I just read some of the negative reviews. I guess when people write a review they really just want to blow up somebodys stop, hoping in return they will get something for free. I have been to this shop and always had a great experience. They have always help me and answered all my question, I know that i can send people there to Anthony in parts(tony) and know they will be treated well. Don't read to far into the reviews as to there is more to it trust me.
We had very good experience with Marc at Cycle Sports Orlando Florida. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and accommodating. Would recommend to everyone! Sales people know the product, finance manager really worked with us on financing and best of all we got our 4 ATVS in 2021 models. Come and ride ATVs and Horses now at Myakka Trail Rides in Myakka city, Florida!
Was interested in a ZX10RR that I came across their dealership online, and one of the sales rep Rob helped me through the whole process. I was 3 hours away and couldn't make it for a couple weeks, but rob let me put a down payment on the double R and held it for me with no issue. I was greatly appreciated. I was finally able to pick it up yesterday and met rob in person, great guy. The whole paper work process went smooth, and now i own one of the baddest bikes out here because of him. Thanks again buddy
I have always hated going here for Anything. I really dislike using the word Hate. For starters customer service is beyond poor. Its absolutely TERRIBLE. Their attitudes are so nasty. That one person I would love to mention mainly is the "Service Manager": Sean O'rourke. Wow oh wow how does this man even have a job that deals with people. What a joke! Sean was clearly watching one of the guys rivet something onto my (freshly painted) exhaust, and scratched/nicked it in the process, along with my powder coated M4 piece. He didn't care at all after their 2 major mistakes. He didn't even bother to resolve the issue off rip. Instead asking me what do I want to do after telling me what he was going to charge me. After the fact you watched your guy scratch it.
Don't believe most of these 5 star reviews. Especially on their FB page. Ha! I'm so glad I never bought a used bike from these careless rude people. All Except 1 who knows the true meaning of customer service and actually cares.
Do yourself a favor and drive the extra mile elsewhere for ANYTHING you may need.
You have been warned.
I wanted to charge 100 to turn off a light that came out at the mile mark in a 2018 ktm and has a year of warranty is incredible the service is disgusting
Salesman Erik and Sales Manager Mike were fantastic, friendly and accommodating. My local dealer couldn t earn my business but these guys were willing to work with my situation to get me a great deal.
Great service, came from miami with a group of friends, he needed a new tire asap and this place definitely helped us out, super nice people, highly recommend you come check them out.
FRAUDENT COMPANY BEWARE!!!
I took my ATV to central florida power sports to repair two front axles. The Atv is 2013 polaris sportsman 500 that is still under its 5 year warrantee.
after getting my ATV repair I took it for a ride and with in 5 mins in 4x4 the front left axle broke again. So I started to look a little closer and noticed rust on part of the axle that was supposed to be new. (Keep in mind I'm only an average mechanic And could be wrong.)
I know the axle can be repaired instead of replace as a whole. so I ask the guy if he replace the whole thing. He of course said its was a complete replacement, and I asked him about the rust and he told me verbatim "Some parts come from the factory, in the box with rust on it". Witch is hard to believe. Were not talking about a little pitting here, where talking rust.
So I basically told him thats hard to believe, The reason I asked is so
I could maybe contact polaris to make sure they replace the complete axle. Thats where he lost it and said he's not working on my bike and that I was blaming it somehow on them. ok Lets go see the manager to clear things up.
(Iv been here dozens of time for purchases and repairs)
I walked straight to a manager that I knew, but was actually the sales manager. Walked right in his office and began explaining the situation. he follows me in and immediately started to speak over me and completely cut me off. He told the manager that I was trying turn them in to polaris for not fixing the axle the right way. This is where I got very upset and said thats a lie. I just want to make sure I get it repair right, and I never mentioned trying turn someone in, in anyway shape or form did I insinuate the idea.
I was so upset I just walked out with out resolving the issue and started loading my ATV back on the trailer and strapped it all down and never once did someone, like a manager come and try to at least smooth things over even another customer came unto me as i was loading the ATV and asked what was the problem. so I explained I was leaving.
Once I got home I call back to speak with the Same manager as before to apologize for the bombardment and left it at that.
