This is the best hotel I've ever stay. Nice room, romantic white sand beach, large swimming pool, great hospitality from the staff. Reasonable price. There is two big swimming pool and artificial river which connect some room in ground floor. Food is delicious.

View keseluruhan keren..
Overall sebenarnya 5* tapi Karna kolam privatenya kecil jadi 4* deh hehe

Very Vey Excellent Hotel, if there are more option in google map to give the hotel the Six Stars, I would definitely Gave them, I would like to thank Mr. Roy and Mr. Wirawan, Both Pictures of those great Persons are attached. To serve us in a good way during our accommodation in the resorts, Mr. Roy gave us a special desserts when checked-in, since we had an issue from Expedia reservation. We reserve a room (King), They assign for us (Twin), So he arranged for us in quick time a a (King) Room without any delays. The Breakfast was full of international foods, the hotel staff are excellent and well prepared for answering any request. The pool par menus is delicious, They have many pools and Small Water Slide for Kids, I would recommend this hotel for all families and honeymooners.

Really enjoyed staying at Sofitel. We took pool access room and club Millesime as well. When we arrived the staff directed for check in process inside the club. Thanks club itself is very comfy with reading area and dining area. The room itself is spacious. The buffet breakfast has a very large variations, and the breakfast at the club ia more private. All in all it's really enjoyable stay and will return when we visit Bali again.

My last stay at this hotel in Sofitel was disappointing. I feel like you lower the standards of services way too low. I stayed here for 6 nights (24-30 Oct 2020) but the service was bad. There was no welcome cake for a platinum service. The food given in the room was cold and bland. The TV and the phone line did not work at all. I found a centipede in my room and a big lizard (biawak) in the swimming pool, and there was no immediate response from the manager. The staff was not helpful with the case as well. The hotel gave a good service to a celebrity that was endorsed to promote this hotel (my friend) but not to the visitors who actually paid for it!!

The hotel is beautiful and if you want to recharge your batteries I think this is the place to be.
The pool is beautiful, the rooms spacious and pleasant. The food is good.
The beach is nice but there is some seaweed, which does not allow you to fully enjoy it: a small pool is open and allows you to sit down but not really swim.
The staff are pleasant and attentive and the welcome warm.

Very well designed room. Quality throughout. We were in room 1301 I think and it was very close to a storage room so it was a little bit noisy at night time when staff had to continue working. The fridge in the room was not very cold and did not open far enough to get beverages out properly. Other than those minor details it was a brilliant experience.

The Sunday Brunch was so Perfect

Sunday enjoying brunch at Cucina restaurant with your partner is truly a memorable experience. Greeted by the hospitality of the hotel staff with five star standards. The food is also very varied, from starter to dessert, all delicious. Plus champaigne is also very delicious.

Sunday bruch at the Sofitel, Must Try!

The hotel is huge, lots of rooms, there are also many swimming pools, there is also a children's pool, the service is fast, only the food is lacking in variety or maybe when I go there it is not a holiday so it doesn't work too much, when I stay with my child, in the room my child eats snack sprinkled on my toteb, and then my tote bag can have a lot of ants, even though in the room, maybe the hotel can pay more attention to cleanliness, at that time I stayed in room E6303

We originally planned to stay in one of the standard rooms with a plunge pool but were so tempted to into getting room upgrades + paying a bit more to get a bigger room where we ended up with the following room type "Prestige Suite Club Millesime Access 1 King Sized Bed Plunge Pool". Probably the best decision ever for a memorable holiday celebrating our daughters first Birthday... "Melody" :)

Why we say this because everything done from room, service, food, and facilities was pure perfection! Amazing Pool with Kids Area, Beautiful beach [and I'm from Thailand so when I say beautiful I really mean it], Chic modern luxurious room and may I say HUGEEEEE! Plunge pool amazing! Amazing food!!! Great Lounge service [Do note that Kids are not allowed in Club Milleslime however they do have another room that allows kids so don't forget to ask about that if you are brining children]. Every single thing about this trip was just amazing!!!!

