Early this year we noticed our solar panels on our shop weren't working probably, thinking maybe the trees were blocking as surely the panels are working. We cut down trees to try and solve the problem but when that didnt work we finally contacted SN to come out and check to see if everything was working like it should. Only to find out that both of our 15kw inverters were faulty (Its a very big system!) . The communication of the company is a joke! You get no response calling their fault line, call the sales line and within 30 seconds you have an answer!

Finaly they come to check to see if there is a fault and with no fault lights indicating there is no fault, the technician within 30 seconds of being here stated that there is several faults with the system. One being a part that was tripping out on our roof, which you could know it broken by the lack of power being converted. They also had water damage from being installed in the wrong location.

Being under warranty the workers were out within the week. Whilst they were working there was an electrical fire which caused a serious amount of smell, smoke and panic within our shop front, which also disrupted sales. As a result of this ,new and safer equipment was installed.

Two weeks later one of two inverters tripped and is flashing fault. They were called immediately and they came out that day. When the technician got here, he turned the inverter on and it exploded in my husbands face and the technicians! It tripped the power to our shop, the bang frightened all our customers, distributed sales and put stress on other surrounding equipment.

A new inverter was ordered which took over a week to get here, installed and within two weeks a BRAND new inverted exploded in our faces, frightened customers and disrupted sales during our peak trading all over again!

A brand new inverter was then installed again.

After the reoccurring problems which took 3 months to complete and plus another 2 months of us taking action,not knowing there was a problem to try and get this resolved.

It has been months of excessive power bills and distress for our small family owned business. After we have been trying to seek some compensation for paying for a faulty system and again excessive power bills ,we was offered a free clean and a health check of our system!

They are a misleading company, the customer service is a joke after being ignored and ridiculed by the owner and the company.

We would seriously warn against this company and avoid at all cost!

We are still waiting on a reasonable response in light of these events.

Thank you for your response.

Firstly we have only taken over the business at the start of this year, previous to that the contract was in a different name. Like I stated we didn't think there was a fault with the system as there was no indication to say that there was a fault. Although they were not working like they should have a few months prior.

It really goes to show how you treat your good customers of 4 years that when there is an issue you just brush it under the rug. We had issues every time we called your fault line but as soon as we called the sales line you were quite happy to pick up.

And if two of your workers and my husband have to seek shelter from a loud BANG from your inverter , i would call that an explosion! The fact that you down play it really goes to show you don't care for the wellbeing of your staff and your customers.

We have been in contact with your director and he knows our terms and would very much appreciate a phone call directly from him.