This issue was with the service department front desk clerk.
Follow up after further investigation:
Contacted polaris for a complete invoice of all the parts a labor. Come to find out they were completely fabricating a story and said, I said The ATV wouldn't start. Its a 2013 with only broken axles. It started fine. So they invoice my warrantee for parts I never received or even needed. (Starter Motor almost $500 parts) But some how the total price on the invoice I received was the same.
So they had to mark up the parts and labor to me to match the parts they STOLE from me and my warrantee. My warrantee is capped at $5000. The only issue had was two broken axles and my front diff seal was leaking. and without informing me the owner the supposedly replaced two axles the entire front diff and a starter motor assembly for $2700.
These people are criminal. oh did I mention they even signed my wives name to complete there fraudulent Claim. What a nightmare. This place will quickly tell you to leave there store if you question they work. The guy at the service desk with a big black eye is the culprit. You know he deserved it. Such a Lying Thief.. SEAN
Love this place. We drove several hours to pick a bike my husband was interested in online. Nick was professional and constantly in touch with us and made sure we got what we wanted. I left there with a happy husband
I had an amazing experience at cycle sports when looking for a new wave runner and buying one. The customer service was 5 stars thanks to bryan, mike and the rest of the staff
Had a really great experience buying a new bike from here. My sales guy Nate was awesome. Got things done!
Best service ever they help me with what i was looking 4 other places denied me and here i was approved thanks mark messmer
For all your help and yous happiness
This place is absolutely horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Walking in to PURCHASE a TTR50 for my son and no one, would even assist. Two salesmen were sitting at their desk and into their phone. I mean completely ignored me. They judge upon arrival. Not everyone is there to finance. I simply retreated and took my business elsewhere. They are totally not good at customer service over the phone either. THUMBS DOWN!!!!
Unreasonable sales staff and unreasonable prices once you sit down and talk real numbers with them. Other dealerships are much more flexible and competitive without the long, drawn out discussions in the show room. It's in a decent location so there is that.
I bought frame sliders for my 2010 R1, they look and fit great and did a hell of a job protecting the bike after a spill. I called these guys up to order new pucks and received them immediately...I couldn't be happier with their product, will definitely do more business with them in the near future. Great customer service and awesome product.
I am so glad that I went to Cycle Sports Center-First, Charlie helped me find a previously loved PWC which I could shoe horn into my budget and then Sean, Ryan, Matt and Mike made sure I knew what I would need to know to stay safe out there and take proper care of my new toy. I find it hard to believe that I could have been treated any better if I had been purchasing one new. As a complete novice I assure you that I needed a lot of information they took all the time that I needed to get me up to speed including tips on where to go. I ve had it out every day off since I brought it home and didn t think about work one second while I was on it. My only regret is that I didn't buy one years ago; many thanks to Cycle Sports Center.
Had a horrible experience here. Rude staff, I feel like I was ripped off, and would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone. There's a reason there are so many bad reviews.
"Can I come by and test drive a ktm duke?" "We dont do test drives." "Ok I would never buy a bike without riding it first."
Maybe your regular clientele just pops down 5k to 10k without using the product, but they are irresponsible and so are you for using that sales approach. The BMW dealer allowed me to use the product not just for a test drive but several test drives - and now they just sold 2 bikes.
I was a regular, tires parts services the whole 9. They refuse to do jobs they dont want, skimp the jobs they do take. For example took my bike in for wheel bearings today, front fender was loose when I got there so i asked them to tighten it they refused to so it rattled into my forks and cracked the fender. Never going there again no regard for safety of customers
I took the time to schedule an appointment and when I got here I was told the test model was sold so I can't go for a test drive. Why wouldn't you tell me that before wasting my day! Just lame. Won't be back.
I bought my motorcycle they are and they are excellent with me
Great service department they did a terrific job with my bike I definitely will be coming back in the future.
Service is hands down Best in Orlando! Super knowledgeable and even better at Customer Service !!! Wouldnt trust anyone else!
Great places to do business. Brian is the guy to talk to about buying anything there 100%!
Multiple purchase customer.
