Sons Honda gets 4 out of 5 stars from me but I have to give Tony 5 out of 5 as he was great to work with. Tony was very attentive, thorough and made every effort to accommodate my requests, however, I feel the manager could have done more in the negotiations for the vehicle purchase and trade. I've bought enough cars over the years to leave feeling I probably could have purchased somewhere else for a lower price on a slightly better conditioned vehicle and received more for my trade. But it was primarily for location and convenience of proximity that I decided to make a final purchase with Sons and, again, for Tony's excellent service and honesty. However, unless the overall dealership tactics and approach change, I may not purchase from them again in the future and will take my business elsewhere.

Had to update this review, came back to trade in my 2015 and everything went more smoothly than I expected. Big thanks to Carlton who helped me every step of the way and also want to thank David from finance for his help as well as the magic he was able to to to get us to where we needed.

For my first real car buying experience it could not have gone any better! My sales rep was a Mr. David Mitchell Jr. who was excellent in being friendly, professional and straightforward for what I was specifically looking for (as well as meeting me every step of the way when I had to make appointment/schedule changes). The process was made easy and I highly recommend him and Sons Honda for any car buyer's needs.

My husband and I came to SON'S Honda to shop for a car not knowing yet if we were gonna purchase one Mr. Carlton Harris came out and greeted us.He showed us some vehicles and honestly told us that if the vehicle is not running good or has a situation he will not sell it to us. What honesty. We ended up driving home our upgraded Sorento Kia, 10 months later we went back to SON'S Honda looking for a bigger SUV again and we seeked out Mr. "Carlton Harris" he did his magic and we drove home with our Dodge Durango.

Carlton Harris is a true gentleman and truly cares about the customer and their needs.

Called about 2 different Certifies Pre-owned Accords.. everything was perfect condition per sales over the phone. Got there and on both vehicles all 4 wheels had terrible road rash, the 2016 had degreaser left all over it and the 2017 had been hit on the driver corner panel with a big dent. These are CPOs and everything should have been restored to like new.. so I get them to put it on a rack in the shop and the 2017 was a total rust bucket!! Not to mention they WERENT certified preowned, if I bought it they would fix all the damage but it would reflect in the price Women are educated shoppers too! Be very aware and check everything, I mean everything when shopping here.

I purchased my car from another dealership and had the first two service intervals performed there. I was not satisfied with the other place. My sister suggested Son's, so I decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did! John was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Everyone in the service department was friendly. Wesley Mellish is an exceptional salesperson. I came in to look at some vehicles I saw on the website. He made sure that my experience there was good. I can certainly say he had patience with me as I kept looking undecided at one vehicle after another. I felt no pressure and I will most definitely be back.

Made appointment with Service Rep who was the person who checked me in. I was on time and brought recall paperwork (for passenger airbag) with me. I was shocked when she told me they had none in stock, having been told by her the day before parts were available. She told me to "come back tomorrow" since more parts would be in later. I stopped by the manager's office on the way out and told him I was very disappointed to be told something one day and have it not be true the next. He asked me to wait, and when he returned he said, "I have no idea why you were told we are out of stock because we have 15 of them back there." I had been told it would take about an hour but they didn't bring my car around until after 12 PM. Over 2 hour wait.

I bought a 2018 Hyundai Elantra from Sons Honda today . Carlton Harris was my salesman and he was incredibly helpful . In fact the whole staff friendly and helpful as well . I would recommend Sons Honda to anyone who is looking for a courteous and helpful staff who are there to make sure all your questions are answered.

I purchased a 2019 Insight here and while I m very happy with the vehicle and the experience I received from most individuals, there was one that kind of ruined it for me. I think I received a great deal on the vehicle here. Everyone at this location is very friendly and other members of my family have had a great experience here, but I would rather refer my friends and family to Honda Carland in Roswell.

Me and my daughter went to a few dealerships that gave us a hard time and displayed poor customer service. Awesome experience at Sons Honda with the recent purchase of my CR-V. Mr. Mellish and Mr. Carlton were truly courteous and professional throughout the whole process. 16,850 at 25% intrest rate is what i purchased my car from sons honda at. To no one's fault but my own, I did not do a good job researching how to buy a car when I purchased my first car from sons Honda. But that is no excuse for the way I was taken advantage of buy this dealership. They sold me a 2015 jeep compass after lying to me and telling that it's going to be a car that holds its value; it most certainly does not. Told me it was rated at 4.5 stars. It was not it was 2.5. But besides that I spent 3 hours there talking to them about what they can do for me because I had poor credit. They told me nothing; even though there is a program called first time buyers that was created for people like me. So reluctantly i baught this car that I didn't really like because at the time I really needed a car and because this short overweight guy was pressuring me to, I believe his name was "Sunny". At first i told them i didn't want the deal and then he started saying things like "you must be stupied this is a great deal", and that "i want to help you man but I can't if you keep being an idiot". It was a ugly and brutal situation for me. And one that upsets me everytime I look at my car.

I want to thank David MITCHELL for a great customer service experience at Sons of Honda. I got exactly what I wanted and give me great choices. I appreciate all the staff there. Anyone wanting a new car reach out to Sons Honda.

so disappointed with Sons. I recently came in to purchase a CR-V we did the deal, signed papers only to find out they had sold the car to another dealer a week earlier. They said they were going to find me another car but after several days they said they thought they had found one at another dealer only to tell me it had sold that night. I asked what dealer it was and I had been checking that dealer out as well. They had two in the trim I was looking for 2 weeks prior and still had 2. They obviously didn't want my business and I never heard another word from Sons so I went elsewhere.

I went to test drive a used GMC Son Honda had and the truck had a lot of miles so I didn t get approved from the bank. They ask if I wanted to check on other trucks and I said no thank you, I just want a gmc of this year model. I received in the mail my credit checks where they had ran my credit on multiple other trucks they had in their lot! That makes it a hard inquiry and negatively affects my credit score! I m not happy with my experience!

Wellesley is a phenomenal salesman. My family has purchased 4 vehicles from him at Sons Honda. We have purchased a total of 6 vehicles from Sons altogether. The service and care that Wellesley provides are the reasons we are returning customers at this dealership.

I took my hrv in for a regular oil change, and it was discovered that the battery was starting to go bad. Jacob said that it was still under warranty and had it changed for me. Thank you for taking the time to care about the safety of your customers. If my battery had went out in the middle of no wherethis summer with children in the car it could have been a serious problem.

I normally dont like to write a review on a product until ive owned it for some time. However, I can comment on how our customer service was with Shateria. She was absolutely incredible! She was so patient with us as we tired to make an important financial decision. She was kind, and we felt that she was on our side. My wife and I left the dealership happy and content with the friendly customer service. If your going to buy a car find Shateria. She will work with you to get things done in your price range! Also, so far we love our car. Everything was laid out with no hidden fees. They gave us the carfax, presale inspection that included all the work done on the car. Its hard to trust anyone when buying a car these days, but we felt that we could trust Shateria who is a great representative of Honda. I initially visited the dealership to view an MDX but found that it was way too small for my family so we shopped around and finally were able to purchase an Acadia.
