I bought a 2017 530i 2 weeks ago (my 5th BMW). The Salesman was awesome but the car gives some issues since the first minute I left the dealer.
1. Low coolant - temperature goes high - loose hose leaking coolant. I had to comeback the next day to have it fixed, driving from West Miramar to down there (60 miles round trip)
2. Since yesterday the AC stops working during a 2 hour drive while it was excessively hot in a car with 9k miles. I am beyond upset. Went back home to pick up my X5 to go back to the location I was going to.

I had the worst experience purchasing a Certified Pre Own at South Motors BMW! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a look on what car I look I can afford rather than the car I was looking for. He was unaware that this would be my third BMW. I still proceeded because I had found the CPO color/model I was looking for. I gave a deposit on the car and during the financing stage, I noticed the price was higher than the price negotiated. I refused to sign until I spoke to the manager. The manager denied the negotiation & was unable to provide me written confirmation of the signed negotiation document. When I asked to speak to the GM, they then proceeded with telling me the car (which I had a deposit on) was sold. This was the fourth time I had gone to the dealer to purchase the car- previous 3 times the salesman, Christian, told me it was ready when indeed it wasn t the first time it was pending certification, the 2nd/3rd time there was pending cosmetic damage to be repaired, and although the car still I had a scratch I proceeded with purchasing the car the 4th time. And I had to go back a 5th time because 2 weeks later they still had not returned the deposit. Beware of what you negotiate! Do not waste your time here & take your business elsewhere where you are valued as a customer!

A shout out to my Mini adviser MARIO CARVAJAL. To his credit, he made certain to list the few issues re: my wife's Mini inside of the dealership and then went outside to the car to review the issues. Lastly, he re verified the issues when he read them back from the repair order to me. Good news is that when I came to pick up the vehicle, everything was addressed and repaired. THANK YOU MARIO!