Couldn't of had a better experience. My salesman Thomas was awesome! I drove all the way from Clearwater to purchase the Yamaha MT-07. Thomas had all the information and paperwork ready for finance, which made the process much quicker. I will be coming here for all my future toys.
I'm definitely late on posting this review but the timing doesn't change anything. I'm purchased my first motorcycle from Nate who was great. No pressure. No hassle. Nate made the process smooth from beginning to end, provided me with a great amount of information and advice being that I'm a first time buyer. I recommended a friend to purchase his bike from there, which he recently did.
Great experience purchasing my first motorcycle. Sales rep Mark and manager Mike worked hard to earn my business, and there's a genuine atmosphere of passion and excitement for riding at this place. They spent plenty of time showing me the ins and outs of my purchase while staying past business hours, and completely took care of loading it onto the truck. Adam made the finance process smooth and easy. Definitely check this place out if you're in the market.
Best place ever! I never take the time to write good reviews......let's be honest, this is usually the complaint department :) But I am so overly impressed with this place. The people are what make this place great....they really treat you with respect and know what they are talking about. Guess what....the employees actually ride! I swear that every other dealership is full of car guys who know nothing about dirt :) I recommend CSC to everyone!!!!
Wasted 10 min on hold ....talk about customer service... and I called twice .... unreal
Best shop in Central Florida. I do not understand how some people have issues with them? They are knowledgeable and experienced in all three departments !
DO NOT GO HERE!!! Worst buying experience I've ever had. No one approached us for the first 20 mins we were in the store. When the salesperson did finally approach us, he was rude and was barely willing to negotiate price. The entire time we spoke with him we were talking about a 5 year lease. When we said we would take our business elsewhere, they gave us a "great deal" by dropping the monthly price a whole $6. The biggest mistake I made was trusting their word and not reading every single word of the contract. Little did I know that when they dropped the monthly price for us, they added a whole year to the contract without letting us know. This means we will be paying more and have a higher interest rate. I feel like I got ripped off and I'm ashamed that I actually thought I could trust the employees there. Didn't think they would be so sneaky and not even mention to us that they were changing the contract to 72 months. I called them to ask if we could change it and they were rude and nasty saying well you should've asked, it's too late now. Too bad for them because my boyfriend and I were going to be life long customers. On top of everything, they didn't give us our paperwork the day we got the bike. The only person who they should've gave it to was me, but they let my boyfriend pick it up which was very unprofessional of them because his name wasn't even on the contract. Seriously, take your money somewhere else!!!! Shady place just looking to rip you off.
Cycle sports is the best all around the no pressure shopping was awesome and thomas was very helpful thanks you all i will be back soon
Bought my first jet ski from cycle sport center! My experience was beyond exceptional! Mark Messmer made my process effortless! Left feeling like I had made a new family! Not only that, I left feeling knowledgeable, and confident with every function and necessity needed to keep my new Yamaha VXR running great! Also very helpful with trailer set up, I'd highway recommend this place, and Mark, if easy and great service is what you seek! Oh! And of course, amazing deals!!!!
I received very good service from salesman, Thomas, while buying, and very good service from the service department.
A little background. I live in Tampa my but my parents live in Orlando. I have 2 dual sport bikes, 3 dirt bikes, 3 four wheelers, and a UTV. I help my parents take care of their 2 cruisers in Orlando. Working with performance sports shops is a weekly thing for me and my stable of toys. I have only had two experiences with Cycle Sports Center in Orlando, both of which left me sour. The first one, I ordered two jet kits for my mother's V-Star. I chose to order them from Cycle Sports Center because usually I can get parts from a dealer quicker than I can get it from Motosports or RockyMountainatv. Since I don't live in town and I was just visiting, it seemed like the smarter move. I ordered the parts and they told me it would take a week to get them.... "ohhh kay...?" I went ahead and ordered them and asked them to ship them to my house in tampa. I would just bring the carburetor home with me and rebuild it there. THREE WEEKS LATER... the parts arrived. It was ridiculous. I called them and they told me that the post office had accidentally shipped them to Louisiana first. Uh, ok. Fine. Crap happens. This is my first experience with these guys, it was probably USPS's fault because it's the holiday season and they must be crazy right now.
