So clueless and greedy after last visit, I don't ever want to come back. Came to Soaring Eagle for "Wear Red" day. I got my $10 credit to gamble. However, after quite a run, I got enough to get a red velvet cupcake, which I was pretty thrilled about, sadly. Strike one, they ran out of the cupcake. At 5 PM. Seriously? Strike two, the necklace was gone as well. Why advertise these things as an offer if you're not going to have them? Strike three, I found two $1 chips on a machine. Going to cash them in, I was a bit worried they might be fake, so I told the cashier I found them on the floor and just wanted to cash them in. She tells me "Nope, it goes into "lost and found" since you found it" and won't let me cash it. I couldn't believe it, thought it was a joke. Who is coming back to look for this $2 in chips? They probably lost their butt and left it in a rage. I thought this was incredibly petty of Soaring Eagle to do and it just left a bad taste in my mouth. I mean, if they can't cash $2 in chips for someone who found it, what will they do if you win a jackpot there? Thanks for convincing me for good that patronizing a casino is stupid, hopefully other people wise up too. Strike four, the old people that hog machines are just nasty characters. You'll see people playing two or three popular machines, just because they're nasty gambling addicts who don't want to see anyone win around them. Younger people see this and don't even want to play slots. I do not know why more casinos do not crack down on this awful behavior. It's pathetic.
