I don't do business with companies that make an appointment to come and give you a quote at a time that is convenient, then turn up an hour late without ringing to apologise or advise they will be late.

Got my panels installed with no fuss, the guys were on time and the team very helpful, the only problem I have so far is connecting the app to the meter

Finally got someone to call back after a week waiting after they found that I left a "not so pleasant" review. Had someone to look at my inverter in the end. Some things really need to be seen in the end... needless to say a customer's first impression will always be a lasting one.

The whole process was painless and they team was amazing. Good not ask for anything better.

Not the best experience with the salesman, quite pushy and threatening...!
However with the installation guys, very good experience, they were professional and helpful and did not leave a mess.
In regards to the management office people, they were professional, quite flexible and helpful in regards to the fact that we had a set back due to the current circumstances.
In regards to the product we have just had it installed.

I am very happy with their service and products. I can see a dramatic decrease on my electricity bill. Now I can use my aircon the whole day on summer time without regrets. Best money spent.

Unprofessional attitude. Set the time, didn t pitch up and wasted an hour a day before for sales pitch. Lodged a complaint and got a call back and Not even bothered to apologise for this. Don t understand how such businesses survive that long.

I can highly recommend Solar Naturally. The sales person was very friendly & answered all of our questions in a polite & professional manner. Everything was explained in great detail and the ability to pay the system off over time, was a bonus. Installation was on time as promised and very professional. We had our panels installed last year, our bills were over $500 each time and now they're down to $250 or less so we're really happy with them. Oh and my 59 year old mother thought the sales man and the installers were all "good on the eye" so that was a bonus for her lol

Great job done all round! From the original quoting process through to the installation booking team and the installers, Solar Naturally did a great job. The guys who installed the system arrived on time, worked quietly and cleanly and left no mess...even working on the roof in hot temperatures. I'm looking forward to seeing the results in my future electricity bills, and the knowledge that the guys are local if we have any issues is good to know.

From the sales person to the installers & office staff, everyone we dealt with was fantastic. Helpful, polite & efficient. The installers even offered to fix some already broken tiles on our roof. You don t get people these days going over & above but these guys did. Would recommend this company to anyone:)

I have had a 3kw system for 1 year now, installed by solar naturally. It is performing at full capacity for the time I was told it would.
We are a family of four. We try to run all the big energy uses during the day, including the pool pump and air conditioning. We also run an air conditioner all night every night in one room.
Before solar our bills were $400 average.
With solar our bills are $130 average. Of that $130, $70 of it is a fixed service charge.
We pump $50 back into the grid every bill.
The only thing I would of done differently is put a bigger system on.

Sales package / company brochure initially won us over. Sadly, the payment plan let us down. The figures on paper revealed that the government rebate was outside the final quote. (Other suppliers include it, inside the price). The sales agreement form does not provide any data sheets about the products or details of the payment plan. Be careful!! After we terminated the agreement (for lack of pricing and product disclosure), we went with another company and paid half the price for better products. Do your homework. Get 3 quotes that compare apples with apples. Its a competitive market. Shop around.

I would NOT recommend this company! I agreed to a home consultation and found the sales approach very pushy and deceitful. After showing me a brochure with the projected savings, the salesperson then tried to pressure me into signing up straight away, with claims that if I didn t I would miss out and have to wait 6 months until they were back in my suburb. I advised them I would not be deciding that day and wanted to get pricing from another company for comparison. I was told if I didn t get back to them by the next day it would be too late. I asked them to provide me with a written quote, they just scribbled a price on top of my power bill. I then asked about the brand of inverter and solar panels (as this was not mentioned at all in their sales pitch), again this was just scribbled on my power bill. They had no brochures or technical specifications about the system they were trying to sell me. After reading other reviews it is clear this is a questionable company and it looks very much like the majority of favourable reviews are from fake accounts.

Solar Naturally came by our suburb in December. We decided to invest in the solar panels and they were installed in a very quick time in January. I had a little trouble with the app to monitor the solar inverter, but I called the company, they contacted the app, and I got a phone call within 10 mins to rectify the issue. Brilliant customer service and an affordable way of getting solar!

Aggressive sales tactics and high prices that are not backed up by quality products. The sales pitch is not focused on honesty or accurate technical information. Instead, you can expect a barrage of numbers and "facts", followed by an aggressive call-to-action. The gear they offer is ok, but for the same price you can find better quality. The only real positive I can see is the convenience of the financing options they provide. If you are struggling to afford solar, or need the most convenient solution, these guys might work for you. Another positive, their customer service was responsive when I needed to speak with them.

Smooth install, great value and the Solar system has been working well.. my kids love checking the app at the end of the day seeing how much power we have generated and how many equivalent tree s we have planted and how much Carbon Dioxide we have removed from the atmosphere.

