Took my 740i for service at South Motors BMW and I was very pleased with service advisor Rodrigo Estrada, he is profesional & truthful.!!!

Since arriving to the BMW service dock Mr. Acevedo express to his true professionalism from giving me a quick tour of the retail store then escorting me to the customer lounge, he returned several times to keep me updated on status of my vehicle being serviced. In today s day and age where customer service is rare, Mr. Acevedo expressed true Old school customer care. And for those reasons South Motors BMW will have my business for years to come.

Bought my first BMW here yesterday and couldn't have asked for a better experience . Silvio spent hours with us making the right deal,and stayed there well past closing to help see us through. The next day I brought it back for wonderful detailing and a full run down of features of my car from the "BMW genious" who explained everything patiently. Everyone was friendly and helpful and made the experience seamless. Would recommend to anyone in the market for a new BMW or any new car in general

These people have gone above and beyond anything expected they did an uncovered by warranty repair and never charged me they finished my car before the promised time and all while the place is all in turmoil because of all construction remodel of the dealership. They are caring and super customer oriented just a great place to do business wonderful dealership.

This is the best BMW dealership.. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. Tony Marquez helped me out and he was very friendly and answered all my questions. Got everything taken care of quickly.

I purchased a Mini Cooper Countryman 2018 with 22,000 miles on 3/29/2021 as a gift to my 17 years old son. I left the dealership at around 4PM and drove home from there.
After arriving home, my son was greatly excited until he noticed a small windshield crack - barely unnoticeable below the windshield wipers.
I called the dealership right immediately and left a voicemail - this was at around 6PM.
The next day, after multiple calls and voicemails, the sales person called me back and told me that the dealership was not responsible and that I had to fix this on my own.
This dealership represents such prestigious brands and I don't believe their service meets the standards of BMW/Mini. Terrible experience and service! I do not recommend!
