Skyzone Miami Review

To small for so much people and not good food at all.

I usually don t write reviews but I did want to write about my sons 4th birthday experience.
I had his birthday there Sunday April 15 2018
& the staff was absolutely amazing. Everything was wonderful. The only thing that I didn t really like was the amount of time in the party room I feel like it was a bit rushed but other then that everything went great !!! Thank you guys !!!!
They helped with everything !! Everything went by so smooth. they are so organized. Awesome experience!!!!!

The employees from which they are selling the tickets to the Managers do not serve or solve anything, they are not trained and they do not give good attention, I definitely do not return

It' your but the manager's rude and nasty, we called first and ask if we bring a cake is acept somebody said yes.
First some lady let me know we want put some tables and sit together,after that he come in a bad form to we need to take food outside the area immediately.

Great place for kids and adults who do not want to stay home.

I recently celebrated a birthday here and WILL NEVER DO IT AGAIN!!! BIG MISTAKE!!!
For the money they charge, 2 hours its very minimum, I was being rushed for all that time. The party guests could not go into the party room while the kids were jumping and had to be sharing just a few tables they have in a very noisy area. I do not understand why parents can't wait in the party room. The staff didn't accommodate all the kids I invited properly. If I'm paying for 25 kids to jump they should be able to be in that area whenever they choose to and not have to wait for other parties to finish. Although management took more than 20 minutes to solve this issue, that is 20 minutes my guests couldn't jump. At the beginning the staff was reluctant to solve the issue and this took a very heated argument with managers. The servers in the rooms were very SLOW and immature. They serve two little soda and lots of water against my request and took forever to go get more soda for my guests. I was very dissapointed!!!!!

My son had a great time ... he had a lot of fun. The customer service was very acceptable. They are very friendly.

When we first walked in, we bought 11 tickets. We asked about the promo we saw online and the big banner that was at the entrance. The cashier said that we had to purchase the tickets online to get the discount. He then asked another employee and she said it could be honored but we needed to start the process (that took over 20 mins) all over again. We waited for our jump time, ordered pizza, it was not ready at the time they said it would be. When we finally got to jump, we had to wait because there were not enough spots, meaning they overbooked the time. The employees were very rude when telling us the rules. They reprimanded us adults like we were children. While others were doing the same thing but they didn't get in trouble. There is something called customer service and that was not displayed today. I felt a lot of people were rude, had unhappy faces and they just seemed to not like working here. Making the expirenece very unpleasant. I will not come here again because of the rude staff, poor customer service and terrible parking.

Lines are a bit long on weekends. Dodge ball players never leave

Lots of fun. But you really need to tell the person where to go. Not just the letter where u belong

I really liked the games for the children they had a great time, I thought the color of the place (blue) is very strong for a fun park, maybe lighter colors would make the place a little more pleasant.

Kids love this place. Parents can sit and watch tv or talk. Food is available.

I brought my son and nephews and I couldn't jump with them, why separate adults and children? I come as a family to share with my son and family, I come in a tourism plan to Miami and in all the trampolines of Texas in this same concept of entertainment there is an order where adults and children share the same areas with cordiality and respect.
Besides, there were closed areas and the staff was behind the children like policemen.
The impeccable facilities and if everything is nice and tidy.

Kids have lots of fun, but make sure you go early on weekends as they get packed and they have long hours wait

Brought the kids for a birthday party and it was awesome, price was fair.

I loved it it has trampolines that you can use drinks games food and more

You must put yourself to fill out the form of each guest, I fill 8 children for a party, then buy socks and then put yourself to put away shoes. Lastly, they discounted the time I lost in that, no one helps you over 2 guest tickets that were not, they do not return it to you I must come another day to enjoy and they took the boys out before time when I claimed the time I lost in the registration they gave me a courtesy pass at finnnnn

Fun but little parking and sometimes a lot of people at the same time. Also, if you reserve for a birthday, some areas are closed for the reservation and many children remain in line.

Great all the employees were good some were a little rude but it still was a great experience.

Since I had heard great reviews about SkyZone, I decided to go with my son (3) with my nephew (8) on a Saturday night. Upon arrival, there was no parking! I circled the block a few times before I finally saw a family leaving and was able to take their spot. When I got to the counter, I was informed we would have to wait about 20 minuets to jump because we arrived too late to jump in the current session. Needless to say I was very frustrated because we had just spent about that same amount of time trying to find parking!

Finally it was our time to jump, but to my surprise I could not jump with my son or nephew. We all had to be separated and on different courts. I was very upset so I asked the nearest staff member as to why. Alex, the staff member, was very informative and clearly explained the rules and procedures and that safety was very important to SkyZone. Noticing my apparent frustration, Alex was able to take the time out of a very busy night to help my son jump, interact with other children, and overall have a great, safe experience. Additionally, he bonded with my nephew on the basketball court by giving him tips and tricks to make the basket! My nephew was very impressed!

Although initially frustrating, with the help of Alex the night was a success! We will surely be returning soon. Thank you Alex!

HORRIBLE the worst place ever! You had to stay in your own box what is that never again I'd rather go to Launch a better place to jump!

Very bad the attention of the people who work there I went to celebrate the birthday of my daughter and they did not let us enter with the cake and before buying the tickets they told us that if I could I had to finish cutting the cake in the parking lot with my daughter and all her friends so I say that it is very bad attention at least I never go back and I do not recommend this place to them they care about money and not that you and your family have a nice time my experience there was horrible

This place was asome it was so much fun i got some pizza and it tasted better than in some 5 star restaruants the also cook the pizza themselfs not from another restaurant and we had an awsome and amazing time defenetly recomened tge only issue we had on this trip was that tgey only have 3 squares and one long skinny piece for the todlers i think they should add three more squares.