Where we were touched most was definitely the preparations that the hotel made for our daughters very first birthday from brining out a surprise birthday cake to having decorations in our room for the night of her birthday! Most importantly by the end of the trip almost every single staff that we encountered with remembered our daughter's name and would always greet her "Hi Little Melody! How are you today?" ... We were truly truly touched and will forever remember the amazing experience at this hotel.

We also want to note that we stayed at this hotel for three nights and never left the hotel!!! The only time we left was just walking around the beach path where it was connected to other hotels which I do recommend to check out if you were up for a bit of change ;)

We would definitely come back again!

Everything what is outside of the hotel room is amazing. Best breakfast we ve tried. Service. Pool area. Restaurants. Beach. The rooms are old though. Can t believe they are 5Y old. Floor is really worn out and dirty. Room is extremely wet. Toilet is smelly. Room is not cozy and comfortable as other 5 stars hotels rooms.

We were very impressed with the Sofitel Nusa Dua. The place itself is incredible with plenty of things to keep you entertained . We had pool access rooms which was perfect for the kids. All the restaurants were excellent. The Sunday brunch is a must and every single member of the staff were so welcoming & helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for an excellent holiday.

The upside - Very nice property to stay in, the pools are great and the new Beach Club is also very pleasant. Very kind and pleasant staff. Food quality is good.
The downside - The rooms are starting to look tired, the cleanliness standard should improve, room service needs to improve quality, food and drink services are too slow. Beach club is more like a kids club.
Overall a good stay but not on par with the other Sofitel hotels.

We were looking for a family holiday location with...

We were looking for a family holiday location with a toddler and decided it was a resort type accommodation to be the go, Nusa Dua is known for the private beach and more secluded area. Then the choice came down to several resorts on the Nusa Dua beach, 7 nights @ Sofitel was our final pick based on their consistent internet ratings.

Our check-in was smooth and we were setup in our designated room in a blink of an eye.

Our parents joined in a few nights later and we had some issues with the check-in desk - mainly a misunderstanding by Sofitel Staff about our AccorPlus membership, the check-in process ended up taking about an hour and this upset my wife by much.

We wrote an email to Sofitel Management and had a meeting with Bpk Wawan (A/ Front Office Manager) the following day. We thoroughly explained all the correspondence emails that we had gone through prior to arriving and what actually happened at the check-in desk. In the end the matter was resolved satisfactorily to both parties.

*Swimming Pools*
There are 5 outdoor swimming pools.
2 Pools are dedicated for children and the remaining 3 pools are a mix for adults and children - the sides of the 3 pools have shallow areas for children.

*Restaurants*

There are 2 restaurants in the resort;
Cucina
Cucina is a fine dining located next to the swimming pool. We had 2 dinners here and was lucky enough to be seated outside next to the pool with live musics playing in the background with crystal clear sky. Ambience was spot on.

Kwee Zeen
This is the daily breakfast venue. We absolutely loved the breakfast quality at this place. From the outskirt, it's a typical 5 stars hotel breakfast with a wide range of selection menu but after a few days I could say that the food quality was above 5-stars average breakfast.
We stayed at Rimba last year, the breakfast venue and range were as glamorous as Sofitel but I score higher for Kwee Zeen for quality.

My personal highlights from the daily breakfast at Kwee Zeen:
- Fresh juice station - My #1 favorite go-to station every morning. I'd start my day at the gym early and on the way back to my room to get shower and change for breakfast, I stopped here to have 3-4 glasses of variety of freshly made juice. There was a variety of vegetables and fruits to choose from the tray, you just select what you want. I would have a few more glasses before finishing breakfast later. Absolutely loved this as I could top up 'good antioxidants' in the morning to start the day strong!
- Asian corner station - they provide a wide range of fresh vegetables selections and you can choose whether to cook stir-fry or soup style.
- Eggs station
- Pastry "room" - staying true to their french "heritage". Most crowded room every morning.

