Excellent place to stay!! Good service!! Good range of menu to choose from. At the heart of the city!! Love it!!

Attended Ozri professional event. Staff were friendly and event rooms and spaces were comfortable suitable and overall a nice evironment.

I call this Hotel enquire on a job opportunity. And the respond was standing on kindness, polite supported . The receptionist name Michelle
was so professionally understandable and supported and she directed my call to Human Resources and a lady was just so kind is well she took all her moment to spell an email address to send my resume and repiet it even again. This Hotel has amazing team members ever.

Noisy air conditioner and our $100 bond was not refunded even though we didn't use any of the beverages or snacks in the room. Why would you drink or eat anything in the room when it is twice the price compared to nay liquor or retail outlet.

Well located. Great beds. The food i ordered on room service ( canneloni and suup) was bland, likewarm and lacked any taste. I could not eat it.Service and staff were all good.

All the standard staples that you'd expect, but not many 'jump-out-off-bed-for' frills.

Think edamame paired with corn and chicken soup in what I presume is their take on 'Asian' cuisine... at least their coffee tastes authentically Australian (think trendy hipster)

In summary, an average experience in which you should expect more from an Accor top-tier Sofitel brand.

Excellent hotel and well positioned in central Brisbane. The food and drinks in the hotel outlets are expensive though.

I love the breakfast buffet (you can come and dine without staying the night). Otherwise it's just like all sofitel hotels; brilliant service and lovely rooms at a moderately high price.

Attended a function at the Thyme2 restaurant, the seafood buffet was delicious with a large variety available. Would reccomend trying it out.

Nice play to stay. Close to the city. All the staff were quite friendly except for the breakfast gate keeper. He was quite rude and didn't make us feel welcomed. Otherwise recommend.

Delightful. Wonderful and relaxed staff. Short walk to Queen Street Mall and the best shopping. The quality you should expect from a Sofitel!

Had a lovely Christmas lunch function here, good service and professional staff. Would happily do it all again.

Good food, the ambiance was pleasant, good place to celebrate any occasion with family and friends.

We attended a function in the ballroom and the service was fantastic. Great acoustics in the room as well

Customer service was fantastic, room and gym were good - new equipment in the gym. Had coffee in the bar area - empty plates/glasses from previous guests were not cleaned up so it was a bit dirty which didn't suit the rather expensive price of coffer

Not as good desserts, I have come here for 30 yrs and think the restaurant lacks quite area's for couples or groups of 4 to dine. Like the bar area though and there window couches. Improvement in keeping food hot is always a challenge.

My husband and I arrived at the Sofitel yesterday to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We had booked a very budget friendly room :-) ... then the lovely man proceeded to upgrade our room to a luxury room and give us a late checkout, then he was like ... "No actually we have a beautiful suite available so we ll put you in there and that has access to the Club lounge" then he asked if we like chocolates and champagne. I was in tears by that time ... and he was like ... "I ll just send them up to your room, which is on the 27th floor with a magnificent view to the city".
We are soooo incredibly blessed and so incredibly thankful for the wonderfully generous people at the Sofitel who made our anniversary SUPER special. Thank you SO MUCH!

Great buffet menu. Variety of options of both veg and non veg food. Staff can be a little more friendly and quick.

Delicious and Delightfully presented seafood smorgasbord - attentive service - relaxed atmosphere - an experience worth revisiting - convenient to transport.

Had an extremely fine Christmas lunch with as much wine and food as you could eat and drink .

We always upgrade to the Club rooms. They are spacious and the generous beds give a great night. The staff must all get special training in being friendly, courteous and professional all at the same time. All of them from car arrival to cleaning and the Club service. What can you say except Merci!
The food and wine selection is always a treat as well. To top it off the Sofitel is in the best of locations for getting around town.

Stayed for the second time and loved it. Great location with the train station below so it makes it so easy to get to and from the airport. Everything is clean and staff very helpful.
It has some good bars and good food options. In walking distance to mall and other great shops.

Food on the night was excellent and variety was good. When we arrived no one came over and served us even though it wasn't packed and plenty of staff saw us just standing there.

