason and Nick in the service department were very personable and accommodating. I definitely would go back to this location. Thanks for a god job.

I've had my ninja there since Tuesday morning & haven't heard from them yet. I've stoped by every other day & been told they would call, but as of Saturday it hasn't been serviced yet. We'll stop by again on Tuesday. Fingers crossed. Received bike back 4/5 over 52 days in shop . played the parts replacement & diagnosis charge game with a worse result on the other end. Fuel pouring out the carb, dead battery . over a $1000.00. To give credit it was available 5 days earlier and they wiped it with a rag for me. So thanks i guess? I took it there because it was closer than olrando Yamaha on the east side of town only 4 miles away, instead of about 13. I didn't want to be inconvenienced. Opps

Nice people, made buying a new bike easy. Idk why so many bad reviews. Buying my 2015 Jetta was a headache at the dealer, I spent literally 2 hours saying no warranty as I'm very mod friendly and those warranties aren't. These guys listened to what I wanted and made it happen. Parts dept good too as I got sliders and a new helmet. So happy with my 2016 ninja, 2k below msrp and 1k cheaper than anywhere else. I drove an hour just to deal with these guys.

Everyone was very helpful. I bought a Z900 and they made the process very simple and easy to follow. The salesman s name is Thomas. He helped me out a lot and made sure I was comfortable with the bike before I bought it. He went out of his way to help me with the best deal and I really appreciate it. They hook you up with a store discount on gear after you make a purchase. If you don t have safety gear they ll give you a pretty good deal on helmets and stuff so you re safe out on the road. Very satisfied.

I've been using CycleSportsCenter for about 3 years. Twice I've scheduled a tune appointments or service to install custom parts and was given an appointment for the day. That's great. I like my mechanic to advise me when a chain needs adjustment or replacement. This kind of service keeps me on the road. Enough Said. Thumbs up.

First time here. Very helpful people. From sales to parts, they helped out very quickly. It's too bad I don't live in the area otherwise I would be here all the time. From the time I walked in till the time I left, I was made to feel like I was at home. Great employees!!!

BUYER BEWARE!! Stay away from this place. I took my ski in for an oil change and when I started it up for the first time after the service, the engine started making a awful noise. I later found out that my engine rods were bent. The ski was working fine before I took it in for service. They also sold me a battery that I did not need after testing the existing battery that was in the ski. These guys are crooks! Look for a different dealership if you need service work done on your watercraft. I never post reviews, but this experience was so frustrating that I am taking the time to warn others.

I've seen some bad reviews, placed by customers specifically for the service center. I was initially somewhat hesitant, but after speaking with Sean (head service manager) and by the time I left, I knew she was in good hands. Slingshot recalls performed, and returned to me a week early!

I tried to buy a motorcycle here. The staff was very helpful, but the selection of bikes was extremely limited. Plus their web page isn't up to date with their current inventory. Make sure you call before you go.

Great experience every time I go here. I go often to purchase parts and get serious work done on my track bike. They are always willing to help me out and show me things I didn't think of. I will continue to return in the future. The gentlemen that help me out the most are Tony in parts and Sean in maintenance. Thanks guys!

They will tell you anything to get your money in their hand and then take their sweet time. Multiple friends and I have dealt with CSC for years now and always have issues. Anytime they have to order a part it takes twice as long as they tell you because of "shipmen issues" or better yet they'll order a part and a week later when it doesn't get shipped they'll tell you that it's discontinued.... and the same goes for service department. they'll tell you it'll take one day but it will definitely take two if they tell you that it will be done mid week next week guaranteed they keep it till Friday. If I could give them zero Stars I would and y'all can go ahead and prove me wrong anytime ijs..

Recently bought my MT10 from this dealership and they made the process very easy and a smoking deal. Mark Messmer (Mezzy) was my salesman and other than a couple short phone calls, nearly everything was done through texting which made it very easy considering my tough schedule that week. I can t remember everyone s name but the entire staff was friendly. Chad and Mezzy even accommodated me to pick up my bike early and ensured everything was ready. Will absolutely do business with them again. Thumbs up!

Was interested in a new 2018 450sxf and Drove 2 hours to see Rob. The local ktm dealers near me don't seem to care about customers at all. He said if i made the trip hed make it worth my time. Well i left with the new bike! If your serious about buying, call these guys up or stop in and check em out. They have a few good salesmen but if Rob is available hit him up, he will definitely get you on the bike you want
