I had a wonderful experience. I came by on Saturday to test drive a car, it's my first car purchase so I kinda didn't know what to expect. As I was about to leave another car caught my eye. I didn't have time to test drive it, so Francesco gave me his card and said he would be in touch. We made arrangements for me to come see the car again on Monday. Now I am home and the car is in my driveway! Francesco was amazing. He answered every single question I had, he walked me through the process, he made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. He was very kind and helpful. Seriously, if you want a car come here and ask for Francesco. I'm so grateful. Also, the "BMW Genius" I was matched with, Jonathan Vega was also super great. He talked me through everything I needed to know about the car and said I could reach out to him anytime I had questions. Amazing customer service!
I docked one star because of the actual financing portion of my purchase. The man in that department was really awful and honestly sexist. He intimidated and bullied me into purchasing the maintenance packages. I wish I wasn't alone during this portion of things because he made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I know if I were a man he would have treated me differently. I won't write his name here because he seemed like the type of person who would retaliate. He has my name, address, and work information and I'm filled with anxiety about it. I'm going to see if there is some way I can report him. If you're a woman, please don't complete the final portion of your car purchase alone. Bring a man with you. I'm sure some of the other men there were great, and it's unfair to them saying this. But if there is a chance you'll sit with the one I'm speaking with, it will ruin your entire purchase.
I was shaken up after everything was finally done, I couldn't even be excited about my purchase. I'm thankful that afterwards Francesco helped calm me and apologized for my experience.

Not only is Braman charging $40 less, during these hard times with Covid, this service manager was rude, dry, and unaccommodating. I explained to him (Tony) that many of us are out of work and I could really use the help with him honoring the small difference and his answer was flat out, "Sorry NO!" I then called back and asked for a different service manager, his answer was, "I may not be able to do the whole $40 but I will help you out". Seriously BEWARE OF TONY. He does not care to service the customer as much as he cares to enforce a full price oil change.

I had a good experience buying a certified used BMW, however after reviewing the paperwork once I got home I realized they added a number of 3rd party services that I explicitly had declined... roadside assist, gap insurance, etc... all in all they added about $1200 to the purchase price. I came in on September 28, 2020 and met with Mike Rodda and he apologized and drafted up the cancellation forms. I signed the forms and they said it takes about a month for the refund. Ok fine. It's now 5 months later, still no refund, and I find that the dealership never submitted the paperwork until I followed up in December, and now Mike won't even respond to my emails and there is no refund in sight. I am beyond disappointed with this dealership and would avoid at all costs.

I would like to leave a Positive Review for Stephen Robertson one of your service writers.
I have known Stephen for probably fifteen years now and he has been my service writer from when I leased my first BMW 645. He is by far an absolute gentleman, courteous and compassionate in understanding what a customer needs. He is very knowledgeable of all the models BMW offers and knows how to get the problems fixed efficiently and fast. He takes pride in what he does and he is a great asset to BMW South Motors. The company is lucky to have such a fine employee. When I make an appointment with him he always gets me a loaner and accommodates me any way he can. Whatever the problem is or service that needs to be done Stephen gets the job done in a timely fashion. He is one of the reasons why I keeep coming back to BMW South Motors.

I ve been with BMW for a few years now. I have never had any complaints. From the beginning of the process with my service advisor Xenia to the tech Mario. I am taken care of on time with my appointments and Xenia keeps me updated on my car. South motors always provides me with a beautiful loaner. One thing I like a lot is that the tech Mario is very professional and keeps me updated With what is going on with my car. He even gives me advice of how to maintain my car the proper way. This means a lot when the company looks out for you in every aspect. Great customer service. I definitely recommend South motors to anyone reading this. Thank you for your help!

I took my car with an issue to another bmw dealer and they did not locate the issue. Took it to Mario who was recommended by a friend and he resolved the issue. Have not taken my car anywhere else since. I even bought my second BMW there because Mario recommended me a great sales person.
