Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort Reviews

First time in soaring eagle casino and resort. I received a packaged with my booking including a $50 premium play card per night. I stayed 2 nights which is the total of $100 premium play card. I was asked if i was going to play slots or tables at the players club. I said I want to play slots. I didn't play the first day. The second day I had $100 to play, so I put my card in one of the slots and transferred the money to the machine to pay. I payed with $10 and I had $90 left. At the front desk no one explained how the card works. Basically, if you transfer the money to one of the slots your stuck playing with the same machine, you cannot cash out or transfer the money back to the card but I didn't know that at the moment. So I wanted to play with a different machine but I couldn't. I called for Service, young lady came and said sir, you cannot cash out or put back the money back in your card. I said we'll I was never told that, nobody explained it to me. She said ok hold on, I will call my manager over here and it's up to her if she wants to put the money back in your card or not. Manager came and said we cannot help you with anything. This is just the way it is. She was very rude and not helpful. I asked her if I had an emergency and had to leave and I still had money left in the machine, what would happen in this kind of situation? I said just leave the money in the machine ? She said either that or just play with the money until you finish them. This was her best answer. So I basically played until I finished all the money. VERY BAD SERVICE. ITS A RIPOFF. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Wow, Great Experience. Went there to see the price is right and gamble. Unfortunately, I didn't win anything. Still had a blast.

The mixed drinks are cheap (they should free though), but they are EXTREMELY weak. We had a good time and will probably return, but now we know what to expect. BTW- we're not really gamblers so maybe this is how all casinos are.

Had lunch in the diner...they offer breakfast all day. That's my favorite part about this place. Gaming floor wasn't busy, today, so we could pick just about any machine we wanted to sit down at. Bathroom (women) was spic and span. Only drawback there was the hand dryers are positioned way too low. If I was 4 feet tall they'd be just right. I will say the sink features as well as hand dryers are high end products, no touch, easy to use. There were plenty of security people there. A pleasant place to visit. The only thing that could make it better would be if all the machines would let you win.

Fun place but not as friendly as the other location

The staff was fantastic...great customer service. Buffet food not so great. Will do one of the restaurants next time. Place was clean and the renovations are nice. They need a new internal Buyer for the gift shop items. They are outdated for today's consumer

Was okay. Went to the waterpark and enjoyed it but they really need more slides.

Service at the Casino was great! It was my husband's birthday and they gave him 2 dinners at the Arora and a 10.00 voucher to use at the Arora. Staff throughout the the casino always have time to help you. It's very clean and organized. Great place to visit!

WORST casino ever! No recommendation to this RACIST casino that EXCLUDES Asians, African Americans, and other minorities.

One little draw back when I am on vacation I don't necessarily appreciate when parents let their kid's yell bloody murder while I am trying to relax in the whirlpool

Great environment, Cain, the floor person is one of the best in the state. Nick and DJ were phenomenal dealers. A much better experience than last time.

Couldn't win anything after $1,000 spent but nice in there

I have always thought that Soaring Eagle was the best in regard to rewards, dining, and opportunities. Lately however, they have become like most other casinos. Giving you less and less.

I had a great time no problems with anything at all

Just went to stay a couple nights. Didn't win anything. Didn't seem to be a lot of people winning either. Room in the resort was excellent. Nice and clean. Staff was excellent also. Long walk from the rooms to the casino though. Ate at the deli very good. Also ate at Legends....that was ok. Bought my daughter in law a spa day and was over charged by 40.00. I'll make sure that gets corrected in the next few days. A good time. Pool and hot tub were excellent also. Pool could be a little warmer but was ok.

The room was very clean and nice we stayed on the south side of the hotel and still it was beautiful. The indoor pool and hot tubs were great and well kept. The hotel to the casino is only a 2 min walk. All the people at the casino and hotel were great and helpful. Over all a great stay.

Great time, friendly staff, but don't go of you're not used to a smoking environment

Always love going to casino...but they don't give out good things anymore. I don't get any free credits or rooms or food.

Smaller then most but still had a good time giving my money away.

We use to win some good hits here but for the last few years it has just soaked up the money. Not a lot of fun

Nice local casino with plenty to do, provided you have the money. As with most resorts, members of their "players club" get some semi-frequent discounts.

Nice size casino floor good variety of games to choose from.

We had an overnight stay after a concert the casino had. Very comfortable room and breakfast in bed the next day (extra of course). Fun gambling on many different games. Good food as well. If you want to splurge try this all in one resort.

The resort is clean, the layout is easy to navigate but the Indians seem to be a little stingy at times. Lol

Didn't win of course But Had a GREAT OUTDOOR CONCERT.

Most riged out tables no matter what the dealer will always have pairs and theyll wipe u off in less then 5 min. I went with 15 guys not one left with anything and the securaty there rob told me noone hit anything in 3 months bs place

Bingo hall is ok but not as big as regular casino and wish it had more slots. I played bingo with my sister-in-law and spent $300 to "get in" and didn't win anything then played the slots for another $150 and still didn't win a single penny! I don't think I would go back again.

severe lack of top shelf alcohol, way to big of a resort to not carry top shelf booze. Bartenders don't know how to make any shots, disappointing if you are used to Vegas. Rooms are nice and food is good though.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS DISGUSTING PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD. I WOKE UP TO A BED BUG IN MY BED AND THE MANAGER WOULDN'T EVEN COMPENSATE MY ROOM. EVERYBODY NEEDS TO KNOW THAT THIS PLACE IS FOUL AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. IF ANYONE GOES HERE BE PREPARED TO BURN YOUR CLOTHES.

The event was great, i was impressed with sitting on the hill, everyrhing about the event was clean and smooth. However we spent more time trying to get out of the parking lot than we did at the show, obviously by their design so you stay and gamble or get a room, but after already spending money on an event and refreshments itd be nice to be able to get your vehicle out of the casino parking lot in a somewhat timely fashion.

Unless you want your identity stolen and feel like contacting your accountants, the 3 major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) to "freeze your credit", the government, your bank, your credit card company, filing a form 14039 and having lots of worry over your head... I would not go here...enough said. Soaring Eagle has gambled with hiring people... talk about irony.

Casinos, the biggest entertainment and gambling franchise in the world. And this is one of my favorites. Not like Vegas or Mccow but fun for small town people looking to have some good times and maybe win some money. Had a small problem getting in looking young for my age, but the security was very friendly and very respectful about it and I usually don't get that. He was able to make me feel welcome. The dealer's on the card tables never ceases to conversate if it's not too busy and offer to help if you're new (which I was when I first went). Highly recommended

My 1st concert here was tonight. Steely Dan. I felt my Dad right here. I COULD see him tapping the steering wheel. The best part... I'm in good company. I encourage trying it out. Nothing but LOVE X

I want you to know that I am very disappointed in the experience that I had when I went!
I sat down at a slot machine and a lady walked over and told me to get the F*** up N****. I sent my wife to go get security. When the supervisor came they completely disregard what the lady said! This should not ever be acceptable in a place of business!!

Great Casino....pretty big and beautiful inside and out! You get free play and a buffet dinner for 2 on your Birthday. Also free play for past and present military. Employees were great, helpful, & kind! The perks were amazing! Awesome food and the machines were hot! We walked away winners!

The gaming tables are always full, they only use about half the capacity on the busiest nights. I go there often and ALWAYS have to wait. Very stingy with comping guests, not to mention this casino has been caught cheating numerous times. You are better off going to Detroit, much better experience down there.