The irresponsibility on the part of the manager to see the number of people without wearing the mask and doing nothing! Since his employees also had it under their chin ...
We got tired of telling their employees ... until an employee told me: "well ma'am ..."
Like inviting me to leave if I didn't like it.
Too bad ... but we won't be back.

Very big and full of fun things to do there is also a concession stand for food And drinks

This place is amaizing. For adults or kids, but specially for kids. A lot lot to do and the space is really big. Admission is reasonable and they also offer birthdays parties. I've been there a couple of times with my kid and he always has fun and very important he gets tired.

Juan Brandt is rude, incompetent, and unprofessional owner/general manager not only his employees, but to the customers as well. He can shove that trampoline business up his anal. The same goes with Eddie the supervisor who need to improve with his English. Multiple lawsuits is coming very soon. Not even the best lawyer in the world who would represent him will win the case. Skyzone Miami will go out of business soon. I do not recommend anyone to waste their time and money at that disgusting place. STAY AWAY FROM THERE PLEASE!!!!

Very good place for the distraction of our children at the moment

This is an amazing place to spend with friends and family

My kids had a blast! I will be back.. my kids were only there for an hour but it was so nice!

An ideal place to spend with the family; Of course, one must go half an hour in advance because they have a terrible system, with obsolete equipment where you have to register before paying and that small detail is very cumbersome. Rest a highly recommended place.

Its lots of fun. The jumping the joy the fun its just amazing.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!
Very poorly run Sky Zone, ridiculous rules and protocols.
Jumpers are ONLY scheduled on the half hours intervals!
We arrived at 2:33 pm and was told that we would lose the 3 minutes or we could wait 27 minutes for the 3 pm window. Now there's a brilliant decision to make, "Hey kids, do you want to wait 27 minutes to jump?"
Then at 3:26 we saw staff directing jumpers to sit out and wait for their start time. Really, 4 minutes, how stupid. And the place is empty, no surprise there!
Then come to find out that a mom CAN NOT jump near her 5 year old son, there's some 'family fun time'. "Sorry baby, mom will be over here, 20 feet away, watching you jump".
The owners might consider consulting with some successful franchise owners, like in Sarasota. A much smaller market, yet always busy and fun!
Maybe let someone arrive at a time, then leave in 60 minutes later, like all those numbers between the top and bottom of the clock. Just train the staff how to tell time, hell there's clocks all over the place in there.
I even hear that computers can calculate the interval of time that doesn't happen to fall on the 12 or 6 o'clock positions. Just brain storming here!

It was really fun. They have a bunch of activities. Children will abandon love this Place. Staff can be a little rude, but they are there to do their job. Food is a little pricey but the experience is the best!

Good place for kids drinks and food climbing stuff there to

Much better than Skyzone or any other 'trampoline park i've been to recently. So much variety for my kids to enjoy and they can literally spend the whole day there. I was really surprised at how much activities the kids could do. Any social function you can think of this facility can handle it and you will enjoy it, trust me.

Great entertaining for kids, birthday parties and enjoyment in general

Very organized place and well maintained, rules are displayed at all times everywhere do you always avoid doing something that might hurt you. I'm giving 4 stars because the computers to register in the entrance are EXTREMELY laggy, specially the touch screen which makes you start the experience upset and frustrated. We spent 10 minutes registering our names when it should have taken 30 seconds, that was super annoying, once you pass that part and ignore the horrible food options they have and focus on the actual activities then you will have so much fun! This place will make you feel like a kid and is very safe. If you want to skip a day on the gym and still get worked out when having fun then this is a good place to spend a couple hours. The entrance is at a reasonable price too.

Loved Skyzone doral!!!! I recently came here for a friends birthday party and I was amazed. The party girl, crystal, was super attentive, funny, and great with the kids. she made sure all the kids had a good time, were fed and that they had everything they needed. She made the parents feel relaxed and made them laugh too, she truly looked like she liked her job. I definitely plan in having a party here in the fall. I gave this place 4 stars because the pizza was way too rubbery and I didn't like how the kids are selected by a letter. But, it's for safety so I guess that's better. As long as they change their food, this place will definitely be a 5! It's a bit crowded, but it just means the place is great.

I took my 8 and 12yrs old. The place is okay like any other trampoline place, nothing special. The kids had fun but some of the staff were rude. They kept yelling to the kids to stay in their spot and I get it but you don t have to be rude about it (and that wasn t to my kids but I usually pay attention even when my kids are not involved)

Great trampoline park, nice games. But expensive food vendor.

This is not a place for adults to bounce on trampolines. Most of the trampolines are closed to adults. The tumble tracks are for children only. I am a retired gymnast who would love to use a tumble track and I was very very disappointed to come here and find out that I am not allowed to use them.

A super good place to have fun, what prices are not so expensive, I recommend it 100%

Fun for kids, but you just have to be careful since all ages go and if you have smaller children it can be a bit startling when the older kids go around and aren't careful with the smaller children.

Amazing place, my daughter and her friends were thrilled!

The kids love this place! Parking is a nightmare but it's a small price to pay for the enjoyment.

Took my kids here on Saturday! They loved it. Check it out. you won't be disappointed.
