They treat the people who deliver very badly ... we are not criminals. We deserve respect and consideration.
One of my favorite FBO's on the east coast. Attentive front desk & line service that is always willing to please. Management personnel are a pleasure to work with. Only downside is that the ramp is small & can be quickly overwhelmed with aircraft during holidays or special events.. However I've been told that the FBO's location will be changing in the future so hopefully the ramp issue will be a mute point. Other than that Jetscape FLL is a Five Star operation!
Desk Staff and Management are friendly and helpful however, line service is friendly but stuck on island time . Don t expect them to move with purpose.
