I went earlier today to curiously browse the X4/X5 s and inquire on the X6 s as they seem to be low stock across Florida/national level. I m assuming I didn t fit the clientele look because I went in my gym attire. Words to follow- Don t judge a book by its cover. Seems like a very superficial way of doing business. Luckily, there s other BMW dealerships to choose from.

I had the worst experience trying to buy a NEW BMW 5 Series with Robert Hunter. Let Robert know upfront what I wanted and monthly payment I was looking for and gave him both options of certified or leasing a new 5 series. Robert came back to me with the purchasing of a Loaner car that was currently being used with 1800 miles on it, the car needed to be at 2500 miles in order to receive the rebates/discounts however they were willing to give me the rebates/discounts at 1800 miles. We had also agreed and initialed a monthly lease payment agreed upon by both parties. I put my deposit down since the car was due back in the following day. I wanted to see the car before we were to sign paperwork to lease the car. I received a call the following morning from Robert letting me know that the loaner car department/service department messed up and had the wrong mileage when it was actually at 1500 and now the price per month for the lease had to go up $50 since the rebates/discounts would apply. I advised Robert that I should not have to pay the price for their mistake however I was told if I wanted the car the lease payment will go up $50. Robert did not want to go back to his team letting them know my frustrations. But it was not until I yelled and screamed and told him to get the GM involved and hung up the phone was I heard. He did call/tect back and reverted back to our original agreement however he had lost my trust with me as a salesman. This whole deal seems like the old "Bait and Switch Scheme". It was very upsetting since I was ready to buy and still am. But I will take my business else where.

On Saturday was the second time I went to South Motor to look at this beautiful fully loaded 2018 X4. No way did I ever imagine that Chris Manning and Angel Acosta were going to make this beauty mine with an amazing deal within my budget. When I thought oh I'm done with the finance paperwork I'll be on my way now. Here comes the real amazement when they introduced me to my BMW Genius Kelsey Giebel. She is the most friendliest and nicest person ever. She went above and beyond to help me understand how to use my car to the full extent and even though it was not something that she needed to do she even helped me washed my car. She's always available if I needed any additional help. I can't thank her enough for what she's done for me. I felt like I came in as a stranger and walked out as a friend. Thank you all for what you do and how nice and easy you made my first car purchase to be! I would definitely recommend other family and friends to South Motors! :)

My husband and I had the absolute worst experience at this location (south motors BMW Palmetto Bay). After reading some of these reviews it seems the theme of this dealership is negligence.
We took our car to get serviced and were given a loaner car. Around 3:30pm we came back to the dealer to turn loaner in because we had not heard from them but given they closed at 4pm we assumed car would be ready or almost ready. We pulled up and told young man that we had items in the backseat..he said he d pull loaner to the side until our car was ready. We d normally sit outside and wait but given the fact that it was pouring rain we went to the inside lobby. Shortly after 4pm we realized there were almost no other customers and they had already closed up. We looked for an employee and couldn t find one. The advisor who had helped us, Tia, although very nice, never called us to let us know anything about our car. We never heard from her again after getting our loaner car.
We stepped outside and couldn t find anyone. I saw one gentleman walking in and I asked if he could assist us in locating our car and loaner car with our belongings and he didn t even stop to talk to us..he kept walking and said I m sales I don t do service Truly shocked at his rudeness we responded with there is none inside , and he said try security . The security he was referring to was a gentleman sitting in a foldout chair with nothing to identify him as security.
So, here we are at 4:30pm; our personal car is no where to be found, our loaner car gone and all employees have disappeared. Finally, an employee whom I believe was from sales that overheard the other gentleman blow us off took putty upon us and helped us. He walked through the halls with us and saw there was no one. He found one employee (Horacio), I don t even know what department he officially works in but he helped us get our personal car. He said we had to wait until Monday to get our stuff out of the loaner. Apparently they don t have supervisors, managers or senior department heads to call. We as the customer had to just..deal with their mistake.
We were ignored, spoken down to and just treated so poorly which is baffling to me considering there industry is based on helping customers. If someone, anyone, had even pretended to care a little bit and put minimum effort in to help us. If we had not spoken up we would still be sitting in that lobby.
We will be avoiding this dealership and telling all of our friends and family.
Just praying our belongings are still there Monday morning when we go to pick them up.
**Update**
I contacted Patrick Collins (Service Director) via email and he reached out to me the following day, which was a Sunday. He listened to the situation, apologized and truly cared. He even arranged for our items to be delivered to us that day. Ruth (loaner car manager) came to our house in the same loaner car we had used and dropped our stuff off. Both Patrick and Ruth really went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Although it was a truly unfortunate day/situation we encountered Patrick made sure he did all he could to help make things right.
Had a great experience with Francisco and Charlie . The most exciting part was going over all the cool features and functions of the vehicle . These are the best and highly recommend them!

I have two bmw vehicles one is 2018 x5 and the other is 2018 530i. I had a 7:30 a.m. set two weeks prior to appointment. I get a call night before and asked if I could change to 8:00a.m. not a problem. I get there on time and my service was for a trunk release button on drivers door not working. I get the service notification and video at 9:45a.m. and car in service bay. By 12:45 p.m. I had heard nothing and decided to go check on my car only to be told they didn't have the part. My service advisor tells me they are pulling the vehicle around. One hour later I hadn't recieved my car. I asked about a front license plate installation only to be told no and I just had purchased from parts. At 1:45 p.m. I received my car unwashed,no plate installed and my key thrown on back seat. I can honestly say I will never return here for service. No bmw dealership should operate this way.

Horrible service. Back in 2017, they charged me $1,400 to inspect the engine and when I went to retrieve my car they not only didn t return the car with the engine assembled, but also there were 3 kids hanging out in it.