Second experience. I needed another part for mom's bike. Ok, I'll try these guys again. They tell me it will be there wednesday and they even PRICE MATCH rockymountainatv on it! AWESOME. This is going to be good, right? WRONG. I strategically stayed in Orlando so I would be there when the parts arrived. They didn't get here until Friday. Two days later doesn't seem like a big deal, but it is when you don't live in town and you are on a time crunch. AFTER ordering them, they tell me "it takes 3-5 days", but WHEN I ordered it was "wednesday". I would have just done it online if I had known. So I stayed in town and picked them up. It was the diaphragms for the carburetor. Luckily/unluckily for me, my old diaphragms went back to their normal shape after sitting out of the carburetor for so long. AWESOME! Who knew?! If they had had the parts when I needed them, I totally would have used the new ones. But they didn't. So I brought them back to return them.
So I went to the store in person for the first time to return the diaphragms (dad picked them up for me). The store is awesome. Cool stuff EVERYWHERE. I am in the market for a new dirt bike for my son. I walked around for about 15 min eyeing some used KTM's because they didn't have the klx 125 I was looking for. Usually salesmen come out at other stores but no one came out to help me. I figured I would get back to that after I took care of the parts. I returned the parts but they charged a 25% restocking fee plus $7 shipping. I ordered these parts over the phone. I wasn't aware of their return policy. I had to eat $26 to return those parts that were LATE. They need to do a better job over the phone: "It takes 3-5 days and there is a 25% restocking fee if you need to return them". I didn't get that, so I had to eat it. I was so bitter that I didn't even want to consider buying a bike from them anymore. I will not be back. I will do the rest of my shopping from RockyMountainatv, Motosport, or from my dealers in Tampa.
Oh, I also brought in a little plug that goes on the vacuum port on the carburetor. Mine was cracked. I needed a new one and hoped that they would have one in stock from at least another bike that would work. It's just the end of a rubber hose that is closed off. I would assume that it's pretty common. I asked the guy in parts if he could check to see if any different bikes had one that I could buy. He said that would be too complicated because he would have to guess the bike... Maybe so. But someone with a little more experience probably could have helped me out on that one.
As a side note, the girl at the front gets 5 stars. She's great. I gave these guys two stars instead of one because they price matched and they had a good selection of accessories. In summary, parts? Sucked. Sales? Sucked. Girl at the front? Stellar.
I would highly recommend this place. Excellent customer all across the board!
The receptionist was very patient and friendly with me as many times as I called to speak with the staff. Eric and Mike took the time to answer all my questions over the phone prior to sale, they helped me picked out a ski after the one I wanted was sold out. Adam, from finance, although extremely busy throughout the day, also took care of us and found us a good deal. I drove out with a 2020 yahama EX Deluxe, with speakers! Much thanks to the gentleman in sale parts that gave me the information on the ski cover and speakers, lastly, the service manger and his crew for installing the speakers right on the spot, they squeezed me in so I didn t have to make another trip back to the shop. Lots of family fun Over the weekend with this new toy. I will definitely be coming back for a second one in the near future!
Worst service ever. I will never come back to this store.
My experience with CSC was very positive. Mike LeFiles, the sales manager, was the most solid dealer I contacted in 4 states. He was honest, he was "on top of things", and he clearly wanted both of us to be happy with the deal, which was as good as the ones I was seeing on Cycle Trader out in Alabama. I bought my bike (a 2015 Yamaha Super Tenere ES) right from Mike, but when I picked up the bike I met Charlie, a salesman, who seemed he would have been good to deal with also. He knows bikes like a mechanic but, like Mike LeFiles, he makes a noticeable effort to please customers. The owner was friendly, and the woman who handled the final paperwork (I paid cash) was a sweetheart. The location is good (3 miles off I-4 at Lee Rd near Orange Blossom Trail), and the selection is good - not packed full, but all the other bikes I'd been considering were there so I could compare. My overall impression is that you can trust people at CSC - they know what they're doing in a way that works in your favor.
