Bad Experience with the box office. Got into a car accident couldn't go to the show. 0 sympathy. All I wanted to do was go to another show different date, Guy said it was impossible. Won't buy another ticket from them. Waste of $200

Saw Weezer concert perform live, great staff and view. Sound quality could use work. Afterwards tickets could be redeemed for $10 casino voucher.

I was only here for a litle over 2 hours but the atmosphere and all the staff were really great! I loved it!

In my opinion it s the best casino in the state of Michigan. The dealers are very friendly and get to know you. Their rewards program isn t the best but it s better than nothing. If you re a veteran they give you some extra benefits which is nice.

We had fun! Didn't win anything (AGAIN), but the re-done Green Suits now The Retreat was a very nice room. Also the shuttle was timely and the driver was a cool guy, forgot his name. Be nice to win once in a while though.

To find the quarter slots was very difficult nice place they need more quarter machines

I enjoyed this place very much. I would definitely go back again and anyone who hasn't gone I would definitely recommend going at least once. The only complaint that I do have is the food wasn't all that great.

We were given a room for free from my boyfriends work and it was great! Everyone was so nice and helpful. We also got a dinner show but that wasn't as enjoyable as the room and the casino. The show was really lame and the food served with it wasn't good. However, the hotel room was clean and comfortable,the front desk staff was extremely helpful, and the casino was a lot of fun!

This is our favorite place to go for mini vacations. The staff are wonderful and the rooms are very cozy.

We've enjoyed the Soaring Eagle Casino for years and we were finally able to stay at the hotel and were not disappointed! The room was spacious with 2 comfy chairs to relax. The king size bed was comfortable, and everything was clean, clean and clean! We had a great Italian dinner at Isabella's; the view of the fountain was relaxing and the food was absolutely delicious (Chicken Parmesan and Lasagna). Oh, and let's not leave out the waitstaff; courteous and professional. We also ate breakfast at Isabella's and were not disappointed.

Nice clean casino. Bathrooms where clean. Lots of machines to cash out. Restaurant was surprisingly extremely good for a buffet.

MUST READ!!! I was denied alcohol sales at 11 at night 5 minutes after I walked in the door...I asked why am I being denied... Their statement was "because we have the right to."...this was our first time visiting the casino and drove from 3 hours away to get there to stay with some friends. As a veteran I was very very excited to be able to take advantage of their great hero card program... Although after being turned away for the purchase of alcohol... For no reason at all... After arriving in only 5 minutes... We were guests of a private party in the Presidential Suite not intoxicated or disorderly in any kind of way...I am extremely displeased with this casino and its customer relations skills...I attempted to resolve the issue through management working at the time... And no resolution still... investing money to drive all the way there and have to drive all the way back with our weekend getaway plans ruined... And money wasted... I extremely urge you to look elsewhere for casino or resort needs...perhaps Gun lake casino... Or FireKeepers casino

We had a good stay. The only issue was trying to get my rewards card to work and having to wait in the long line twice

The customer service desk was very friendly and helpful. The representative was very informative and thorough explaining to me what I needed to do once I received my card and started playing. The casino floor appeared to be clean and well maintained. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and helpful. We ate at the Water Lilly Lounge later in the evening. Unfortunately, there was enough seating for our large group and our food took a long time. Our appetizers came out the same time as our entrees and were not very warm. I would not recommend the food. Overall, I would go back.

I love,love, love this casino. I have attended most of the casinos in Michigan but I always go back to Soaring Eagle. Love to play single deck pitch blackjack with Randy.

Nice place to visit for concert events and little bit of gambling. Nice hotel great outdoor events. Soaring is fun place to visit.

Soaring Eagle is a pretty good looking place. It's quite large. The hotel is very nice. There are opportunities to gamble in all of the ways you would expect. There's a buffet and a steak house. I guess the waitresses could come around more often in the casino, and they could have better beer available. But there really isn't any one thing wrong with the place; I can't work myself up to get excited about it either.

Nice casino, they have a self serve beverage station too. Went there because I'm suppose to have $5 in free play and $10 in food however they didn't give it to me, not sure why. Oh well still have fun there, but with all of the remodeling they are getting cheap with the comps like all the other casinos.

Such a nice and friendly environment, everyone is there to just have fun.

