Forget this place. Any after sale customer support is nonexistent. I have left multiple voicemails even spoke at length with customers service who promised somebody will get back to me. Multiple calls and three weeks later, nothing. Unless you make them money forget trying to get any support. Very dissapointing.

Today I went to the your dealer to get information in getting a X3 M package aproximatelly at 2:30 pm talked to the receptionist to get a sales representative. Around her was approximately 5 sales people (sales team) talking to each other and not checking the customer waiting . I she ask me for the information I wait approximately 15 minutes waiting for somebody to take care and show me the car.
I asked the receptionist twice to get me somebody to help me in . And nothing . By the end decide to approach her and tell her I waited for 15 minutes and nobody attended me . I went to land rover after that checking the VELAR really nice car . The attendance and sale people much better than you guys . Don't understand how you still in business if you don't care about customers. Ended up leaving with nobody showing me anything. REALLY BAD the way you approach business

To start off, this is only for one individual that I had an interaction with, Gonzalo in the service department. I recently purchased a 2020 X7 and had the appearance package applied to my purchase. I called in to bring my vehicle in for this service and specifically started that if I dropped the vehicle off, I would need assistance with using a loaner until my vehicle was ready. At no time did I get notified that this service was going to take one hour and thirty minutes. When I arrived I was helped by Mike in the genius department. I let him know that I would need to get a vehicle to while my X7 was being serviced. He took me back to the service department and Gonzalo was the person that he went to. I accompanied Mike during this conversation with Gonzalo. At no time did Gonzalo make eye contact or speak to me directly. Mike expressed to him why I needed a loaner, and Gonzalo continued to ignore the fact that I was standing right there next to Mike. Gonzalo s response was No without explained his Decision to me. It s disappointing that this is the kind of service that I received when I come in to BMW. It was a total inconvenience for me to leave work and come to take my vehicle for service. Needless to say, I will not be interacting with Gonzalo ever.