I bought my 2019 Vulcan Vaquero here. Bryan Fippinger, Mike Packwood and the rest of the staff were very friendly, informative, and helpful. They found me the best finance deal which was better than my preapproved USAA loan. I'm loving the bike!!!
I couldn't have had a better experience with this dealership. Mark, from the sales team, was always available (via text, email, and calls) and quick to respond to all my questions in the buying process. I never felt pushed or pressured to buy - it was more a consultative approach which, having a sales background myself, I very much appreciated. Mike, the sales manager, was great as well. Very professional and had me in and out in under 2 hours. There was a slight misunderstanding on the pricing/trade in (after discussing it I realized this was my fault) but Mike was understanding of my situation and made it a point that we came to a deal that was fair for both parties. I couldn't be happier with the new bike I purchased and how everyone at Cycle Sports Center handled the transaction from beginning to end. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new toy!
This shop is horrible. I have purchased a few bikes there but will never take them there for service. My father and I were planning a trip to the Carolinas so we both took our bikes in to have them checked out and new rear tiers put on. I got mine back in 8 days and he picked his up in 2 weeks. This was 2 days before we left. The worst part was they put his tire on my bike and my tire on his. Now, I can understand that we both have the same last name and each getting a new tire but we had different bike and very different tires. The front tires should have matched the brand of the new rear ones but......no, they didn't.
They never have anything in stock, it is better for you to just look it up online your self and get it that way.
So unless you are just buying a bike there, I wouldn't even consider then as a motorcycle shop.
I would not even of given the 1 star if it would have let me!
I have been going to this shop for over 10 years, and every time, they always make me feel welcome and are happy to have my business. For those of you looking for great service and people that actually care, this is the place to go. I would recommend this place to any and everyone! Thank you CSC!
Very motivated to give me the best price on the motorcycle I wanted, excellent customer service, overall an enjoyable experience!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Decent selection of various motorcycles. Mostly Yamaha and Ninja sport bikes. Plenty of dirt bikes too.
Disappointing sales service all around, there is such a lack of customer service. Should have read reviews before giving them a non-refundable deposit.
Mark and Mike were great to work with. They love their jobs and answered all my questions. I bought 2 jetskis for my family and would continue to do business with them for my future trade ins.
Wonderful they are very friendly . Have all the answers for all questions asked .
Great experience was having a rough time getting approved for a bike but Nick, Mike, and chad went the extra mile and did everything they could and got me on the bike I wanted. Would definitely go back and recommend anybody looking for a motorcycle or power sports unit to go see the team down at Cycle Sports Center
I saw a killer deal on a Ninja 650, and went in thinking it was too good to be true. Luckily, Mark was there to tell me that it was. He helped me bring home my very first Sportsbike! The rest of the staff was also super friendly and went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. Will definitely be back for any of my biking needs!
Thomas is the one to go to to buy a bike super knowledgeable with everything they have on the floor.
Brian was amazing to work with and was able to get me into the Waverunner of my dreams (2019 FX Cruiser SVHO) at a very competitive price. Thank you Brian for your help the entire way through the process!
Great experience at Cycles Sports Center. Great inventory and was the only dealer in central, south Florida with the UTV I was looking for. Salesman Thomas and Manager Mike were great and were able to give me the best deal and even beat other local deals. Drove from South Florida and even accommodated to store my UTV and trailer while I was at the parks. Great customer service and experience!
Nate is one awesome dude it's Brian from OMRA homie
Great experience,
68 yrs. Old purchased KTM 125 SX
Took them 2 weeks to get a part for my friends motorcycle. They didn't keep in touch
BOUGHT A KTM 990 ADV. HERE AND after 9,000 MILES HAD THE REAR TIRE CHANGED AND THEY SCRATCHED THE WHEEL DOWN TO BARE METAL DIGGING THE BALLANCE WEIGHT OFF. I DEMANDED IT PAINTED OR REPLACED. THEY REFUSED TO WORK ON MY BIKE EVER AGAIN. EVEN AFTER MONTHS LATER WITH A KTM WARRANTY COVERED ISSUE, DONT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!SEE THE SAME COMPLAINT WITH THE OTHER RATING GUY /DAVID MOYE IN THE OTHER REVIEWS .HE SAID THE SAME THING.THEY DON'T STAND UP TO THERE SERVICE MISTAKES
These guys are awesome. I called them to find a part for my 2001 Kawasaki ZR-7S and I was promptly helped by very courteous staff, I was even given a great discount for being a repeat customer (I had totally forgotten about the loyalty discount). I definitely will ONLY buy my parts from this store.
