Special shout out to sales manager Michael at Sons Honda for telling me he didn't have time to deal with me because he had other deals going on after I had waited 2 hours for a phone call back. What was it about you may ask? The check engine light on my new car I bought FRIDAY is on and saying it is the 3rd cylinder misfiring. Nothing like terrible customer service on a Saturday afternoon and it was my first experience ever buying a car from a dealership. Oh and I would like to add the salesman (Hilary) I dealt with originally never called me back either, and when I got in touch with him he hung up on me. I will give props to Brian for finally helping me and Jessica in service being extra nice and apologetic and telling me I actually need to take it to Dodge since it's under factory warranty. But unfortunately since Michael didn't have time for me I have to wait until after work monday to get my car even looked at, even though it has a 3 month warranty through sons honda dealership and an extended warranty through them, because the dodge service department closed at 2.
