It is Recognition as a customer for years that I received from Client Advisor Armando M Rodriguez at South Motors BMW.
I spoke yesterday by phone at customer services number at South Motor BMW and explained to her the EXCELLENT SERVICES I receive every time when changing lease or questions to be oriented with BMW leases or purchases in general!
I want to make sure it appears documented how comfortable I feel since the old first lease started there with Mr Armando years ago.
I appreciate his patience and knowledge ! Please I really appreciate his professionalism and customer service because always has been five stars and that's why every 3 years go straight to him ! Thanks again and I am sending it to let to know to future clients and the administration office of SouthMotor BMW by email and copy to Armando email through him card information received when the first time I was there years ago .
I need to recognize that purchasing or leasing following Mr Rodriguez at South Motors takes and listens to give advice and options for us following his policies ! Keep doing great because patient satisfaction with me always has exceeded expectations.
I want to inform BMW North because when at any places the customer service is poor of course its reported and complained but when the things are positive should be recognized too and it s the case of Armando Rodriguez !

Tony was an excellent advisor, the work was done correctly. It is a little expensive. A suggestion to the Dealer stop charging 185.00 for a mechanic with a video camera to tell you what is wrong with the car. Just plug into the computer it tells you what is wrong. OTHER THAN THAT MY ADVISOR WAS EXCELLENT.

Horacio Mendieta always go above and beyond to help me with my mini. He doesn t only fix the symptoms but he went beyond to find the root cause to ensure it would not cause other problems in long run. My engine waning light was on indicating my engine maybe over heat. Horacio make sure his mini technician did a detail diagnostic test to troubleshoot the problem. Then they did a overhaul of the engine which included the cylinder head gasket to make sure there would be no other issues. I trust him as my mini master and I ve been to his loyal customer for 5+ years. Every time I pick up my Mini after his service is always beyond my expectation. His exceptional work ethics and honesty is very rare to find in South Miami. And he deserves to be recognized for his excellent customer service and my loyalty to the mini service. I would definitely recommend Horacio for high-quality Mini service and outstanding customer service.

We bought a BMW for my daughter about a year ago.What caught our attention was what hey called executive cars or ones that have been driven by an employee a few thousand miles. It seems like a great option getting a mint car for less than a new one. As it turned out this program they have actually buys cars at an auction and sells it as an exec car. Wanting to surprise my daughter with a car they said one would be available. Upon arriving the car was used that they said was one that one of their salesman had driven.After pulling away and getting home only to realize the tires were bald the alignment was off, the a/c was warm and the list goes on. After multiple attempts to contact the salesman I had to drive there to confront him.I also left two messages for the owner, but never heard from him. Bottom line the car was never inspected for anything. not even simple safety checks. They scammed me and told me it was my fault for trusting they inspected before delivery. beware if they did this to me there must be many others they mislead.

Frank helped make the process of looking for a car very easy and effortless, taking care of any questions and finding what we wanted. He let us find the specific options we wanted and was able to keep our options open regardless. Charlie was extremely helpful in explaining all the features of the car. He was very friendly and glad to help us with any questions we might have had with software or features. He was very knowledgeable of all the features and helped demo features I didn t even know were included in the car.
