So disappointed! I am very royal customer with Sofitel. Every time I travelled I will book to stay in Sofitel with no doubt. However this time I stayed in Sofitel Brisbane I was so disappointed! That must be something wrong with the management team here !

1. I order room service for late dinner. It services between 11am-11pm. When I was calling to order, it was t 11pm yet. The lady down the reception said you CANNOT order any food because the kitchen is closed. However, when I asked her if you check with kitchen yet, she made the call to the kitchen, and the kitchen was still open and willing take my order
2. Hotel room is old and NEED maintain. The mirror is peeling off as you can see the photo
3. When I ordered laundry, the staff Michelle took my call. I ask her what is the rate for the suit. She said go to wardrobe to the see price. When I ask if any rate different for weekday and weekend, she in patiently said go to wardrobe to check the rate instead of provide solution to customer. She was not happy to provide customer service and conversation at all. That s really bad experience.
4. When I ask concierge for assistant to bring down luggages. It has been delay 30mins than appointment time, and I have made 3 phone calls to check where is the staff
