It was awful!!! Machines are too tight and I cant stand wearing mask for a democratic virus!!!

Great place to eat and there is plenty of room for pool tournaments ....plenty of slot machines and tables to gamble.

Won big at the casino! Awesome food and bartenders there as well!! Loved it!

The casino was very clean, with covid 19 out they are doing a great job to maintain and balancing social distancing and the Casino gaming experience. I love the safety precautions they have taken. Legends was amazing as well a must visit if you go.

It was a positive experience. I didnt realize my phone came out of my pockect and security came and gave it to me. They were concerned about people wearing their appropriately. I walked out with more money in my pocket than i came in with. All and a a good time.

Love the restaurants and they have a ton of slots. The rooms are nice and clean. Room service was delicious

Typical casino. It's fun and exciting. The concert venue is small but nice.

Poor placement for the entertainment at the end of the night, no new games, and slot pay outs sucked.

Fun place recently added karaoke and had a nice dinner.

Best Casino in the Midwest! My wife and i love this place. Great Player's Club with generous benefits. We like the variety of slot machines, new games always being added and most machines don't require a small fortune to award the bonus games. Table game play is good too. I mainly play 3 card poker, Mississippi Stud, always space available and always $5 minimum bet tables in play.

Luxury that was affordable, staff felt like family and it was just plain fun.

Have been staying her for about 20 years and I have to say I will never again stay!! Spent my birthday there with my kids and wife, we ate the buffet (that served raw bloody chicken) the chef even couldnt believe that chicken was served! Needless to say myself and 2 of my kids spent the entire night fighting over the bathroom due to being sick. I called the casino and was told there is nothing they can do. WHAT???!!!! I drove 3+ hrs to spend my birthday at YOUR establishment, you poisoned my family and there is nothing you can do??!!!! Totally REDICULAUS!!!!!!!

Went there for a concert. Great venue. The casino smelled nasty like the rest.

Food is terrible and they dont give much freebies and the table dealers r crooks

Went to Price is Right show set a little way back but they had large screens to watch play action on stage it was fun. Made a couple bucks on slots. Saturday nite was packed and very loud. You should go!

We were on a bus tour with comps that wouldn't work until we stood in line for 45 minutes, wasted a lot of time

Went here with the kids to the Splash Park. We had a blast and the wave surfing machine was very cool. Wish the line wasn't so long as it took about 30 to 45 minutes to ride once. Almost as good as a Great Wolf Lodge but less expensive!

Everyone smokes. The smell of cancer in the air is enough to make you gag at the door. If your a smoker, it's fine.

Just went for a quick visit to the casino for Father's day, and it was great. Not too busy, and I only lost $2, so not too bad!

As memories go this was a good one. Was invited up to Bros college pa r ty for a party and passed by this casino. Played my first bingo game in the ROC but still had a nice visit meeting his girl Francie. Nice campus but since im a Bronco I have an finity in Kzoo.

Great atmosphere, bed wasn't as comfy as I would've liked.

It was clean and all the staff were very polite and helpful.

Buffet pretty much sucked. But everything else was boss.

The room was great! We ate at several casino restaurants and the food and service was awesome. We attended a concert and the venue was roomy enough to dance. We had had Cinco de Mayo hotel package and loved the extras. We'll be back for sure!

Main Casino was hot!! Like they turned the AC down!! I'll probably go elsewhere, at least half the people don't wear the mask properly and the staff turns a blind eye.

We had the king hot tub room, it was clean, smelled great, double shower was amazing

Went to Jeff Dunham show. Workers were extremely nice and helpful. Great family evening out.

The Soaring Eagle for all it's glitz and glamour serves a purpose and for me it's a chance at s better life.

Always have a fun time with the wife. Free drinks, and easy access to parking, considering how busy they are.

Soaring Eagle has come a long way and seems to be getting better. Still nothing like Fire Keepers in my opinion but they do have some great concerts. The slot machines hardly payout here.

The dealers are nice and very knowledgeable. I left a bit of money for their next powwow.

I'm a truck driver who goes to casinos across America. From Louisiana to Pennsylvania, and this is hands down THE NICEST. It is big, clean, and the set up just looks so pretty. Also the truck parking and shuttle bus is super convenient. Can't wait to go back.

Great place to take kids and still have adult fun. Kids quest is awesome according to my kids!

If your a Veteran like me these guy have an awesome program called hero's rewards or something, check it out discounts on food rooms and free play. Nice rooms, room service is cheap, good restaurants. Also not to far north there is a bunch of good off-road trails.

Always enjoy going to the casino. Have many friends there. The casino/hotel staff is always so friendly.

I love it here it's so beautiful I dont win much but I always have a good time this casino has so many things inside of it even a kid station whereby pay for them to watch your kids. I mean they have thought if almost everything and it shows they are very up to date on everything highly reccomend people visit here it's a must!!!

I have been to many casinos and usually you get to play a little while but this place is like a collection agency they just consume money. I stopped 5 times in 2 weeks and every time with in 15 mins I left feeling completely taken advantage of. I am not expecting to win a fortune. But maybe one out of 20 spins on a slot could at least break even

Decent gambling spot, but the amenities are terrible unless staying at the hotel. The food is edible, but not the best, and the staff can be a bit unpleasant sometimes. The Designated kids area -Cyberquest- isn't too bad from what I've heard coming from adults & kids. Nice event location as well.

Don't really understand why they don't have poker. If they only had 5 or 6 players to a table and didn't use every table had hand sanitizer and sanitize the area when a player leaves there should be no problem. If people can play BJ and touch the slots they can play poker in my eyes.

The casino steakhouse was delicious! Drinks at the bar were very reasonable. The tenderloins/ impractical jokers, awesome! Actual venue, horrendous.... it was actually a flat floor with a bunch of chairs. Paid $80 each ($160 total) for tickets, so was expecting an actual view other than the large tv screens that showed the guys. When I called the next day to complain, customer service rep. didn't apologize for anything and was very rude. Would not recommend wasting your money on any show there ever.

Our senior center came here to see Brenda Lee. Great show. Well worth it. Very reasonably priced. Restaurants inside are a little pricey as well as a long wait if it's busy. Overall Soaring Eagle is my favorite

Great concept for an outside concerts venue, accept all the dirt and unlevel ground/flooring. Be careful and wear shoes u can walk in rocks with. If they had proper landscaping for this venue it would be great!

Way too expensive for what you get. Not even close to being worth $261 a night! Incredibly disappointed!!
