STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to going into this dealership. It seems very obvious to me that the 'good' reviews are from people that are related to this company..

If you dont have time to read the whole description... knowingly sold me a defective unit. Polaris has records of them reporting the problem I experienced which they obviously did not disclose to me.

What a horrible buying experience. Went in to buy two different units, Motorcycle and a Polaris RZR. Got two new machines. The sales person (Charlie) was great and very informative. Gave me excellent tips and pointers on the best units that would fit our needs.

The RZR was delivered to us (New) three days ago and will not start. The service department is trying to find what the issue is and just told me that they just found out that the compression is about half what is supposed to be and that we got a defective unit. they are going to open the engine and find what the issue is. ON A NEW UNIT.

During the day I talked to Sean, the service manager (said he will call me back and never did).
I then called Mike, the sales manager (Said he will call me back and never did)
I was eventually able to get a hold of Chad, the general manager and he told me that there is nothing I can do since the lemon law doesn't apply.
He also said that I should call Polaris but I should not expect much since Polaris has a large legal team...
I did call Polaris and they looked at their records and said that the dealership knew that the machine is defective since they submitted a warranty claim on this unit on May and June 2016 with the same problem.