Location is heart of Brisbane, easy to access to get there, room size is big enough for 2people, but need maintenance in bath room, was bit hard to lock the water handle of sink!

Just had a surprise 80th for my mum and everything was perfectly marvellous - from the drawing back of the curtain to reveal the party behind, through to the exquisite high tea menu and the attentiveness of staff. Brilliant.

I went for Sea food buffet , was average the desert wasn t impressive

The Sofitel Brisbane is a lovely luxury hotel in a very central location. Super comfy beds and pillows. Emily at reception is amazing! After getting me late check out until 2pm she found me waiting in the lobby (its 6 hours till my flight) and offered to bring me tea. Can t beat that for customer service!

Great value. The Thyme Square restaurant is a firm favourite. The buffet dinner is superb and offers a huge variety of foods. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Doesn't look flash on the outside but inside is quite nice. The conference rooms are one of the better ones I've been to. If catering is included it's pretty good. There were vegetarian and gluten free options available.

Service was great and the seafood special at no extra price was appreciated

We have stayed here many many times and would never stay in any other hotel in Brisbane. The service is excellent the rooms always spotless, the location perfect and Jo Simmons the Front Office Manager and Josh on the Front Desk always look after us. In summary every time we stay here we feel very special we cannot wait to return.

Only stayed here due to velocity rewards points share. Room was very tired looking and bathroom needed a major upgrade. Shower squirted more water at the ceiling than through the shower head

So disappointed! I am very royal customer with Sofitel. Every time I travelled I will book to stay in Sofitel with no doubt. However this time I stayed in Sofitel Brisbane I was so disappointed! That must be something wrong with the management team here !

1. I order room service for late dinner. It services between 11am-11pm. When I was calling to order, it was t 11pm yet. The lady down the reception said you CANNOT order any food because the kitchen is closed. However, when I asked her if you check with kitchen yet, she made the call to the kitchen, and the kitchen was still open and willing take my order
2. Hotel room is old and NEED maintain. The mirror is peeling off as you can see the photo
3. When I ordered laundry, the staff Michelle took my call. I ask her what is the rate for the suit. She said go to wardrobe to the see price. When I ask if any rate different for weekday and weekend, she in patiently said go to wardrobe to check the rate instead of provide solution to customer. She was not happy to provide customer service and conversation at all. That s really bad experience.
4. When I ask concierge for assistant to bring down luggages. It has been delay 30mins than appointment time, and I have made 3 phone calls to check where is the staff

We had work function. Staff were very warm and friendly. Facilities were clean and the"atmosphere" felt welcoming

Valet was very helpful and friendly. Food at the Thyme buffet was average unfortunately.

Amala was our waitress & she was outstanding. So friendly & polite, really made the night. Food was great too

Service is brilliant. Buffet was phenomenal. Didn't like the fact that the showers were in a Bathtub but otherwise brilliant.

Great place though easy to miss on the street when driving.

On check in we were misinformed that parking was included and just needed to be validated. Turns out it was $47 dollars per night! Absolutely outrageous. Jacuzzi was cold, which was a bummer too. Beds were super comfy though.

Attended a big Christmas function. All around well done. Couple of minor complaints, but really for such a huge event they did really well.

Just stopped for coffee after being out for dinner. Shame the coffee was not up to the ambiance of the hotel! - burnt!!!

Nice rooms, dark and cool, unusual in most hotels and a welcomed surprise. The club lounge is exceptional. Not the view in Melbourne, but well equipped and an excellent size. Better gym equipment would be the only welcomed change.

Loved this hotel. Direct access from the train station makes it exceptionally convinient for travellers. Staff are attentive and personable, rooms are clean and well decorated. Lounge was fantastic. Food was great. Definitely living up to the sofitel brand. I would be back.

I have been visiting Sofitel for years, as a guest and as a contractor for wedding hair and makeup. The front desk, bar and concierge staff are always absolutely lovely and welcoming. The suites are always immaculate and very modern. I can't recommend more highly, a wonderful hotel and fantastic hotel for work or a getaway.