*Gym*
3 treadmills (with TVs addons etc), 1 elipctical trainer, dumbells, chest/shoulder/legs/arm resistance machines, bicycle trainer.
The gym facility is also equipped with Sauna and Spa facility.

The staff members are quite knowledgeable about well being and general exercise. My wife and I had a chat with Andri/Agus and Novi and they shared some tips about core and yoga exercise. These guys aren't just ordinary people running the gym but they know what they're talking about!

*Private Beach*
The white sand beach is clean and stationed with plenty of chairs with shades. Unlike typical bali beaches who are swamped with walkers selling items, sofitel private beach is very quiet to relax and rest.
High tide was between 9am - 2pm - this is where you can dip/swim on the ocean. During low tide, the water is too far to walk above the uneven surface.

We found the staff from front desk to the beach to be very courteous and polite (you can probably say this is the standard you would expect from most places in Bali).
The Hotel Management showed us that they cared about our experience during the stay and they did it right.

Will we come back for another holiday here? bloody oath we will.

Sofitel was wonderful and the staff was extremely hospitable when using the facilities at the resort. The only complaint was with the tour company we used through the hotel, Smailing. The tour guide dropped us off at a loud, noisy restaurant with disgusting food and drunk people shouting everywhere on the beach. NOT the nice quiet seaside dinner my mother and I were expecting when we booked the tour with the concierge. I even asked several times if it was a nice, quiet seaside dinner at a reputable restaurant and was PROMISED it was. The restaurant had to drive us back to the resort because the tour guide left us there. The taxi was filled with smoke and bursting with dance club music. I complained to the concierge and the tour company manager. NOTHING was done to remedy the experience, nor did we receive any money back. That is horrible customer service and we got nothing out of it except a tiny apology. That was our last night in Nusa Dua and it was ruined for us. The tour company took my older mother and I for our last mother-daughter dinner to a rowdy, dirty place and left us there. Absolutely inappropriate on behalf of Sofitel and the Smailing Tour company to not offer any reimbursement or formal apology after we paid a lot of money.

Property is amazing! But the service is horrible!

Property is amazing! But the service is horrible!

Room service, house-keeping all veey slow!

Breakfast is awesome.... but for vegetarians - not so good place! (Obviously I had problems, but I managed by asking the chef to make something for me, Specially) only on insisting 2-3 times!

Check-in & check-out process Fast!

Manrai Beach House - dont miss it! Best private beach!

If the staff was friendly, one star additional

Love this hotel.. There's a private beach, quite large swiming pool.. And if you love to swim, u can book a room with access to swimming pool. The room its self has a mix of modern and classic design.. Love it. My room has a tiny balcony that we can have an afternoon tea with a good view of swimmingpool. The breakfast is awesome.. Alot of food, and you can make your own fresh juice. There's free airport transfer if your booking made from their website..

Sofitel holds a special place in our hearts since me and my husband spent our first night at Sofitel Mumbai and honeymoon at Sofitel Nusa Dua. Being Accor Hotel members, the staff has gone out of the way to make both the occasions extra special for us. The property is undoubtedly one of the best in Bali. The staff is very welcoming and the service is class apart. We stayed in a room which had pool access and it s the best way to enjoy the 3 different varieties of swimming pool this place has to offer. It is a one of kind experience. The Manarai beach club is the perfect place to grab a drink and shake a leg in the evening. Also, make sure to have a drink at the lobby bar to marvel at this brilliantly designed and built property.

I stayed at the pool villa. It is kind, clean and the food is generally delicious. The pool is a little old, but there is no big crowd. It is well equipped as it was built for meetings and apec of each country.
One drawback is weak refrigerator. No Hiyashi.
