To start off, this is only for one individual that...
To start off, this is only for one individual that I had an interaction with, Gonzalo in the service department. I recently purchased a 2020 X7 and had the appearance package applied to my purchase. I called in to bring my vehicle in for this service and specifically started that if I dropped the vehicle off, I would need assistance with using a loaner until my vehicle was ready. At no time did I get notified that this service was going to take one hour and thirty minutes. When I arrived I was helped by Mike in the genius department. I let him know that I would need to get a vehicle to while my X7 was being serviced. He took me back to the service department and Gonzalo was the person that he went to. I accompanied Mike during this conversation with Gonzalo. At no time did Gonzalo make eye contact or speak to me directly. Mike expressed to him why I needed a loaner, and Gonzalo continued to ignore the fact that I was standing right there next to Mike. Gonzalo s response was No without explained his Decision to me. It s disappointing that this is the kind of service that I received when I come in to BMW. It was a total inconvenience for me to leave work and come to take my vehicle for service. Needless to say, I will not be interacting with Gonzalo ever.
