Didnt even turn up for our scheduled appointment to decide about panels etc. No phone call...wouldnt trust them now

Solar Naturally is professional and customer oriented. The process from explaining their products to after sales are just integrated and efficient. They are the number 1 choice I would suggest to order household.

Was quoted 6.3k (after rebate) for a goodwe inverter and entry level panels. Shopped around and realised I was getting ripped off (significantly superior equipment from well known local companies for half the price)i spoke to the salesperson. He said the extra amount was for good quality installation and after sales service which I found not making sense as I'd be paying upfront double the amount to get good after sales for an interior item.When he knew I realised, he immediately offered me an upgrade to a Huawei hybrid inverter but wouldn't budge on the price of 6.3k. With that I had to terminate the contract and went with a different company.

Salesperson was a friendly chap but sadly I can't vouch for the companies marketing tactics - please do your homework before you sign up is my advice.

I actually came to google this company to see if they were legitimate because we signed up at the beginning of October, were told it would be installed in the first week of November & literally didn t hear a peep from the salesperson since initially signing up. My husband has had to be the one to ring the salesperson up to see where it s at. I understand they might be busy but it s pretty poor form to tell someone a date then not update them when & if that date cannot happen. I m happy to see everyone else s experience has been great but I m still waiting for the actual solar panels to be put on & we ve signed a contact & handed over our credit card details. Not a great start at all.

We found our experience with Solar Naturally to be seamless. They kept in touch with us each step of the way. The installation was quick and the install team thoughtful and considerate. They even called when they found an over-charge to arrange for the credit! Thanks to the Solar Naturally team.

Very quick install. The install itself is neat. I would suggest helping customers to connect to the inverter as that was a little difficult but overall happy with the transaction. Thanks guys and girls!

Very happy although they had to reschedule they kept us informed and then called the day of to say they could come earlier!! The contractors were all very polite & professional! And since checking our power usage can already see the savings we are making!! Can't fault the service and recommend there professionalism and service.

Great Company with great staff - highly recommended

Sales staff were really friendly and clear about the product and how everything would work. I was pleasantly surprised at how organised and disciplined Solar Naturally staff were in installing the system precisely as promised in the date and time promised. No dramas at all. System was up and running immediately after. It was all just very easy and straightforward. Admin with Synergy was mostly sorted by Solar Naturally. We're very happy with the system. No regrets.

I wasn't home for the install but my partner said they were polite and friendly. Even though summer rain caught them out they still got the job done hassel free.

From the very first time that I met the sales rep, the staff were amazing. The installation was quick, no hassle. The staff that did the installation were polite and professional, they spend time explaining how it is supposed to work, how to check that the system is working well, signs of troubles and how to use the APP to monitore daily generation and even my rebate. All the staff that I dealt with were amazing, they spent time explaining the littlest detail, very patient and they certainly know what they were doing.

From start to finish the experience with the team at Solar Naturally was excellent. Starting with the lad who knocked at my door with a flyer to the consultant and most impressively the installation team.

Working from home at present they were aware that I needed access to power for the laptop, they worked with me to make sure we timed the short power outage properly so there was almost zero down time.

Could not recommend these guys enough.

Definitely seen a decrease in my power bill, easier to budget around. Will be keen to add the batteries when the price is right.

This is an amazing company with amazing service and staff all round! Danny was honest and clear in explaining the products to us. Jarred and his boys were polite, friendly, efficient and fast during the installation. And lastly Wella and Robert were just super kind and helpful with the after service care. Solar Naturally started the process with professionalism, continued with efficiency and ended with prompt installation. Overall couldn t fault the process. We are very happy with our new solar panels.

Solar naturally, were very professional and straight up from the start, from the sales consultant, the girls on the phone, and the guys putting the Solar up. Only took a couple weeks from talking to the consultant to having the solar installed. Solar naturally organised everything with the power company and the gov't rebate. Very hassle free for me. I would recommend Solar Naturally.

My experience with Solar naturally was very ordinary and I would not recommend them to anyone. The panels were expensive and the installation was ok but they did not commission the unit. I was under the impression that the unit was fully functional and working from the time of installation. I found this out myself about 1 month later when I inspected the unit. It still had tape across it and it was off. I notified Solar Naturally of the situation and they advised me to turn on the unit and remove the tape. When I discussed compensation for the1 month that the unit was not running they basically told me the have a policy where they do not compensate for downtime. I wasted alot of time trying to explain that it is their job to commission the unit and have it running on completion of the installation or at-least notify me that it needed turning on. I have given them every chance to rectify the situation but they have been very disappointing to deal with. This Company does not understand or care about the importance of Customer Service. (Very Disappointing)

Solar Naturally have provided excellent service from start to finish. From the initial sales, installation and follow up services it has been first class. The installers were polite, professional and filled me with confidence about the installation.
I have had my solar panels 12 months and have seen a significant drop in my power bill. My most recent bill showed not only did I put $77 back to the grid, my power bill was $75 which was a massive saving. I'm looking forward to further savings.

