Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort Reviews

As far as casino's go, this place is the best option if you live around the Lansing area. I've won here so many more times than I have at Firekeepers or Gun Lake.

Soaring Eagle is always fun! The staff is friendly and the winnings can be big!

Seems that there are a lot less wins at soaring eagle. There are a LOT of games, but not much variety - especially the newer large games. A bit difficult to navigate the floor and to figure where to get drinks.

Lively, I like the lights and the walk to the fire place lounging area

Had a blast at The Price is Right Live! It was a bit crowded in the casino but it is well ventilated. Staff waa friendly. Food was yummy!!

I did not win a big jackpot, but played lots of fun machines and people watched.

Soaring Eagle is one of my favorite casinos for two reasons:
1. the aisles have enough room to move, even on the busiest nights.
2. The diner makes a banana split that is to die for.

Waterpark was small er than I had expected but was a great day for my son who is 2

Tired of half of the slot machines being shut down to construct a room for table gambling and/or high rollers. What about the peons? Doesn't seem like so much needs to be closed down all at one time.

Stopped in briefly after visiting family in the area. We enjoyed exploring the casino.

No beverage service and absolutely no paying on any machines. Guess it's time to make up for covid losses. Boo!

I didnt win any money, but it was nice and clean and food at the diner was good!

We went to see the impractical jokers show. The show was great. The experience before the show was horrible. There was no ryhme or reason to the lines there and when we asked the employees where to stand in line they had no idea. We were lucky enough to have picked a good line and only stayed an additions 30 minutes of the hour we had been waiting. However there were people who were still in line when the opening act began. There was no one helping maintain the lines and it was chaos. I will never go back to an event the casino puts on.

The room was clean but lighting in the room left something to be desired. We went for dinner at the wrong time. The Aurora had a line and after 30 min we decided to try somewhere else. All the other restaurants had at least 30 min wait so we went to the prime rib cart. That was the worst. My wife got the Italian sausage and I got the bbq, both weren't fit to feed a dog. Next we went to water lily and ordered a pizza to go. It also wasn't that good but better than the prime rib cart. We then decided to relax in the room and watch a movie until we found out that the movie "love the coopers" was $17.99. We decided to just watch so regular tv. We checked in at 3 pm and by 830 pm we had enough and checked out. The beds were so hard I couldn't take it. You could here the elevator ding every time someone went up or down. The walls were not sound proof as we could here the neighbors doing what ever they were doing. If this was a first class room the economy must be a teepee. We did have some fun in the casino and we will go back to play the slots but will never get a room or eat unless the Aurora has no line.

First time visit and stay. Friendly staff, Legends Diner was excellent and rooms were very clean.

Clean and really feel secure inside. Employees are friendly. And helpful.

It aint as good as it once was best sums up this casino. How does it take a year to renovate the place and where are the self serve pop machines? How does someone gamble if they cant get something to drink when they are thirsty. I have heard many people complain about being thirsty so they left as opposed to staying there to you know spend more money. All other casinos try to keep gamblers happy so they stay and one way they do that is with self serve drink machines.
There is also plenty of smoke in your face most of the time, very little premium play, and the slots are worse than before. Its a casino that is trending downwards for sure. Apparently they dont care because anyone with common sense knows all this already since I just thought it up in the last 5 minutes. If it were my job I think I could do even better

Great casino and hotel. We have stayed in their hotel a few times. The rooms are big and always clean. The food at the casino is yummy, especially the buffet.

Had a great time! We stay at the main resort. Beautiful suite with sitting room area. Had also a kichenet area with bar stools next to the counter top, mini fridge, sink, and coffee maker. Very spacious and comfortable room.

I went to play the slots at the casino. It was enjoyable. The casino is about an hour away from my house so it is easy to get there. The rooms are nice but sometimes I get a bed that is a little hard for me to sleep on.

Looks like they recently remodeled the casino floor. I had fun, didn't win.

Great casino. Bad management. Funds are not spent wisely.

Bed's are horrible coffee horrible. And you would think that they could at least provide their hotel guests with a decent breakfast during their stay but no. Couldn't even provide an extra pillow for comfort.

Big, comfortable and clean. Restrooms are big never a wait. Food and service good too.

What are your gambling are watching a concert here it s guaranteed to be a good time :-) I like the low minimum bet tables best! The venue for concerts is pretty fantastic only rule is to not have glass outside which makes perfect sense :-) no complaints from me!

Drink lines for concerts are horrible. The parking is also a nightmare. Overall no bad seats in the house and staff is courteous and helpful. Restrooms were clean.

Great place to get away to play bingo & slots but does not offer NON- SMOKING SECTION that's why I do NOT go there.

Went when there for dessert which was amazing unfortunately there was a lot of cigarette smoke due to poor ventilation.

Soaring Eagle seemed like a fun way to spend a Saturday aside from the possibility of heat stroke. Being someone with a medical condition caused by high temperatures, it was far from fun. It was my first experience ever in a casino and it was ruined by the extremely hot atmosphere. When I talked to security to find management I was told that I could try to talk to access club but would get the run around. Long story short, it was not accommodating. Highly disappointing.

Quick and easy access. Several different machines to pick from. Staff has always been professional and helpful.

Went to a concert there for 5FDP and it was awesome!! Would so do it again!!

Nice place to visit, free coffee and soft drinks in casino, reasonably priced bar drinks. Clean and updated. Good time.

Everything was great but the floor is not big wheelchair friendly. Not enough room to maneuver around the slots.

The smoking section is now separated via door so that is worth an extra star.

Not a 5 star only because of some staff. Other than that phenomenal place to lose all your money.

Im a marine corps veteran and wsith there hero access card they really hook you up for your birthday month. Free hotel 2 free buffets 30 dollars casino play. For our next night im staying in the water park which is also very nice. Customer service is great.

Blah, I love Casinos, this one was terrible. Almost all the popular slots have been replaced with Chinese slots. Will not be going back any time soon. My wife did enjoy the spa though.

Its beautiful here. Came for the avenged sevenfold concert and got some deals with my ticket. Thats pretty awesome. Its my first time here and its cleaner and more comfortable than any other casino i've ever been to.

Fun casino but very crowded. The playing floor is too small for the amount of people there. Have to wait for almost every machine you want to try out.

I had a lot of fun. I played slots in the casino and ate at the Buffet. The buffet was pretty good. It had some really good food. The service in the buffet was great. The server was very nice. I was a little disappointed with how they changed the casino floor. I didn't have much luck with any machine which I know happens. All the older slots I used to play have been taken out. That was the disappointment. I still had fun over all.

We went to the casino to attend the Impractical Joker's show - it was lots of laughs! The casino was beautiful and clean. Wish they had a wheel of fortune game tho
