My wife and I have been involved with South Motors BMW whether we are leasing, financing or simply having it vehicle serviced. I would like to specially recognize Armando Rodriguez, our Client Advisor, and Chris Pagan, our Service Advisor.

We are now on our third BMW with Armando since 2013 and Chris is always our choice when selecting a service advisor. Both individuals demonstrate the qualities expected of the BMW industry making every experience feel more family oriented with their approach as opposed to dealing at arm s length. Armando and Chris both demonstrate extensive experience within their respective fields and are simply a pleasure to work with whether it be a simple question, vehicle issue or just shooting the proverbial breeze about life and M cars. Their charismatic approach makes them essential personnel to the South Motors Family as they provide a very comfortable atmosphere as we all understand the stress associated with leasing, purchasing or servicing a vehicle. I highly recommend you challenge them to provide you with the same professionalism I have encountered over the past years. I m certain they will meet and/or exceed your expectations.

I called for a tire replacement , my tire was damaged by a nail and when I called in, I didn't have my road hazard Insurance information. My service advisor Hyde jumped on the case and called me back later that day with all the information that I needed and made arrangements for the tire to be replaced with a new tire.

I was in and out around a hour, that was good timing and Hyde delivered what he told me he could do !

I just leased a new 430i grand coupe from Charlie and Pedro and the experience could not have been better. I have been a BMW driver for 11 years but this is the first time I do business at South Miami and it is by far the best car purchase experience i have ever had. Pedro was extremely helpful and efficient and Charlie knows so much about these cars that I m convinced he was German in a past life!

WORST experience I have ever had at a dealership. ...

WORST experience I have ever had at a dealership. My lease of 1.5 year got a check engine light, that's quick... Brought it in and had made an appointment. I was waiting 1 hour before some1 saw me and another hour for a loaner. I saw people that were there after me leave before and get into bigger cars. I finally get the loaner and it's a Mini. I'm 6'2 260lbs. I never drive small cars, but after waiting for so long I had to get back to work so I just left (uncomfortably as my head was almost touching the roof with seat all the way down) I parked as I always do and a parking stop lifted the bumper out of place.. Shows me Minis are POS cars and bmw wants me to pay for the damage which I understand..and I have to use their auto shop but after the terrible treatment that will be the last dime they take from me.. AVOID SERVICE...

My husband & I both did leases & Carlos Guerra, helped us with all the technological portion. He went above & beyond & it s no wonder they refer to his Dept as genius cause he truly is!!! I would like to say that this was my first time experiencing service for my car at South Motors Bmw and it was excellent! I was able to schedule my appointment quickly for the following day without any hassles. South Motors also provided me with a loaner so that I wouldn t have any complications getting to work and so forth. The loaner was nice and clean. I felt comfortable leaving my car as they took videos before to confirm that there were no damages or dings left on my car during service. I had some recalls in which they were all able to be fixed within hours. The service specialist Xenia De Leon showed AMAZING customer service and was very professional!!! She attended me very quickly when I arrived. She followed up as soon as my vehicle was ready and made sure I had no doubts or questions regarding my vehicle. I left my phone charger in the loaner and she went out of her way to make arrangements to have it returned to me by someone. I will definitely continue to have my car serviced at South Motors. Thank you so much to your amazing team!

I have purchased over 20+ BMW's in my lifetime, the majority from South Motors BMW. During the delivery of the last 6, I have had Charlie Lawson explain in detail the important facets of my new vehicle. He makes this part of the sale simple, by explaining whatever you ask and not finishing until you are finished. I truly believe that BMW's introduction of the Genius program to assist with sales was extremely well thought out. I also believe that by having Charlie as one of your Genius's, you have someone who exudes professionalism while at the same time speaking to purchasers at whatever level they need, to learn about their purchase. Charlie remains unique in that he is on point with a BMW 2 series through an M6 convertible and every model in between. Good job South Motors BMW, you have a "jewel", of a person who cares for every individual he comes in contact with.

I went in for the annual check-up.....oil change, tire rotation, etc.
All went well. The whole process took about an hour and a half, which is what I expected. The wait was comfortable with lots of room for social distancing. Customers seemed to all cooperate by wearing masks. All in all, a positive experience.

This is probably the best buying experience I ever had. If you are looking for a Mini or BMW this place is worth the drive. Ask for Jose Pupo. He is kind and professional for his years. No haggle, no push, no pressure. Leo in financing is extremely respectful and courteous too. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because they are currently under construction and the sales area is small and uncomfortable. The wait to get to financing to sign paperwork is a bit lengthy too. Once their new showroom is open (early 2022) this will be a great place to purchase an automobile. I will definitely return.