Everyone was friendly and nice, from the lady who signed us up, the salesperson and to the people who installed our panels. They gave us all the information we need. The people who installed our panels (team c) did an amazing job, they explained how the system works and they took all the rubbish with them too. We are very happy with them :)

A sales man came to our house so sell us this product, we signed up but i asked if he could not submit my application until myself and my husband had discussed it. I emailed and text this sales man the very next day at 11am and as I have found out now (2 months later), he had submitted my application.
I am however very please with the admin staff who have taken my complaint on board and have corrected this by refunding the amount I was charged from synergy.

The sales knock on my door, and my husband and I are agree and organise time for the consultant to come to give us quote.My husband organised an appointment for the next day when we were both home. Sales consultant never turned up to appointment and never contacted us.

The guys that came to the house to do the install gave me all the information I needed and Helped me understand the process. I wasnt home for the install and they left the premises in a tidy manner, Left paperwork where they told me they would and let me know the amount of broken tiles and where they placed them. Thanks guys. Already passed on the vouchers to neighbors after they saw we had the installation done ;-)

Just letting everyone know after lodging a formal complaint to consumer protection against this company. Solar naturally install a monitoring system which supposed to be only for few weeks but ended up being forgotten for few months until consumer protection contacted them again. If anyone has the same experience please consult the department. Dont really see the saving. Paid close to $5000 for 10 panel. Just saw an ad 3.3kw for $2500

They are quick to instal and go that extra bit further during the installation to ensure no nasties crop up in the future. They even came out to do a inspection after the installation to satisfy me. I would recommend them. Just note that as NSW is new they do use some contractors but they are maintaining the quality installations and following the company guidelines.

UNFORTUNATELY VERY BAD experience for us, but CONGRATULATIONS for those have a excellent experience

Today representative came late, he explained very well about the company but not the product that will installed in our property

We asked him quotation if we want to pay 1 off, he willing to call his boss if We will do the deal that time ( today )

We asked him quotation because we want to compare with others

He will not bother his boss because we will compare the price and he quickly packing up and go

We will invest something that cost a lot of money and we want to know what brand will you put in our roof and of course compare the price with other's
( Is not like buy peanut on the street market )

Also his reaction is unpleasant especially we will ask other quotation, honestly for knowledge about the companies is very good but when in product and detail of calculation is ZERO

Easy to deal with was well informed on progress and install. The blokes that installed did a great job especially on a really hot QLD day.

Friendly staff from initial information through installation. My system has operated as I was told it would. I had clear advice on the size I needed to meet my lifestyle needs.

Not happy at all. Called up today to cancel my contract (signed yesterday) to be told I have to wait for the sales consultant to approve the cancellation. I am within my 10 day cooling off period, me (the consumer) am advising of my wish to cancel, just cancel the contract. The sales consultant has no say in it. Obviously a ploy to try and keep the customer hanging past the 10 day mark so I can t cancel.

Absolutely rip off and doesn't do what I was told it would.

Firstly be wary of the positive reviews you see on here they all seem to be pleased with the installation and sales process.

I wanted to see how this went before I posted a review and now being over a year with the company these are my thoughts.

You are better off buying a unit outright from somewhere else as it will be over half the price cheaper than being on a payment plan.

I was also told with the payment plan I would pay exactly the same and would pay off my solar unit over a few years.This is the main reason I did it as I thought if I'm going to pay this money to Synergy anyway I might as well have something out of it.

This has not been the case as I've been paying anywhere between $35-$50 a week to Synergy whilst paying off this system. Very similar to before but have also been paying off a solar system on top.

We have also been very conservative with the power in the house and using majority of the high power appliances during the day and at separate times.

My payment plan is almost $40 a week for a 5kw - 18 Panel System. Total price is about $8300 over the payment term. I've had a few quotes done for the same system outright and getting in around $3600-$4100 fully installed.

Power bills are still coming up around $250-$500 every 2 months even with the solar. Winter has been the worst for bills for obvious reasons. Latest bill was $497 (60 days).

The only part of the experience which was pleasant was the install which they did a great job but should have for the money it's costing.

Overall dissapointed with the experience as they didn't deliver as promised.

