Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort Reviews

We had fun for 3 hours on $30. Won some, lost some, but the point is we got out of the house and spent time together in a very nice casino.

I've been going to this casino since it opened. Back then i was a kid and spent time at Kids Quest. Now i gamble and really like this casino. Possible the best casino resort in the state. Incredible pool and Jacuzzi. Great restaurants and buffet. Hands down the best drink specials I've ever seen in my life, anywhere (excluding Vegas).

Stand at door and through your money in. One Hour wait for seafood buffet to be seated, went somewhere else to eat.

Wonderful experience every time, not as plush as some casinos in Michigan but the atmosphere was fantastic.

Clean facility, good air flow. Excellent place to host or attend an event

The Tim McGraw concert was amazing the other two acts were really good...I just didnt like sitting on the ground...all in all I give it 5 stars

Would spend more time here if it were smoke free!! The cigarette smoke starts burning your eyes as soon as you walk thru the door, we even had a smoker in our group who was complaining about how bad it is. Yes we went into the smoke free room but the games are very limited in there.

I have developed this incredible hatred for slot machines thanks to the Saginaw Chippewa Indians and Soaring Eagle Casino. It's too bad because I used to enjoy playing them but they have demonstrated their insatiable lust for greed and money. If a company or corporation did what they do, the executives would be put in prison for life. There's no way in hell that every machine can't hit something unless they are all under the control of one main computer which many have suggested is what is happening....and it makes sense. At any rate, I used to go a few times a week, then it became a few times per month, then once every few months to once every 6 months., nothing ever changes. I don't know how anyone can enjoy constantly losing without a chance. If I walked in the door and just handed my wallet to them and told them to take what they wanted but just leave enough to feed my kids, they would still probably take everything. You ran me off. I hope a lot of other people get smart and run.

It's nice just seems like the rooms are small and the tv in the room are tiny

Could hardly get a machine. Busy and s lot of people were playing 2&3 machines. That shouldn't be allowed when you are that busy

I have been frequenting you resort since 1999 and consider it as the best casino in Michigan. I have to say however, my last visit on 7-4-2020, was the best experience yet. Having the entire casino smokeless was a dream. No smelly clothes and need of a shower when leaving the casino was a dream. I can only hope you remain smokeless following CoVid 19. Thank you and thank you.

Fun atmosphere. Lots of games to choose from. A fun kid zone to keep kids busy while parents play

The slots were tight had lunch at Legends which was decent the restrooms were clean the staff was friendly but won't be back anytime soon due to slots don't pay

If you like to go to a casino this is the place to go very big and clean smoking is allowed but very little do you see

Stayed for three nights of gaming and fun. Hotel has very good customer service. Spa is nice. Room had issues such as the beds are very low quality, the sheets and comforter are terrible, and the jacuzzi jets didnt work. Does have good air condition and heat.

Nice scenery but tight slots. First time visiting in over 4 years and didn't receive any free slot play. If your in the area, hopefully you get lucky but I would not recommend taking a planned trip here!

Rooms are great food has been exalent and service fantastic.

Perfect if you're feeling a little blue, either you will win and feel better or lose rent money and just hit rock bottom.

Terrible just terrible no bonuses no wins no one was doing anything on there machines but donating place was just a donation center not even a drink server came by 2hrs 500.00 down betting minimum less than a dollar a spin sad won't go back never cared for this one and still don't good luck hope you have fat wallets that need to be cleaned out they will accommodate you for sure

Visited Soaring Eagle Casino to see Lewis Black. It was a wonderful visit for the show. Visited the arcade to wait out the impending traffic jam afterwards. The arcade is no longer a cutting edge arcade for younger adults. To boot they has drastically raised the cost of games but made it hidden by requiring you to use an electronic spending card.

Would have been 5 stars had it not have costed $1.50 per play or more on games meant for children.

Personnel, very professional and great food. The pool and Jacuzzi were great also. Room was really nice.

Great food and very friendly staff. Downside is there are a lot of smokers and the non-smoking slot room is small.

I went for a company event! The room where the event was held very comfortable, good lights and sound system. Clean restrooms. We could have done without the waiter that, even though was wearing gloves, stuck his finger in glass while serving water glasses... seriously!... needless to say we went for the bottled water.

What a great place for a getaway from the hustle. They even have a outdoor fire pit for the cool michigan weather. Sometimes you need a break for reality.

Worst experience I've ever had. My wife visited the hotel for a business conference a couple months ago. The cleaning staff stole her $1300.00 laptop out of her room. We contacted the police but they were no help. Be sure to not bring any valuables that doesn't fit into the safe. You will be a victim like my wife. I even gave them the opportunity to return it without charges being pressed but the degenerates that are employed there are obviously without remorse.

Had fun. Mom and dad took me, lost some dollars. Fell asleep. At least I wont be a gambler.

It was okay. Might have been an off night but i didn't care for most of the food at the buffet and i tasted most of it. bingo was fun loved the ladies working then went over to the casino and couldn't get a hit for nothing

Reserved a jacuzzi room upon turning on the jets black crud came out of the jets. Contacted the front desk who had housekeeping come up and lay a rag in the bottom of the jacuzzi and stand half way off he rag and half wipe it down. I satisfied I contacted the front desk again and two more housekeeping individuals came to clean the jacuzzi. After they sprinkled a cleaning agent in he jacuzzi there was still residue in the jacuzzi. They left for about 10 minutes and came back to only preformed the same steps as the first guy. I contacted the front desk again based on housekeeping suggestion and I was offered to change rooms. To eliminate moving all my belongings, housekeeping suggested I refill the jacuzzi and see what happens. This took another 30 minutes or so. After an hour or so I decided to request the room change and was told by Katlyn that she had to make a business decision and gave the room up because it took me 2 hours to contact them back. Issue began at 10:45pm or so house keeping came the first time around 10:55pm. The second set came around 11:20 and left around 11:40.
Yes a reduction on the room was offered, food credits were offered, however I drove 2 hours for a jacuzzi room and I was offered an option that I did not know had a time limit. Katlyn kept telling me that 2 hours had passes which was a lie and at 1:00 am 7/23 I checked on line and other rooms were available. I will be having the charged reversed completely as I could have stayed anywhere else, but I chose this location for all that I paid for.

Water Lilly is a really inexpensive and fantastic place to eat.

Tight couldn't get a bonus played several.machines just ate up the money won't be back for a while again.. Ate at the Deli had a prime rib sandwich very good and bowl of soup more like a cup of soup at a bowls price but it was ok.

Was here for a concert, it was AWESOME! getting out was very difficult though, it bottlenecked and it took quite a while to get out.

Room was very nice, clean, close to casino, restaurants, kids area. Shuttle bus takes you to Soaring Eagle Water Park and back. Met Teresa Caputo in the lobby on our way to get lunch. She was really sweet and took pictures with us even though she was trying to have some time for herself. Seen her show later that night and she is amazing!

Mostly a great experience, except for one encounter with a particularly rude and unpleasant casino guest
