What started out okay turned into a disaster. On our meeting to discuss the details we were told to call at any time for support and assistance with the sales rep. A few weeks later, no one showed up for the installation with no one contacting us to discuss. A new installation date was arranged and we had some questions in the meantime that resulted in no answered calls, no returned calls or messages. What sad customer experience! The only shining light was the lovely receptionist we spoke to when cancelling it all who also sounded saddened by our experience. Definitely not the type of company we would ever go through again.

Fitted my solar panels quickly and efficiently only took a couple of hours. Like the app and tracking how many kWh produced and hopefully when next electricity bill comes in it will save me some money.
Be cautious!! Sales people turn up to your house and walk you through the "amazing experience" you will have with their company. Reality unfortunately is a lot different. Ever since we had the solar put on our roof things have not been right. Many calls have been made to their head office in Perth but we never get any follow up. Our last electricity bill was hundreds of dollars more (with the solar panels on the roof) than the same time last year. I tried to speak to the company ONCE AGAIN but it seems management (or anyone who can actually assist) leave before 3pm. Our advice, find another company as they do not stand behind their promises.
I see you responded to ask us to call you which was 35 minutes after you closed your business. As we have spoken with the the Clean Energy Council, they also cannot understand how our electricity bill is over $200 more for for the same time as compared to last year when we have your panels on our roof. One last thing...... when I rang and your receptionist said "there's no one here that can talk to you"...... why now respond when I make this puny?
Very happy with the whole experience with Solar Naturally, I signed a document with a very professional and knowledgeable salesman, and that was it, everything else was taken care off, and now very happy with the result. Big thanks to Jared and his team for an exceptional install, I can't fault anything, really neat workmanship and thorough explanation of how it works.... Highly recommend these guys!!
We recently had our Solar Naturally panels installed. I must say from the first doorknock to the install everything went great. All our questions were answered and explained about the panels and the installation process. The day of install the tradesmen turned up on time which was surprising due to a thunderstorm that hit that morning. They installed the system and came back a couple of days later when it was safe to install the panels. Everything is running great and we can't wait to see the difference on our first power bill. I was shocked to receive my first power bill since the installation of my solar panels. My bill was the same as if I didn't even have them installed. After calling Solar Naturally and leaving a message seeking an explanation no one has bothered to called me back.
Early this year we noticed our solar panels on our shop weren't working probably, thinking maybe the trees were blocking as surely the panels are working. We cut down trees to try and solve the problem but when that didnt work we finally contacted SN to come out and check to see if everything was working like it should. Only to find out that both of our 15kw inverters were faulty (Its a very big system!) . The communication of the company is a joke! You get no response calling their fault line, call the sales line and within 30 seconds you have an answer!
Finaly they come to check to see if there is a fault and with no fault lights indicating there is no fault, the technician within 30 seconds of being here stated that there is several faults with the system. One being a part that was tripping out on our roof, which you could know it broken by the lack of power being converted. They also had water damage from being installed in the wrong location.
Being under warranty the workers were out within the week. Whilst they were working there was an electrical fire which caused a serious amount of smell, smoke and panic within our shop front, which also disrupted sales. As a result of this ,new and safer equipment was installed.
Two weeks later one of two inverters tripped and is flashing fault. They were called immediately and they came out that day. When the technician got here, he turned the inverter on and it exploded in my husbands face and the technicians! It tripped the power to our shop, the bang frightened all our customers, distributed sales and put stress on other surrounding equipment.
A new inverter was ordered which took over a week to get here, installed and within two weeks a BRAND new inverted exploded in our faces, frightened customers and disrupted sales during our peak trading all over again!
A brand new inverter was then installed again.
After the reoccurring problems which took 3 months to complete and plus another 2 months of us taking action,not knowing there was a problem to try and get this resolved.
It has been months of excessive power bills and distress for our small family owned business. After we have been trying to seek some compensation for paying for a faulty system and again excessive power bills ,we was offered a free clean and a health check of our system!
They are a misleading company, the customer service is a joke after being ignored and ridiculed by the owner and the company.
We would seriously warn against this company and avoid at all cost!
We are still waiting on a reasonable response in light of these events.

Firstly we have only taken over the business at the start of this year, previous to that the contract was in a different name. Like I stated we didn't think there was a fault with the system as there was no indication to say that there was a fault. Although they were not working like they should have a few months prior.
It really goes to show how you treat your good customers of 4 years that when there is an issue you just brush it under the rug. We had issues every time we called your fault line but as soon as we called the sales line you were quite happy to pick up.
And if two of your workers and my husband have to seek shelter from a loud BANG from your inverter , i would call that an explosion! The fact that you down play it really goes to show you don't care for the wellbeing of your staff and your customers.
We have been in contact with your director and he knows our terms and would very much appreciate a phone call directly from him.
Was all kept above board, was told everything from the get go. Salesman was incredibly professional, everything he said was exactly how it happened. Did a really good, tidy job of installation and meter. Have been reassured good customer service if anything fails, 100% happy with the product and service so far!

