Horrible customer service...if you have other choi...

Horrible customer service...if you have other choices, then go that route. I took my bike in for repair and was told they don't work on old bikes anymore even though my bike was there about 6 months ago (which was verified when the rep looked my name in the system). When asked to speak with a manager, I was denied the access. I have been a customer for the past 8 years and was very disappointed at the level of service. They only have one star on this review because I could not give zero stars.
