I have been a loyal service customer to South Motors BMW in part because of William M. Acevedo; he is very professional, courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to anyone who is in the market to service their BMW.

Worst Experience with a dealer I have ever encountered. We purchased a car with them 3 weeks ago and for some odd reason they went ahead and made two additional credit inquiries over a week after our deal for no reason. Turns out someone ran our credit again and tried to call us to sell us another car not knowing we had already purchased. This has made our credit look suspicious because we have multiple inquiries in a short period which shows negative on our account. Additionally they have not sent the payoff check to our previous loan and they call us constantly since the account is past due and they are about to make yet another negative remark on our account. We have been calling everyday and even called corporate and they just give us the run around. We were told the payoff check should be received no later than this past Monday and yet nothing. When we call we get transferred around and get no answers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!

Just leased another BMW from South Motors. As always I m very pleased with the customer service. Shout out to my salesman Nima for getting me another great deal and being so kind. Thanks to Jonathon also for walking me through all the detail of my new car.

The people are super helpful and know their stuff. Great value if you need your BMW repaired. Loaner BMW cars, nice lounge, good WiFi and friendly workers.

Rarely do my better half an I write reviews about our experiences at locations but this experience had to be documented. Now we all know how dreadful and sometimes painful a car buying experience can be. From overly pushy salesmen to salesman who lie through their teeth just to get a sale. Coming from a car enthusiast, I can say that I have had my fair share of negative experiences. However, this car buying experience has by far been one of the most delightful ones yet. As we pulled up to the dealership (as expected) we were greeted by salesman Luis Tablada. Being the outgoing couple we are, we went along with the car salesman rapport building small talk. But in speaking with him, it was evident that Luis truly listened to our needs and was not telling us any BS just to get a sale. The entire time we spent with him was truly a pleasure as he made us feel comfortable as we felt we can trust him. If he didn t know something, he let us know but would find the answer for us. When it came down to the negotiating part, it was clearly a no brainer, as guy this good deserves to be compensated for his hard work. However, he still went out of his way to look for incentives and additional credits without even asking for them. Upon sealing the deal we were introduced to BMW Genius Charlie, a charismatic guy who clearly loves what he does. He introduced us to all the technology the 7 series has to offer and took the time to ensure we understood everything. His personality coupled with his ability to convey his knowledge of the vehicle s capabilities truly made an impression on us.

At the end of the day, this great experience was a result of good ole fashioned human interaction. Kathy and I would like to thank and highlight Luis and Charlie for their superb customer service as well as a kudos to the manager and Ms. Fanny (finance). Thank you and we look forward to our next encounter. You can assure that we will refer any friends or family to your facility.

I had a wonderful experience. I came by on Saturday to test drive a car, it's my first car purchase so I kinda didn't know what to expect. As I was about to leave another car caught my eye. I didn't have time to test drive it, so Francesco gave me his card and said he would be in touch. We made arrangements for me to come see the car again on Monday. Now I am home and the car is in my driveway! Francesco was amazing. He answered every single question I had, he walked me through the process, he made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. He was very kind and helpful. Seriously, if you want a car come here and ask for Francesco. I'm so grateful. Also, the "BMW Genius" I was matched with, Jonathan Vega was also super great. He talked me through everything I needed to know about the car and said I could reach out to him anytime I had questions. Amazing customer service!
I docked one star because of the actual financing portion of my purchase. The man in that department was really awful and honestly sexist. He intimidated and bullied me into purchasing the maintenance packages. I wish I wasn't alone during this portion of things because he made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I know if I were a man he would have treated me differently. I won't write his name here because he seemed like the type of person who would retaliate. He has my name, address, and work information and I'm filled with anxiety about it. I'm going to see if there is some way I can report him. If you're a woman, please don't complete the final portion of your car purchase alone. Bring a man with you. I'm sure some of the other men there were great, and it's unfair to them saying this. But if there is a chance you'll sit with the one I'm speaking with, it will ruin your entire purchase.
I was shaken up after everything was finally done, I couldn't even be excited about my purchase. I'm thankful that afterwards Francesco helped calm me and apologized for my experience.

What can I say? It was by far the best experience I have had in the dealership. Jean was my advisor and was incredibly helpful, making changes to my order when I asked. They gave me a fantastic deal with the X7 I purchased. Financing was the quickest. With Leandro, it was the smoothest I have experienced purchasing a car. Highly recommend!

This is a review for South BMW Service department and specifically for Rodrigo (Service Specialist). He has been nothing but great and providing amazing service. My BMW had some rattling sound and when I brought it in, he drove with me and the Foreman to identify the noise and gave me a loaner. During that time, a windshield crack happened and Rodrigo was Rodrigo was so accommodating with my requests and made the experience great.

I bought my new BMW this week and my salesman was Frank. First time at this dealership and the experience was a good one. Frank really is a great salesperson. He explained to me about the M Sport class of cars. He was not high pressure and gave great suggestions on which car to go with. Also of memorable mention in purchase of this vehicle is the BMW Car Genius, Charlie. He was very knowledgeable about all the features in the vehicle and was helpful to go over everything carefully with me. I really would recommend Charlie! Genuinely a nice person.
