The experience was very disappointing because of a front office named WIWIN
1. At check-in I used my compliment 1 night, FO WIWIN insisted that I had used all of my compliment, I said that this was the first time I used it, WIWIN still said it was finished, then printed a piece of paper, then I said I didn't know the matter. He asked for my phone number, he said it would be visited, but until I checked out, still not contacted. And it's true that I still have compliment 2 nights
2. Because I brought 2 of my children, and I arrived in Bali at 11:00 I asked for an earlier check in, (I confirmed earlier for 14.00 check in) WIWIN insisted it couldn't, and showed the rules he circled and said loudly at check-in in 3:00 p.m.
3. After waiting for a while I went back to WIWIN to ask for my room, and he said loudly, PLEASE CONTACT MY BELOW, even though what I learned later is that he is a Front office, not a manager or at a higher level, then he left me