This company is a Scam - Sold us Dodgy Solar Panels that dont work. The sales person said so many good things about the product and led us to believe the savings would be significant. That was a lie because we have never seen a saving and left wondering if our panels actually work or if they are switched on. We have spent the last 6 months ringing and e-mailing the company and sending them history of synergy bills, but they dont care and never call you back. It's a shock to see the company trying so hard on their Google ratings - Its a straight up scam. A sweet talking Salesperson and many bought Google reviews - this company is a scam. Stay clear of them and save yourself the heartache.

Installation team arrived and team leader explained what was happening as far as their installatuin process. They were friendly, installing seemed quick and efficient and at the end of it - the team leader reiterated a few things regarding the inverter and panels. All in all - job well done.

I wish there could be 0.1 star, I could give to this extremely disappointing worst , no service arrogant and fraudulent company. My bills has been worst since I have the solar panels on, never had such an exponential rise in my bills prior to installation of solar panels. I have bills and records to prove it. Infact, one is worse off paying their fortnightly installments on top of it.
My repeated emails landed nowhere just arrogant responses, not helpful at all. No service to determine what the customer issue is. Their tone and stance changes once panels are sold off.
I have wasted so much time but at the end now I am pursuing legal action against Solar Naturally.
My advice to all you out there ,please avoid this company, as they have worst service starting from installation to everything after. I am writing at different forums and getting other disgruntled customer's beside me who had been fraudulently sold this system too and been breached the service one deserves. I will keep you all posted.

Due to the layout of our house and its roof I always knew this would be a tricky job, but Solar Naturally's tradesmen managed the job very neatly. The system seems to be performing well and I'm looking forward to seeing a drastically reduced power bill in another 6 weeks. It is very covenient that the inverter links to the internet and I can tell exactly what is happening through my smartphone.

Tradies very prompt and friendly and actual panels generating a lot of power, more than expected. Staff have been very helpful in resolving an issue when I lost power and problem was resolved easily. Would definately recommend.

Solar naturally came recommended from a friend. Around the same time a sales consultant came out door. My wife organised an appointment for the next day when we were both home. Sales consultant never turned up to appointment and never contacted us. I even tried to contact solar naturally again via there website and got no response. So took my business elsewhere.

The sales consultant was chatty and professional until we refused to sign in the spot. We had received details of the payment plans but not specific information about the design or components. We met with the consultant on Friday (8 March) in Brabham ,and did not think it unreasonable to have time to think it over and seek other quotes. Your sales consultant refused to leave a number to contact us on and said it was a limited offer. I will be reporting this behaviour to ACCC.

For an organisation that claims to be doing a huge amount of work for the government, you have a lot to learn about the contracting and tendering process. In addition, your company is not CEC accredited.

The sales consultant then had the nerve to ask my partner if he "had said something wrong". Very pushy. Many facts and statistics were quoted but no customer testimonials, no evidence and no technical specifications.

Great service and the cost savings have made it worth it. Thank you so much.

This week I had the team from Solar Naturally install Solar to my home in Thornlie. From the minute I spoke to them they were extremely helpful and informative, answering all my questions in detail.

The guys were awesome, prompt service arriving on time as promised. They also identified a few cracked tiles for which I supplied replacements that the guys installed whilst up on the roof. System was installed and working the same day as the Western Power guy fitted the new digital meter a couple of hours after they team had finished. All rubbish was cleaned up and removed leaving the yard clean and tidy and the supervisor also ran me through the set up and what to do once the new meter was installed. Great job, well done to all of you - your efforts on the day were greatly appreciated...

When they dropped the power they ruined my F1 race when I was winning but they done a great job.

So very disappointed in the whole experience with this company. They arrived late on the day that they said they would complete the whole job. One of their install team actually crashed in to the waiting scissor lift because he was running late and came in too fast to park his car. This incident caused further delays to the start which resulted in it being a two day installation instead of one. Then I heard very load banging on the rood and went outside to watch the installation. I saw one of the install team - the supervisor - kicking the tiles as hard as he could to dislodge them. Broke quite a few tiles in the process. Wife and I went to shops for a short while and when we returned they had packed up early and gone. We then discovered two holes in our ceiling where one of the install team had fallen through whilst inside the roof cavity. They failed to mention it to us. The damage was eventually repaired but we will always know that our brand new home has been damaged. When I suggested a fair and reasonable compensation via discount on total cost they offered $200. More insulting than a slap in the face. Finally got $500 off the price of $8,000 - simply disgraceful considering the profit that this company makes. I would never ever recommend them to anyone.

Had a great experience with Solar Naturally. The option to pay off the system works for me and I'm making huge savings on my power. For a single Mum of 3, it's very important. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in the future.

The installers came on time, no waiting around all day, they had the install done within 2 hours and they cleaned up any mess they made.
