The customer service desk was very friendly and helpful. The representative was very informative and thorough explaining to me what I needed to do once I received my card and started playing. The casino floor appeared to be clean and well maintained. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and helpful. We ate at the Water Lilly Lounge later in the evening. Unfortunately, there was enough seating for our large group and our food took a long time. Our appetizers came out the same time as our entrees and were not very warm. I would not recommend the food. Overall, I would go back.
