Interesting call today from this company to book i...

Interesting call today from this company to book in my installation. I accepted a quote in November for supply & install in mid January. After I made numerous calls & emails I got an install date. Surprise no-one showed up or even rang. Only when I cancelled my agreement did they contact me. Today (3 months later) I get a call about booking in the job. Are these guys serious!!