Great customer service from start to finish by my sales rep Aden. He also contacted the company for me after the solar panel installation was finished to assist me in accessing the online Enlighten system so I could check how my solar panels are performing daily. The tradies who came to install the panels were polite and helpful, Solar Naturally also provided me with a wifi extender free of charge to solve an unexpected issue after installation as the inverter was too far from my router to connect to the wifi.
BEWARE - quoted over double a what a quality system would cost for cheap Chinese equipment. very pushy salespeople who didn't even show us the right brochures of the products we were getting, and didn't leave any details of what we had signed up for. Ended up cancelling with them and got quotes from others, found out how much we were about to be ripped off for!!! Salespeople then abuse us when were were cancelling and kept pushing for us not to cancel, kept telling us he "didn't care as he already had his commission".
Easy booking process, installers turned up as per scheduled time. Installation completed within the day with no concerns and no mess to clean up and then taken through use of system prior to installers leaving.
We had Solar Naturally upgrade our solar system from 3.2kw to 6.2kw. From the quote to the Installation the job went smoothly and all the staff were polite and professional to deal with. Would recommend calling for a quote.
Had my solar panels put up last weekend and what can I say i was so impressed with the guys customer service they turned up on time they cleaned up after themselves well mannered very professional pet friendly and quick at there work will recommend them to everyone A +++++++++
Great staff that were very helpful in streamlining the whole process from initial discussion, approvals and completing. They were very accommodating in getting the install completed in a tight timeframe to meet my needs.

it's bit shameful that Solar Naturally pricing are too expensive than other solar companies in the market. I've got quotation for same brand products for Solar panels and converters with same amount of warranty and found that Solar naturally price was way expensive($2500.00 extra) very disappointed
Don't bother with these blokes. Sales rep is very pushy, doesn't like being told 'we'll think about it'. After discussion, we unfortunately decided to go with them. Job couldn't be done on the day promised as they had no inverter's left. Tried to down sell us to an inferior one or wait until the one we asked came in. Was told it would come Monday (original install day was Friday). No phone calls or contact at all, didn't arrive back until the following Thursday. Had a look at job as I was installing our new air con, only to see cables slung from timbers, over plumbing, etc. Looked like a cobweb. Called up and said come and fix it. Just put 3 saddles in a couldn't understand how I wasn't happy with the job. Service department is very rude, being hung up on twice and also being told numerous times they'd 'call you back in the next 10 mins', only to have to then chase them up again every half hour to try get a reply. Couldn't think of a worse solar installer if I tried. Sadly, this is the standard of most W.A 'tradies', having seen it first hand on many sites.
Installation was completed quickly and cleanly with a minimum of interruption. Performance of the solar system has perhaps not been as good as we would have liked or what we were expecting (maybe the system size is not correct?), but it is early days yet so we will give it time to prove it's worth before we consider making any changes.
From the guys that knocked on our door to the salesperson to reception, to the installation, everything went smoothly. Even got our system in earlier than planned. Can see where our savings and wattage made anywhere via the app. The app for the inverter was a bit difficult to setup but one phone call and tech support rang me up and sorted it out on the spot. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Recommend everyone give them a go, plus they are local to Perth, just down the road from us in Canning Vale.
Buyers be aware! more than Double the price than anyone else. cant even answer us the Brand of Panels and Inverter they are using only say "it is a quality product". Very Pushy salesman. End up cancel the contract and getting different quotes. If you believe people will pay $9k for a $3000 system then good luck! stop ripping people off!!

We had a representative (Neil) from Solar Naturally come to our property, he was very well informed, professional and easy to understand. He advised us of the type, amount and best roof location for the panels to suit our requirements (not his) We never "sign up" there and then but we felt very comfortable and agreed to proceed with his recommendations. He arranged everything and it all went to plan and in the stated timetable. The guys who installed the panels and did the electrics, meter ECT were first class. On time, very efficient and very tidy in their work. To summarise :
They explained everything so I made an informed decision and had the panels installed correctly; the correct installation was confirmed by an independent contractor I brought in as part of the Commonwealth Solar Panel review program.