So clueless and greedy after last visit, I don't ever want to come back. Came to Soaring Eagle for "Wear Red" day. I got my $10 credit to gamble. However, after quite a run, I got enough to get a red velvet cupcake, which I was pretty thrilled about, sadly. Strike one, they ran out of the cupcake. At 5 PM. Seriously? Strike two, the necklace was gone as well. Why advertise these things as an offer if you're not going to have them? Strike three, I found two $1 chips on a machine. Going to cash them in, I was a bit worried they might be fake, so I told the cashier I found them on the floor and just wanted to cash them in. She tells me "Nope, it goes into "lost and found" since you found it" and won't let me cash it. I couldn't believe it, thought it was a joke. Who is coming back to look for this $2 in chips? They probably lost their butt and left it in a rage. I thought this was incredibly petty of Soaring Eagle to do and it just left a bad taste in my mouth. I mean, if they can't cash $2 in chips for someone who found it, what will they do if you win a jackpot there? Thanks for convincing me for good that patronizing a casino is stupid, hopefully other people wise up too. Strike four, the old people that hog machines are just nasty characters. You'll see people playing two or three popular machines, just because they're nasty gambling addicts who don't want to see anyone win around them. Younger people see this and don't even want to play slots. I do not know why more casinos do not crack down on this awful behavior. It's pathetic.

I love the casino and the bingo hall inside the casino across the street. The staff is so friendly treats me like family every time I come to visit! I went the weekend Nelly's concert. I'm not a Nelly fan but, I like some of his music. He(Nelly) was antisocial if it wasn't for his fans he wouldn't be who he is today! The security guarded him at all time. They did a wonderful time protecting Nelly. I love it there! The rooms are beautiful! Atmosphere wonderful! Staff wonderful! Some of the food needs improvement my favorite food is in the bingo is the chicken wings delicious! Made to order food is good! Hot! And fresh!

Let me start off by saying the lifeguards are AMAZING! Everything else was just really disappointing! So many other indoor water parks in Michigan I d rather spend my money at!! The first room we were given was so NASTY my 10 year old didn t want to touch anything and trust me he s a pretty gross lil dude himself. I wish I would have taken pictures!! Hair grease all over the head board, an inch of dirt on the dresser, splatters of urine on the bathroom wall!! Just nasty! The second room wasn t much better but I didn t want to say anything else and I just cleaned the Pee off the toilet and wall myself. The waitstaff in the restaurant was EXTREMLY rude!! They took forever just greet customers let alone seat them! We seen at least 5 families get upset and leave!
Our orders were destroyed. No coffee for my husband till the 3rd time he asked. My youngest didn t get his pancakes and when he did they were cold. None of us got toast. The waitress walked away from me while I was talking to her.
Just so rude!
We didn t say anything but she made us feel like I didn t matter at all which really stunk because we couldn t go on a big vacation this year.
It is what it is and I m sure it s business as usual for them but for us it was our special trip!
I was also charged $50 after the fact! I m not sure what for we just got back. I took our towels into the pool area and threw them in with those so I m thinking that might be why. But geesh I didn t realize I couldn t do that.

Food is good but I NEVER EVER win anything in 17 years ... Machines very tight

Attended a convention. Not all employees were happy to be there nor wanted to be helpful. Smoking in the majority of the casino. Machines did not pay out well.

We went to a concert here and the casino was great but the parking was terrible they need to put more signs up so you actually know where you need to go also everybody was smoking weed and I know it's legal in Michigan but at a public event with kids seems crazy too me I such a headache when we left due to the constant smell

Did not stay at the resort. I have before and it is a beautiful place. Buy only went to the casino. Not paying out at all. They just built another hotel at their Standish facility so I'm thinking they tightened up the machines to pay for it. NO ONE was hitting anything at all there. Not even enough to let you keep playing awhile .

This casino is always clean and has a friendly staff. Great food spots and awesome child care while spending the money lol. Only reason why I didn't give a five star this time is because the took all my extra money tonight!! Lol. If you havent been and are Interested I highly recommend their buffet and their snack bar next to the slots headed towards kids quest.

They need to do a Sunday brunch. The buffet doesn't open until 11. Went to play blackjack to wait and most tables had dealers but no cards ready.