Go somewhere else.

Yes I was contacted by Jessica and the suggestions were not suited.

She said to use the app when the solar used most power. So what i'm supposed to drive home from work and put all my appliances on? This is just dumb. All the timed appliances such as dish washer, washing machine are always run during the day.

Majority of my power is exported back to the grid so that just proves I was sold the wrong system and the design consultant was trying to maximise commission.

In regards to not being the cheapest in the market that is correct. You aren't and other companies which you can buy outright are just as good if not better and half the price.

You prey on people selling them a falsified lie where they can own their solar by paying the same amount as you would to synergy. Absolute lie.

As mentioned go somewhere else. Scam company.

First time I've been contacted since they installed their device which was October last year and picked up shortly after. Nobody bothered to call till now and seems like a new person has been hired to look after complaints and marketing. Did nothing at all to rectify the situation and banged on about the system she runs at home.

Once again no resolution what so ever and excuses. Go somewhere else and ignore all the positive reviews as they have been falsified.

We re very happy with services provided by Solar Naturally, installation was quick and staff is always polite and ready to help. We can definitely recommend this company.

I had my Solar System Installed on Monday the guys turned up on time, had back up roof tiles dropped off, they were friendly and polite, prep work was of good quality and once completed I was shown how to operate the inverter if power needs to be turned off and they also helped me to set up the app on my phone.. Cheers Guys

Initial salesman at the door was very friendly and personable who set up second appointment. Set an appointment for following day and came home from work early to meet them. This gentleman was 20 mins late so I turned them away instantly. If you come to my door looking for business and then rock up 20 mins late for an appt without a call, I don't want to do business with you.....rude and unprofessional.

Boys who installed solar panels arrived on time and did a good job.

We found Solar Naturally extremely easy to deal with from Sales to Installation, very professional and helpful. Everything was delivered efficiently as promised and the offer to pay our panels off was a huge deal to us, making solar an affordable option for us. We are now reaping the benefits and saving money!!

Professional & good communication, every step of the process was explained by Hedi who remained in contact till installation. Installation was done in half a day- tradies were friendly & professional & cleaned up after themselves. Just waiting on our Electricity provider so we can switch on our solar!

The whole process was silky smooth, the sales rep provided clear and accurate info and guidance around how the process works and I nice touch to receive a call later on as aftercare just to see how things are going.

I felt a bit nervous paying much more for a smaller system then other companies were offering larger ones. Keeping in mind "you get what you pay for," I'm so happy with how easily we were up and running and my first bill was a quarter of what it used to be.

Had one of there sales come around so thought id see what they had to say. I have had quotes for solar and have done research into it, just waiting on it to become cheaper with last quote at 3600 for a good quality 6Kw system.

Salesman was fine for first 5 - 10 minutes and then proceded to tell me and show me about the company.

Was told they only choose 100 homes if I met the criteria to make me feel all special. (criteria is, work more than 30hrs a week and a home owner I think)

System that i was told i should get was a 4kw $8000 system, I asked for a components list of what the inverter and panel makes are, was told they were just grade A and thats it and there was no list. Went on for a while with jargon that was not correct. I know for my house size and lifestyle i need at least a 6Kw system.
I of course was not going to just buy straight away without knowing what equiptment I was going to be spending $8000 on. I asked for a brochure and his card and they dont do them. After I said i would think about it he said that I had till 12pm the next day or offer would expire and there would be more cash to pay. And said why did he bother coming if I wasnt going to sign up there and then. Had already asked me for my drivers licence to proceed with purchase.
I wont be proceeding with the purchase cause I dont know what im getting and too little information on anything.

We are very happy with our panels and have saved over half of our energy bill each quarter.

While Solar Naturally was a little more expensive then other providers, we were happy with the service level and experience they offered. Installation happened without any issues.

Solar naturally installed our panels over a year ago. Since then we have had no reduction in savings and little to no help with why this is. They sent out two technicians who took measurements, looked at our bills and checked inverter etc. Sent info back to main office where they did absolutely nothing to help. Don t go with this company. They don t know what they re doing. If we don t get a resolution we are taking it to consumer affairs.

My solar panel was installed 2 weeks ago. The two installers were very well versed with what they were doing. I asked them questions and they could give me the answers instantly. They were very friendly and helpful. Good job well done guys

I purchased the 5kw system over a year ago and have noticed a difference in my power bill straight away. I have a pool pump that runs every day which is offset by the panels. The installation crew were very proffesional and I am very pleased with the system overall. The salesman was clear to lay out what was required to suit my power needs