Always cautious of the salesman who demands immediate sign up. I asked for the opportunity to discuss this with my husband, over a $10k investment. The salesman was quite put out by this, stating it was now or never. Door knocking and high pressure sales equal alarm bells. Some research tells me I would be paying far more for the system by using their finance scheme. I understand it may be a more, but double? If it looks too good and sounds too good...
I first used Solar Naturally a number of years ago and when downsizing I didn't hesitate to contact them again. I'm very happy with the the service both during and after installation, very friendly and professional people.

This company has zero moral compass. They will not disclose all the information regarding fees when selling their product to you. The consultant with sell the company and at any cost to win the customer over. No disclosure about the hidden fees. When you try to call them to rectify the situation they will not take your call and will not return calls. They have ZERO accountability! They are NOT the company to trust as there are other companies in Australia with much better pricing and honest disclosure. Stay away from this company.
Do not deal with this company. They are extremely incompetent. After cancelling contract within given time frame and phoning Synergy as instructed by Solar Naturally , we have continued to receive letters and phone calls regarding "our installation". Today I had Western Power arrive to convert power box. Luckily I was at home as he advised they would have done job and sent me the bill. He also told me this was the 6 house he had been to this week who had cancelled their contracts. Again phoned Solar Naturally to complain and get assurance I would not come home to find solar panels on my roof. Interestingly when I asked to speak to a manager, as this was my fourth phone call to them this week to confirm contract was cancelled, no manager took the call and the lovely receptionist was left to handle this complaint. Also funny how Solar Naturally doesn't take responsible for the stuff ups. They blame every other subcontractor.
4/9/19 Have recently had solar installed by another company at over 2/3 less than the price quoted by Solar Naturally. The service has been 100% better and have already seen our power bill halved and that was not even a full power bill with solar panels. Buyer beware and seriously consider if the 5 star ratings are legitimate
Team were friendly and explained everything very well. Installation was quick and pain free, even replaced some broken roof tiles in the process to ensure no damage caused to our property. 100% recommend.
The whole prosess was very good from the 2 guys that introduced them selves from Solar naturally and set the time the panels would be installed .They were installed on the date agreed with no problems ,the guys were very clean and tidy and explained how to use the inverter and read it .Still waiting for my first bill to see what the difference is .

We had solar naturally do a random door knock and to begin with i wasnt sure. However we agreed to get it done and it was an excellent decision. The savings across summer have been fantastic and we are happy with the follow up support. Would highly reccommend.
Had my system for 4.5 years and the inverter failed. They charged me $198 to tell me my inverter was not working then told me that the office would call for a warranty claim. I had to ring and follow them up each week. They said 2 weeks for a replacement and now 6 weeks later after weekly emails they finally booked us in for today between 10- 2pm. It's now 2pm and no tecnition. Called office and no one is there on a Saturday. In conclusion I think they are are big company with decent product but don't have decent procedures for after sale support. I was going to upgrade my system with them but after all this I decided I will go somewhere else
very poor service got solar system set up made no difference on my power bills if anything thay are more expensive, try contact them to come an check the system no response no call back very poor. would not recommend this to anyone
Solar Naturally has been most helpful with questions I have raised with regards to my electricity bill. Nine months after installing my system their after sales service has been outstanding. They provided bill monitoring and advise that has seen me save more money on my power bill. When I approached Synergy they failed to mention that I could have hundreds of dollars each year by changing the plan I was on. Solar Naturally picked up the issue and I called Synergy back immediately and changed my plan. This saved me $100+ on my next bill. I would have been paying too much if it wasn t for their knowledgeable staff members.
So far so good, we were looking at solar and the payment plan was a good one and the company offers a lot of support. The instalation guys were on time and efficient and it was ensuring that they were part of the company and not contractors. Looking forward to the battery technology they are working on.
From Sales team to office staff all very polite and extremely helpful. Nice lads and professional, was a difficult job for them, they never complained.
The sales rep was very knowledgable but the price is $7995 for a 6.6KW system (Suntech panels) and GOODWE inverter, over a 36 months plan. That is with the $4000 rebate from the Government - so I n total the price is almost $12K. Very expensive- are they worth it? You decide....

Everything was explained in great detail and the ability to pay the system off over time, was a bonus. Installation was on time as promised and very professional. Interesting call today from this company to book in my installation. I accepted a quote in November for supply & install in mid January. After I made numerous calls & emails I got an install date. Surprise no-one showed up or even rang. Only when I cancelled my agreement did they contact me. Today (3 months later) I get a call about booking in the job. Are these guys serious!!
Excellent product and service. Communication was good and installation went smoothly. As someone else said the only change I would make would be to help the customer connect the app to the inverter as a little challenging.
