I know its covid, but the service for a hotel of this caliber should be better. Went from a all u can eat buffet to, ale cart can only order 2 dishes... Hot water appeared to be turned off... The water at one point ran out (water torrent empty) ... Everytime i wanted to order from the bar, had to wat 10-15minutes for service... And place was just tooo big, my room key didnt work and i had to walk back 10-15minutes to lobby... Phones to lobby always busy, and cant even call the external phone line

But the room was spacious and nice, and hotel was beautiful... But for me, i wont ever go back
