He s great at his job totally customer oriented analytical and truly knowledgeable at what he does. He knows how to put a customer at ease and deliver excellent service. A true asset to the company.

I had a good experience buying a certified used BMW, however after reviewing the paperwork once I got home I realized they added a number of 3rd party services that I explicitly had declined... roadside assist, gap insurance, etc... all in all they added about $1200 to the purchase price. I came in on September 28, 2020 and met with Mike Rodda and he apologized and drafted up the cancellation forms. I signed the forms and they said it takes about a month for the refund. Ok fine. It's now 5 months later, still no refund, and I find that the dealership never submitted the paperwork until I followed up in December, and now Mike won't even respond to my emails and there is no refund in sight. I am beyond disappointed with this dealership and would avoid at all costs.

I went to do my annual service for my vehicle and i have to say that as always Armando Cagigas provide an excellent customer experience, his professionalism is great. On the other hand I'm giving 4 Starts because my experience buying a product to my vehicle was nos very satisfied, the person who was at the parts department (Jennifer Navarro) did no show any interest on helping not even move from her chair when i ask a cleaning product for my vehicle, she just point with her finger where to look at, not to mention that next to her there was a gentlemen having his breakfasts which i found estrange; then when i provide my phone number to pay she got confuse and pull somebody else info so i went to pay and couldn't because was the wrong info, etc. I went back to Jennifer and with her laziness at 100% (was 9:30am) ask me again for my phone number again she could not get it right. Long story short i found unacceptable to spend my valuable time back and forth with someone who's not in the mood to sale.

My car was 2 week for a simple service and Battery Failure message and returned car with same problem after all this incredible longer time (unbelievable); 0 Customer & quality service. Finally Braman fix problem in 2.5 hrs. Your BMW deserves be in hands in same standard was manufactured. Avoid this dealership.... Regards.

He is always on top of the maintenance needed, any recalls that may be issued by the manufacturer or other items. I went in for my appointment not expecting them to know what a specific noise on my daughter's car was, it's been driving her crazy. Sorry to say Bavarian Motor Care on US1 had no idea what it was. I spoke with Christopher Pagan and I started telling him what the noise was and he immediately knew what it was, he even said he has a video to show me s proof. Long story short, my daughter's car has been fixed and drives like new again. Thank you Christopher and South Motors for being so knowledgeable and the price was very reasonable also. I'm sticking with only going to South Motors for service from now on.

Had a problem with a flat tire. I just drove there, was taken care of immediately. Turned out I needed service also. My service advisor is great I've known him for years...(I've leased 5 mini coopers). The coolest thing ever was the video they sent (of the work done on the vehicle) to my phone. In about 2 hours I picked my Countryman up, and it's as good as new. Thank You.

Horacio, my service advisor has been extremely helpful every time I have had to service my car, including in instances when I have needed a dealer courtesy vehicle. Horacio, has provided excellent customer service by keeping me informed about the repairs needed and the expected time frame for completion. I took the day off to take care of some personal things which included servicing my car. I made an appointment for 10 am and arranged for a loaner as I had to be somewhere by noon. I get to the dealer, park the car and eventually make my way to the service advisor. We have the typical what are you here for chat and then he tells me that there are no loaner cars. Keep in mind I called back after originally scheduling the appointment to make sure that a car would be available and they assured me it would. When I tell him this he says something along the lines off they cannot guarantee a car but if I need to be somewhere he ll do his best to expedite my service. I reluctantly agree. An hour or so goes by and he informs me that the car is ready when I ask what was done he said they changed the oil but didn t have time to look into the other issue which was the primary reason for my visit. He said that he wanted to get the car back to me as quickly so that I would be able get to where i needed to be. Had I known that the expediting would be at the expense of looking into my issue I wouldn t have agreed. It was also extremely frustrating to know that my car wouldn t have needed to be rushed and my problem would have been solved if they would have given me the loaner I arranged for. This would have given them the time to do the repair and allow me to leave. Now I have 1 out of 2 things done and am stuck planning a trip back and taking more time out of my schedule. If a customer arranged for a loaner, they should make sure to have it there. I took time off work to service my vehicle and the job is only half done and it s all because they didn t have a loaner for me when I got there. So now I have to do this all over again but rest assured it won t be with them.

The entire team at BMW has been nothing but exceptional. I am very pleased with the helped received from Jonathan, Alex, and Alejandro especially. They worked with me for countless hours for two days straight until I found the perfect car. This definitely made a huge difference in the entire experience and I am extremely pleased.
