Sales person did a great job explaining how it worked and wasn't in anyway pushy. Very professional. Tradesmen turned up on time and completed install on time all while the rain was coming down. At the end of the job all was explained in easy to understand terms. Great job.

Rude and pushy sales man that quoted me double what everyone else quoted me. I politely said we would think about it and let him know and he wouldn't take that for an answer, so had to tell him no from us and he essentially stormed out lol.
I personally would not go with solar naturally again. You can get an equivalent product for way less than half the price they are charging. They say that their products are superior but they are equivalent to what everyone else is offering. Especially not more than double superior.
I can not fault the installation process one bit. It was seemless from signing the paperwork to completion. I paid $6600 for a 3.8kw system that I could have got for about $2000! Do your research people.
We have just had a meeting with Linda Aasma (the sales rep) and we're extremely happy with how it went. Linda was not pushy at all, she was calm and patient and answered all our questions. We decided to proceed with having the solar panels installed as everything that was presented to us made a lot of sense. We expect to break even financially (+/- a couple of %) for the first 4 years and 2 months then we should be well ahead as everything will be paid off by this time and we will basically just be left with our night time power usage to pay for. My wife and I are looking forward to seeing how the installation goes and how the panels perform. So far Solar Naturally have been great. Also looking at how they arrange a sort of mass installation in an area is a fantastic idea to keep costs down. Looks like clever business model with a strong focus on customer service. Great job so far!
We had a 3kW system put on our house and it's providing exactly as we were informed. We run most appliances during the day and it has reduced our overall electricity spend. Solar Naturally were very professional and the installation was very convenient and without hassle. They went about their business and asked how and where we'd like to set everything up.

The sale rep didn't check our aircon system which requires more panels than what we were sold and was also lied to by the sales rep whom advise we could take up a payment plan but he didn't inform us that to use this option it would cost $8 per month for the term of the plan. Very disappointed
The guys installed our solar panels quite quickly. Still yet to see our bill but the service the boys provided was friendly and they were extremely polite. I'm excited to see what these panels can do for us!

We couldn t fault the Solar Naturally team. We actually had some damage to our roof tiles during the work which they were happy to find tiles for, and gave us an extra two solar panel for the inconvenience. Great communication throughout and we are really happy with the service. Should have done it sooner.

The salesman, Jeff, was professional, and we received notification very quickly from Synergy that Solar Naturally had set the wheels in motion.
The installers arrived on time, and the three of them worked quickly and seamlessly as a team to have us up and running within 3 hours. They worked neatly, and were very polite when they needed to knock on the door to ask questions.
We admittedly found it difficult to get the app up and running for a few days, but our contact with the office and Amanda assisted greatly.
Our only suggestion would be that the instructions for setting up the app be updated to reflect the new name of the app (PV Master not EZ Viewer), and include the link to the helpful YouTube video from Goodwe that Amanda provided that helped also.
