everything was perfect, from greetings, services, everything was awesome at the Club Millesimme. Genuine courtesy without any hint of pretentiousness.

Booked 3 nights of Pool Access room & was upgraded to Prestige Suite Plunge Pool. A truly pleasant surprise. Thank you.

I have to commend the staffs:
Club M: Tika, Ari, Komang, Eki
Kwee Zeen: almost everyone, especially Tira, they sincerely stopped to chat & helped even during crowded hours
Cut Catch Cucina: experience on par with Kwee Zeen

Kwee Zeen breakfast was good, but could be improved on fruits & salads choices.
CCC food was awesome, especially with our Accor LeClub membership discounts.
CM High Tea & Tapas, food choices must be upgraded. Wine choices are ok considering they are free flows.

The only problem with our family, is that now it will be difficult to choose other hotels in Bali because Sofitel kept increasing the overall value of our stays.

Thank you Sofitel Bali, it's been perfect so far.