Bought a helmet... good deal and nice people on this visit.
I went with money in hand to buy a yamaha jetski that I saw on the internet. I asked if I could see him and they closed the door on me cause they attend by appointment I understand that itbut treating the customer like that .."really bad"
The technicians are lazy as in they don't take time to torque to spec, had them adjust valves came back with exhaust sounding leak, they held it three weeks gave it back in same terrible condition, I pulled the tank and found a snapped of spark plug in my head that they installed. Gave them a chance to find it before me and they didn't even try. Returned it so they could make an attempt to redeem themselves. Been two weeks still waiting.
Great pricing. Sales staff knows the products and put no pressure on me. Guided me to get the right bike for me. Service department is amazing. Great friendly service. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy or just to get service. Come check the guys out.
I bought a 2019 Ninja 400 last week. My dealer, Thomas, did a great job all the way to the end. He carefully assisted me and safely shipped the bike to my place. Not only the time I purchase, but also post maintenance. I definitely recommend Cycle Sports Center and Thomas for your motorcycle life.
Ethan helped me out, very positive experience and I'll be coming back for sure!
Awesome experience at Cycle Sports Center. Great customer service and best prices. Friendly staff was ready and willing to answer all our questions. Thank you Terry and Mike. We are enjoying our new waverunners.
Bryan (Sales Rep) and Mike (Sales Manager) we re fantastic. They had me in and out very quickly and made me a great deal on a 2019 zx14 I couldn t turn down.
Bryan answered all my questions and was very professional without acting like a silver tongue car salesman. Great experience, I will be a return customer.
-Andrew
Thomas and Mike went out of there way to make sure I got what I wanted at the best price possible. And what I wanted was a KTM 1290 SDR. Just awesome. Thank you.
Very professional. I had very specific requests and they accommodated me without question. Pricing was very reasonable
Just bought a 2021 FX Cruiser SVHO through Mark at Cycle Sports Center. The process was very smooth and I got my ski a lot quicker than most. See Mark in Sales if you need anything, he'll take care of ya!
Awesome amazing service and employees! All I encountered were courteous and kind, very professional....and their pricing in Service department is as reasonable as I've seen lately and in this area
Today I got my second purchase at cycle sports center in orlando .. Now the proud owner of yamaha yfz450r and a yamaha ttr230 for my wife .. Since the first purchase my experience here has been amazing .. From the greeting to the closing on my purchases Chad and his team are some of the most professional and friendliest people I have ever worked with .. Top notch customer service .. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an outdoor toy to come down and see these guys .. Chad, thanks again for making Christmas happen for me and my family .. until the next one!
We went here on Saturday. We left with a brand new bike.. the staff are friendly and Thomas was very helpful through the whole process.... I would definitely recommend getting a bike or any other one of the products they Carry!!!
I just recently purchase my first motorcycle (Kawasaki Vulcan 800 Classic) and brought it Cycle Sports Center to put new brakes on the bike and for a general over view. My experience at Cycle Sports Center has been horrible. I have owned the bike for 8 weeks and it has spent 5 weeks at the shop.
The bike was in great condition when I took it in with the exception of the brakes needing replacement. Every time I have taken the bike from the shop it is worse than when I brought it in.
First time I left they said everything was ok, but just as I was leaving the Service Manager said he noticed my break light was out...(they had the bike for over 4 weeks and never noticed this after an inspection)
My bike is performing so poorly now that it is not road safe.
They are not through and they do not follow through with customer service. The whole customer experience is way below anyone's expectations.
I purchased my first bike used to gauge my interest with the plans to purchase a new bike in six months to a year. Cycle Sports Center has ruined the whole experience of owning a motorcycle and it would take a miracle to ever do business with them again
.
Great selection of bikes, friendly staff and a helpful service center. Would recommend.
