Went in for the casino, boss game me $20 for Christmas. Blew it on machine. Left.

Love it had a really nice room. Freeplay could be better we drive along ways & get nothing

Best first casino experience for beginners best beileve u will have beginners luck I walked in with 60 dollars didn't even spend it 55 dollars OF MY OWN MONEY and walked out with 306 extra !!! Best time ever

Great place for a get away. Unfortunately cigarette smoke can get over whelming.

Time was spent well on the casino floor. It paid us back well too! Bingo was such a great way to spend our anniversary and the slots gave us a nice payday! I rate Soaring Eagle as the #1 casino in Michigan and we are excited to go back.

Great place but too much cigarette smoke... people smoking in the no smoking area not policed...

The staff are friendly, the place is clean, drinks are decent and I win about 50/50.

We attended the carnival over the 4th of July weekend. The prices were great and the kids loved it.

I am not a gamberler, but always get dragged along to drive. It's Smokey, but better than it used to be. Expensive to eat there.

Just a fun place to meet people from all over different states:) and possibly win lotza money it out when possible!

I was raised to not condone gambling but I do love the concerts and I know good hard working people work here and I do support our Native American people but for the most part the people that make this function are good hard working families and and the end that is what matters I just wish there was a better way to do it for these people I will never condone gambling it ruins family okay just like bad drugs okay heroin methamphetamines opium okay these are all so bad things I think that the Native Americans Central Michigan are kind of getting screwed here okay because this is not really an honest way to make a living but that's the values I was raised with I don't work my ass off for what I get and then blow it on a casino when that money should go to my family okay that's what we're all here to do but to each their own and I do not Harbor ill will to those who have to make a living here just my two cents

The poker tables were far too crowded so I wasn't able to play and that was my primary reason for taking a trip there.

I diffenitly will not be going back, not only is it now non smoking but one of the most popular table games roulette you can only have 3 ppl per table and they only had 1 open. Security officers was very rude when I came to the mask

Went to the Snoop Dogg Ice Cube concert best time I ever had at Soaring Eagle. Definitely worth checking out the concerts.

Rooms are average size for big hotel. Always clean .

Turned 1.80 into $300+ after watching Impractical Jokers live. Fun time for an anniversary weekend!

Always friendly and clean. The staff at the hotel and restaurants are always attentive and courteous.

Is not a good place to take a service dog. On Juy 16 2018 a man accosted my service dog. I had a horrible experience with security, when I requested that the police be called was told by the security guard his supervisor said"it is not an issue for tribal police to address". I had to threaten to call 911 myself before they actually did anything. Had the security staff handled this more professionally I probably wouldn't have had to take my atavan. Seriously would not recommend taking service animals there. Well it happened again 1 month later 8/06/18 apporoximately 5 p.m. and this time the guy was super aggressive told me he was going to break my face and spread my blood on the sidewalk because I wouldn't let him touch my service dog. End result police came but were advised by Dennis the second shift security advisor that this is not an issue the casino cares about so tribal police did nothing. I received a lecture from Dennis head of security to not bring my service animal to their establishment or if I do be aware they will not protect a service dog or the rights of a person with a service dog

I've only been there once but had a very good time. Faculty was very friendly and helpful with our questions.

It's fun and I lose money all the time. Would be better if they let me win once in a while. But my 92 yr and grandma has fun so it's worth the trip for me.

Stayed the night of March 7th. Got the room with the Jacuzzi. Room was VERY nice. Bed was comfy. Good night away. Didn't hit much on the slots. Will definitely be back there again.

Nice Hotel accommodations, casino has large variety of games & slots, but the machines are extremely tight, rarely do i see people win

The conference room was great the staff was very attentive and the food was exceptional

Didn't win but had a great time. Very clean, and friendly helpful staff.

I went to gamble which is always fun. I was with my nephew for his first time. He wasn't feeling so lucky. None the less we both had a good time.

Enjoyed every minute of our visit to the casino. Wonderful buffet, great slot machines and free soft drinks.

The rooms are great and so is the casino. However, it is a bit more "smokier" than other casinos I've been to, so beware! The buffet pretty good too.

Yes Masks are required because if Covid and security is checking people's temperatures but there was no one anywhere sanitizing machines. Very discouraging, not safe yet. Won't be back

A lot cleaner than I remember from a couple years ago. And a lot more table games.

They have been in trouble with fixing the machines and I've never won a dime there. Don't go!

I visited my grandfather who was staying in room 5077. The room was supposed to have 2 queen beds but the beds were full size or smaller. The pool and outdoor hot tub were exquisite and the whole casino and hotel were beautifully decorated for the holidays.

Went to the casino on a Sat evening. Was a full house and wasn't able to play a lot of games. Probably would have had better experience on a weekday.

You never seem to win but I guess that's gambling. They are also taking all the kick backs

I just attended my 4th concert at this venue and each time has just gotten better! Staff is great and the shows are awesome!

Absolutely love this Casino Resort! We have been many times, it's much larger than our casinos in North Mississippi! So many places to eat! The room with the fireplace and soaking tub was absolutely amazing! We got the Play and Stay package and would absolutely recommend getting it if you are planning on staying overnight! Legends Diner is our favorite! Love their slots, we have never had a bad experience here! Great place all around!

The stage in Entertainment Hall is difficult to see from seats in C section. Watched whole live magic performance from tv screens. Love the Casino though, and the outdoor shows are amazing! The Restaurants are good, and prompt. Always very smokey. Bathrooms are well kept and lots of security to keep things flowing and peaceful.

Bartender put a lid and straw in my virgin bloody mary after I spilled the first on the oddly raised rim of the bar as he handed it to me... and did not replace the lost veggies. That was very disappointing and humiliating. I was pregnant and sober too.
Lots of parking. Good bus scheduling to and from local hotels and bingo hall. All in all, a great time!
