I scheduled an appointment with service over the phone. I showed up early for my appointment and checked in online. Very smooth transition. I was told the work would take 4 hours. I received a call about 3 hours in and was told my Honda was ready for pick up. I paid the price that was discussed beforehand. I highly recommend using the service department at Sons. I can't wait until my next service appointment.
